They made two repairs for me, AC Freon charge and a tune up. They did good work. The work was on time, fast and at a fair price. I agree with another review that said they are not money hungry, based on my experience.Matt is the local manger. He is always professional and is very customer service focused. I thought he was the owner of the business because he shows a very high level of customer service that you rarely see from anyone other than a business owner.

Can not say enough good things about Matt and his team!! Theyve completed several repairs on my older car and always did an excellent, thorough job. Theyre an incredibly knowledgable and honest team. They will tell you if a repair is genuinely needed now, or if its okay to wait a while; theyre not money hungry! Went to them for a second opinion when I suspected a chain shop was trying to scam me and sure enough, they were; all I needed was one new bulb! This shop is also associated with AAA and their roadside assistance has been very helpful the few times Ive needed it. As long as Im a Huntsville resident, United Car Care Center will have my business!!!!

A friend recommended that I go to Matt because he was a great mechanic. I took the recommendation and I am very happy that I did. Car repair and dealing with mechanics can be a painful process. Matt was easy to deal with, honest, does great work, stands behind his work.

These guys have handled many repairs for me over the years. They’ve always treated me well and respected me. Recently we discussed my repair that was outside of the scope of what they could do and he helped me beyond just saying “we don’t do that here” he gave me some tips and helped me find a place that could do the repair. I recommend my friends all the time.

Ive never been to a better auto service shop. Matt quickly diagnosed an intractable and long-running problem, and a couple of other safety issues that needed addressing. My car was fixed in less than a day. Both Matt and his towing people are exceptionally pleasant to do business with. The cost was very reasonable. 5 stars (out of 5)

What a clean and quality shop. I had never been there but went on a referral and I was glad. Matt was so nice and they fixed my wife’s car and it came in a little under the estimate. That’s the first time that’s eve happened at a garage. I’ve already scheduled service on my truck. WOW! Great experience!

As stated before, this is a really clean shop inside! This was my first visit, and we all know the cliche about first impressions, which United Car Care Center gave me an excellent one. I had taken my Subaru Outback in for a timing belt change, and they did excellent work. My father prefers Subaru parts for this, not the dealer cost, and they were willing to accept the parts from us and only charge for the labor. Whats more is that they did it for a very reasonable price in a reasonable amount of time. No surprises, add-ons or up-charges that are typical with many shops. Will definitely consider them for all my future auto repair needs!

From out of town and was having overheating issues. Searched for shop near where I was broken down and found these guys. They took the time to diagnose the problem, repair it and get me back on the road same day. If you live in Huntsville, this is a jewel of a repair shop.

My Mothers car had broke down, & was towed to United. They new what the problem was, & had it fixed the same day. Very friendly & knowledgeable, plus good price.

This is the only place in Huntsville I will take my car to. Also, the only place I trust anymore. Where Gates and Firestone are looking to gouge people, United tries to fix the problem as inexpensively as possible. Ive never had a complaint with them.

Charged 400 to fix brakes. It didnt fix them and i almost got into a wreck. Was also supposed to diagnose a problem then charged 200 to replace a pan on the transmission that was actually slipping. So spent 600 and made 250 selling it because the trans was completely useless. Wish this mechanic would have told me BEFORE all the unnecessary work that it wouldnt be worth it. Total rip off

Not a good experience I took my car in and within 4 days I had to take it back for the same issue and a quick fix and the day after im still having the same problem
