I was in a bit of a rush to get my inspection done.The person in charge was out for lunch for about an hour. I generally try to shop local but this time it was a bit inconvenient so I ended up going elsewhere.

This business is crooked, I cant speak for tire change, but as far as mechanics they are crooked. I am a self-taught mechanic, but couldnt figure out what was wrong with my car I brought it to them and they missed diagnosed it multiple times and left me stranded on the side of the road. They told me the caliper I just replaced on the car was defective, but it ended up being the brake hose and when I brought back my car to get a refund for the caliper they wouldnt. Plus rude all around service

Let me bring my own parts after premier in livingston wouldnt let me bring my own parts. They were tie rod ends. They aligned my jeep after I rebuilt the fronted end myself. Drives straight likes its brand new. Even tried to find the tire I needed. Even though they couldnt get them I wasnt even mad about that. Will do business with again. Real customer real review. Treated me with respect didnt insult my intelligence because I do my own mechanic work. Just didnt want to mess the tie rod ends. They did chip the cap on my black lugs I just got. But I can look past that. Stuff happens.

Daughter took tire for repair to get 2nd opinion after taking it to Allens, per the tire guy, there was a nail and he plugged it. He put tire back on wheel, and she asked if he can put spare back but he didnt want to, so clerk said they usually put them back but there may be something wrong with the chain or something, that she needs to take it to discount tire for the chain to mount the spare back on. But there is nothing wrong with the chain or there are no issues with it. Now we shall see if the tire has really been fixed, we will see tomorrow morning.

Dont be late or youll have to reschedule your appointment for three days later!

This place dont do the job or repairs they or only good for inspection the Texts there isnt ASC service text they ARE SHADE TREE .I CAN DO the things they do but better.just saying dont its on you i bet it do the same thing it was doing when you took it there when they say they are finished .its going to be but you going to pay for work that never was done or half did.only the inspection man no his job.So I need someone that can fix cars or trucks in Huntsville TX. Just want good repairs .....

Drove to there with the spare tire mounted on my car and the flat tire in my trunk. They repaired my flat tire and charged $15, and plus charged another $20 my for removing the spare time off and mount the original tire on. I asked if I drove in with the flat tire on will they charge my extra $20 for removing and mounting the tires, they answered no. I then asked so what is the difference between removing and mounting original tire, and removing spare and mounting the original one, they said whenever they touched a separate tire there will be a charge. Argued a few minutes and they eventually let me go without paying this $20. Such a scammer.

DO NOT GO here to get any type of service done. I went in to get an alignment on my car on December 23, 2015. Dropped it off at 3:45 pm they called me at 4:30 pm saying my car was done. I was surprised they finished so quick. I picked it up, went to test drive it and my car felt the same, my wheel was not straight and it would just move to the right. I went back and told Ron about my wheel he said can you bring it back tomorrow before noon 12/24, so I did. Went back, test drove it and still felt the same. Since that day they closed early and closed the rest of the week, I went back Monday and said they didnt have time. Made an appointment for Tuesday at 2pm. Went there today to get it fixed. Got it back test drove it and they had made it worse. Every time I would break my wheel would shake and the check engine light turn on. My wheel did not shake and the engine light was not on before any of this. Took it back and they told me they switched my two front tires without asking me and I asked them to switch my tires back to how they were and I got told their is no one here to do that. When there was two guys just sitting around. Finally they told me they can refund me my money. Took my money and left. NEVER going back there EVER again.

I was a customer of this facility and in the last month I have spent over $1,000 here... Getting things done such as my brakes, struts, alignment, and my car was running hot I really wanted to make this place my go to shop for my car, because I know the owners daughter and thought it would be great! The shop only made one customer service mistake and the very moment/second I tried to inquire about this mistake 1 of the workers begin to fuss at me like I was a child, and then blamed EVERYTHING me like I was the one under the hood.. they then refused to fix the one mistake and treated me like a nobody after I spending my hard-earned money here so with that said they lost a very loyal person.. SMH I really wish things could have been better I would never recommend this shop to my family or friends.. July 2017

Cant rate them 0 stars. DONT GO THERE!!! My car went to get rack/pinion re-stabbed & alignment. EVERYTHING WORKED on my car BEFORE Ronnie worked on it. Got my car back ONLY FOR of lights I had were brake lights. I (along with several others) checked fuses. I called Ronnie, explained situation. He told me Something is unplugged need 2 go 2 electric shop. DOES NOT STAND BEHIND HIS WORK!!!

Well overall they got the job done now the journey to getting the job done was definitely a process smh I had to drive to Huntsville twice all because when I called I received incomplete information so word for the wise ALWAY ASK DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT? And take down the name of the person you spoke with smh I had to miss one whole day of my internship and half of a day because of this failure of information received. When I got there on the day of the appointment everything went smoothly for the most part everyone was helpful and willing so Im now pleased.

First place that didnt guess at whats wrong. Other places told me its this,and if not that,then its this. wanting to charge for each unneeded repair before fixing real problem. Ringo checked all those other things and told me what was really wrong
