Ive been to this store TWICE to get my purple shampoo within the past 6-8 months. I even remember the last time I came, I bought Keto with my other products from the older lady at the counter. Thats who I normally see working in there & NEVER have any problems. I would always get what I needed & be on my way within 5-10 minutes. When I went on Tuesday, I grabbed my normal Purvana purple shampoo & PLUS some Redken shampoo & conditioner. It would of been about $70 in product! When I go to check out, the younger girl tells me I cant buy anything from the store unless I have my cosmetology license. Since when!? Not only did you lose a $70 sell but I went to a store a few miles down the road that gave me 50% off for everything I had. I ended up spending almost $15 less than what I would of here. I wouldnt of mind paying more because I never had problems with this store until now. Good luck.
