She helped me find exactly what I needed by asking questions and explaining your product in a way that made perfect sense to a person who doesn’t buy mattress every day. She was personable and patient as I went home to wait for a friend’s return call before making my purchase.

My husband and I have shopped the Huntsville Store several times, and also the Nashville store. The sales person that waited on us this particular visite was our favorite. You could really tell she wanted the best for us and it wasnt just about another sale. We had gotten to the store late and making a decision took more time than expected. We purchased our Sleep Number i8 from Parkway Place Mall in Huntsville. We’d heard the radio commercials for years and decided to check out the mattress. Both Brett and Chris worked with us and were so helpful and informative without being pushy. We’re eagerly awaiting the delivery of our new bed and looking forward to years of great sleep!
Great mattress but the warranty is Really Really deceiving. Didnt appreciate that at all. Its definitely not a 20 year warranty as they stress throughout the sales process. Its a 2 year warranty. Then depreciates tremendously after 2 yeats.

I entered the store and met the salesman Chris Palmer. Mr. Palmer was the most professional salesman I have interacted with in a long time. He answered every question and sold me on the Sleep Number Quality and Professionalism.

Trying to return mattress but reimbursement quite a bit more than the salesman indicated when I purchased. So be sure to get all the details on return and read the small print on your contract. The salesman must have repeated 10 times, you can return within a 100 days but there is a $200 fee for pickup My reimbursement is about $400 less than what I paid.
