Bought my books and walked out with some quick cash, but the young woman that I spoke to was really rude. The entire time I was handing her my books, she had this look as if I was a bother. She never maintained eye contact, kept looking at her phone, and sighing time after time as if she was bored. There were no other customers in the store at the time, I was the only one. Anyways, beside the customer service I experienced that one time, I still would say this is a great place to sell your books. Hopefully, you will have a better experience regarding customer service than I did.

Amazing place to check before buying any books for college. Seems like the workers know plenty about what you need, and the best way for you to get it. Cant even imagine how much money theyve saved others.

I got quick cash for a book I was no longer using. I probably got around 55% of what I paid for for it so Im pretty ok with the that. I did try to sell an instructors edition to find out they do not take those, and they also will not buy any edition that is not the current one. Quick friendly service and a good price. 👍

Very nice finally a place to help free up office space at home. Plus if u can get money for gently used books.

Called ahead of time to confirm they would buy the book & the lady said they would for 30$. Drive all the way from limestone county. To get there & the lady in the store tells me I’m not the one she spoke to & they aren’t buying the book anymore. Waste of time & gas. Poor communication between employees...If it was actually different people I conversed with.

Extremely expensive, wanted 108$ for a book that Textbook Brokers in tanner would sell me for 60$, took a long time for them to look up the book in their system, yet Textbook Brokers had it pulled up in a few seconds, and far friendlier

WORST PLACE EVER!!! Do not do business with them. My sole purpose in life is now to tell everyone how awful a place is. This place stays in business by ripping people off and stealing from them. Please, do not support this sham of a place. It is just allowing them to continue to their worst-business practices on other unsuspecting victims.

Text books at good prices. New and used

They messed up our order of books which is fine, mistakes happen. We immediately went back in to get the 4 books that were missing and the two that were wrong. They ended up not having a few of them so we opted to return them all and get them somewhere else. The short guy at the computer immediately called us rude kept asking why we wanted our books back. We calmly explained that we preferred to order our books from one place and that wed like a refund but he made a sarcastic remark that we must want to pay morre. After finally taking the books back he threw the receipt at my girlfriend instead of handing it to her and stormed out, without giving me my credit card back....UNPROFESSIONAL, DISGUSTED. Will not recommend.

Doesn’t have the books you need and terrible rude customer service. They also claim to buy books year round but that is false, they only buy around start of school year.
