I called a few places around for the quotes and found this Cell Geeks quote very reasonable and the person on the phone was very decent too. Today I visited the shop and gave my phone for repair. I needed my phone back soon so I requested if I can get it as soon as possible. The guy was so nice he fixed it within 20 minutes and my screen looks so great now. While working on the phone, the technician at Cell Geeks gave a thorough explanation of what was wrong with my phone and how I can prevent it from happening again. Took my device in for new hardware and while it was replaced, all the software that was required for my device to actually work was removed. He said he would add that software back on when I called him after I realized it wasn’t on there, only for another charge (even after already spending $200 to get it to work again in the first place!). Did not tell me that he was not going to remove that software let alone put it back on. Will not be going back.

Friendly, quick service and good quality products and prices. Took them 30 minutes to replace the screen on a cell phone for me as well as pit a screen saver on it too.

I brought my device to these gentleman and they said they would fix it. The screen was working for a week and then it did not work anymore. I had someone take the phone to them. They took the phone back with the receipt. 3 weeks later they told me oh the phone isnt working because of the logic board. This guy couldnt even tell me what a static pad was. They returned my phone with missing parts and this can be verified by Joe Whitehead of Tech ER. I had 9 screws missing, wireless pad and who knows what other connections. I just called today 5/26 and the gentlemen was argumentative and saying that he knows what hes doing hes been doing this for 20 years.Id recommend staying far far away from this business. They buffed up their ratings on Google as well so beware. They took my $500 and bailed

We have taken the same phone three times to be repaired within one month. The LCD keeps going out on the replacement screens. They did discount one replacement. Will NOT return and continue to pay money for the same issue over and over!

This place definitely lived up to all the review hype. Took my phone in to have the screen replaced because it had a blacked out strip across the bottom. Owner quoted me a fair price upfront, so I left it with him. He told me to come back in about an hour. which I did, only to find he had not replaced the screen. He found a little moisture in my phone. He dried it out & cleaned the connections, which fixed my issue. He charged me 1/5 the cost to replace the screen. When I went in to pick up my phone, he was working on another customers phone. Apparently she had some work done elsewhere & they didnt seal the phone correctly. The owner fixed her phone free of charge. This guy is great. Highly recommend.

I have been living in League City TX for the last 20 years. My sons iPhone 10, which fell to the ground, broke his front and back glass case and became completely useless. Apple store since April-May are closed due pandemic .while I did not trust the private shops at all. I thought that whenever the Apple Store would open, I would get it repaired from there. A few days ago, a friend of mine recommended me to go to Cell Geek and appreciating the skill, I drove about 2 hours from League City to Huntsville yesterday. They fixed my phone in about an hour, while the charges were very low.they charge me $150.00 and $3.00 for screen protector.with a Apple Class work.I would recommend you to go here and if you have any questions about your cell phone or plan, you can ask them too.

I took my iPhone 8 to another gentle man at TECH-ER to fix my screen. The guy ended up fixing my screen, but messed up my audio. I took my phone to Cell Geek and he plainly told me he can’t fix it, but can give me a new phone for a decent price and it was paid off ! My contract wasn’t altered or anything. Cell Geeks is Was very cooperative and very patient with me. They truly take their time with devices and customers, unlike Tech-ER. Highly recommend my guy at Cell Geeks!

I replaced my Samsung S8+ phone battery replacement recently from the Cell Geeks Huntsville, and after I replaced my battery. There were some issues that I detect that I didnt face before (full-screen adjustment on YouTube and phone call voice echoing), so I brought it back to him to ask him some questions regarding those issues to see what might be causing the issues? What I can do to fix it? The answer I got back from him was, Theres nothing to do with replacing the battery, and he doesnt even try to figure out the issues. When after I replaced the battery, he said, if theres any problem with the phone, bring it back as many times I need to because Im his customer, and I will fix it for you. Well, when I brought the issue back to him, he said he can no longer support me regarding on replacing battery issue anymore. Overall, very rude, not helpful, and terrible service. If I knew ahead of the time, I would have gone to the other phone repair shop down in Conroe.

Phone looks brand new. Price was great! Service was excellent and I even will come back for the rest of my cell accessories. Phone repair is even on warranty for the item fixed. Love it! Thanks again.

DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU!!! I went in to get the screen on my Samsung Galaxy S20 fixed because it had a crack. The phone is brand new I have only had it for 2 months. The only issue with the phone was the screen crack. The dude asked me if I had gotten the back fixed and told me it wasnt the original backing even though it is exactly how I purchased it from AT&T. When I told him there was nothing wrong with the back, thats how I bought it and the only thing I needed fixed was the screen, he got frustrated and told me that it was going to be very expensive to fix because Samsung screens are very expensive -exact quote. He then tried to tell me it was going to be $320. He didnt even know what phone it was until I told him.

I recently cracked the back glass on my iPhone XS Max. I called around to several different places and immediately started stressing because after pricing the repair, I realized it was going to be very expensive and I’d be without my phone for several days. BUT THEN I FOUND CELL GEEKS! 🙏🏼👍🏼🥳 I messaged the owner late that evening through google to price the repair. Even though it was late, he responded promptly and was friendly and professional. I brought the phone to him the next day and after looking at it, he gave me different options to fit my budget. The best part is I was able to do the full repair on the phone for significantly less than any other place had priced me. Kasi was not only super professional, but very kind. It took 1 hour....literally only 1 hour to repair my phone. To my surprise, he fixed another internal issue at no extra cost. I’m so glad I found this place! I came in over a month and a half ago to get my iPhone 8+ screen fixed. The man who helped me was extremely nice great customer service, and my screen was fixed in no time. After receiving my phone back that same day I noticed discoloration of my pictures so i took my phone back the next day and the guy replaced it ... but still to this day my pictures are all discolored looking like my phone is taking android pictures.. I didn’t feel like going back up there complaining because it’s obvious they have no clue what to do about the problem they created.. so I’ve taken this lost. So here I am a month are so later and my screen hardly works at all. It’s glitching and everything I honestly should of kept my cracked screen because I NEVER had these problems. Just that it was cracked.

My phone was completely wrecked. Volume, Vibration and Face ID all stopped working. I took it to at&t and they sent me to Cell Geeks to see if they could help me. He told me it would be about an hour to diagnose and no charge to find the problem. Once he found the problem He called my friends phone and let me know how much it would cost to fix the issues. When I came in there to pick up the phone and pay for my damages I asked him a question about my Apple Watch button that was stuck and he told me he would need another 15 minutes to fix it. Long story short he fixed my phone issues and my Apple Watch button in under an hour and a half for less than $150. They were very nice and explained everything to me and also very cheap which is really nice. If you’re having issues I recommend 10000%.

As a young, female, college student I am constantly worried about different service places taking advantage of me and my inexperience. I was a bit apprehensive when I first handed over my broken phone to cell geeks. I am very pleasantly surprised and grateful for the wonderful work they did. The customer service was great, the price was very reasonable, as well as the time it took. I have a Google pixel 2, which I recognize is not a common phone, and he was able to order the part I needed and fix my phone in less than 24 hours! Highly recommend their services.
