Second time coming here my phone charger port was broken so came here to get it fixed at an excellent price. My phone started having some complications a little bit ago came back and he didnt hesitate to fix the problem very sweet guy and amazing prices only place i will be coming for phone issues !

So me and friend came in for her to get her phone fixed. She had been helped already, and when I came in the store, there was one person in line in front of me. By the time the person in front of me was done with their transaction (about 15-20 minutes), two other people had come in and gotten in line behind me. The short girl big girl with facial piercings blatantly ignored me and asked the person behind me in line what they needed. I had asked the girl while she was helping a man about the AirPod cases and wanted to purchase one. The fact she ignored me and helped the person behind me after I waited so long irritated me to all get out, considering my transaction may have taken a whole three minutes to complete. So I walked out without making a purchase and will not purchase anything from this company. I’ll go to the mail if I need my phone fixed. Poor customer service.

I asked a friend and he had nothing but good to say about you. He is very technically competent. I plan to see you in the morning.

I don’t want to make this long, but if you want to get your cellphone stolen, try this place.... at least that has been my experience. I brought my phone to them and they said they would call me when my phone was fixed. They wrote my number on the back of a sticky and placed it on the back of my cell phone. Also proceeded to say I did not need a receipt. Not sure why I believed him, maybe it’s because it was a legit store, maybe it’s because they seem to be honest… but at the end of the day I never did get my cell phone back. If you still choose to do business with this place make sure to get and keep your receipt. At least then you can have proof that you left your cell phone with them...

Brought my phone in yesterday. It had really bad water damage. I thought i was going to have to buy a new phone but I brought it here. Was kind of skeptical because my phone was so damaged, but they had it fixed and just like new the very next day and for 260$ less then what other places wanted. will be back if i have anymore problems .. thank you :)

I have been trying to get in to have a screen replaced on my phone they have a notice on the door saying that they will be closed till the 20th its now the 23 and they still arent open I have gone to the store every day 3 have also called multiple times a day ☹

This is a great place! The staff are wonderfully helpful; prices are reasonable; its right around the corner, and they do give you a thirty day warranty. I visited this store on 3/5/2019 based on a recommendation and after reading all the positive reviews here. All I needed was to have my contacts from my damaged phone moved to my new device. My old phone had a cracked screen and was no longer working except for access to internal storage files via my computer (USB port). The internal storage to the damaged phone held a backup copy of my contacts.The store opened 15 minutes late by an unprofessional associate who could not give me any information about my phone repair, not even a potential range for consideration. She stated they offer a lot of services and she just didn’t know anything about charges. The technician was not at work. He did not arrive until 11:15.I called several times for status from 11:15 to 2:30. During the last call, I insisted on status and was put on hold with a begrudged attitude. My estimate for repair: $65 for a new phone screen, a 4-5 day wait for this to arrive, no guarantee that my phone would even power on, and no further information as to any further potential fees for repair.I arrived at 3:30 to pick up my phones. Neither the assistant nor the technician were busy, nor did they have any interest in talking to me. The technician did admit upon questioning he had not looked at my phones – he said never looked further than the cracked screen and had not tried to access the internal storage as per the information I had left with the associate upon drop off and several times throughout the day. He mumbled something about requiring permissions, which was completely wrong. No other information was offered.I left completely frustrated and dissatisfied, and with two phones covered in greasy fingerprints.Thanks to further online research, I was able to copy my contacts onto my new phone. I could have been spared this horrible experience had I delved into the issue further myself at the onset.As to this store, my visit was a nightmare from start to finish and I will never go back.Ever.

I got ripped off. I brung 2 phones which were the same . One phone I told the girl I use and it works only when the charger is able to connect after i get errors while charging. She stated its prob my charging port. My 2nd phone I I stated half the screen didnt work and I only wanted to get my pictures and contacts transferred because I did not use that one. They called me days later asking for the password to transfer to my phone they repaired with the charging port issues then saying the password didnt work. I came in and found out the password didnt work because they repaired the wrong phone. Not only did they repair a charging port for $50 but the phones screen is broke and you cant even use the top half. Why would I repair a half screen phone charging port that I still cant use. He then tellsmewellthe one I really wanted repaired that screen is bad and battery. First off I never had an issue with the screen on it only the charger and if I had I would not have gotten any repaired. So he tells me there is no refund and goes to read me the note trying to prove what was said when I dropped the phones off only problem is he read me the stuff for the wrong phone

The charging port on my breast pump broke off in the pump, which is a mini usb charging point. I called this store and they stayed open in order for me to drop it off. The people there were very nice and even though they weren’t used to repairing breast pumps they were willing to take a look at it. They fixed my charging port for a low price and it’s been working every since!

Got an iphone 7 from them only lasted 6 months took it back they wanted a trade for the iPhone 8 and wanted me to pay $250 I said let me think about it took it back a few days later now no trade in they dont want to buy the phone back but days before they were going to give me $150 for it I paid $500 for the phone 6 months ago when I bought it from them I dont recomend nobody to get a phone from them they mess up to quick in only give you 30 days to return.

I have used them to fix 2 of my cell phones now. The first one I jokingly handed it to the guy at the counter and asked him if he thought he could fix it. (I was actually there to see if I could find another phone to replace this one as it was literally in the shape of a C from being slammed in a truck tailgate.) He grabbed the phone and said let me see what I can do. 35 minutes later we walked out of the place with what appeared to be a brand new phone for $75. Thats why when my current phone broke I went straight there and got it repairs and was out the door again in 30 minutes. The people there are friendly and very knowledgeable. If you need your phone repaired this is where you need to take it.

Went in for a cell phone repair on a BLU phone. All other places in town did not want to touch it because it was not an iPhone or a Samsung. But these guys were not only able to fix it easily, but they did it in a short amount of time. I highly recommend these guys, and I plan to use their services again.
