Went in to fix front screen. Everything seemed great walked out made a phone call and noticed my ear speaker wasn’t working well took it back and then noticed they had broken the back glass on the phone. They told me I broke it!! Manager said nothing they can do! Don’t recommend!!!

I went to have my 7th generation iPad charging port repaired. They checked my serial number and discovered that I was still under warranty. They helped me setup an appointment with Apple to have the repair done.

If I could select ZERO I would. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. I just wasted 3 hours of my life yesterday and 1.5 hours today based on what I was told when I called to request a repair to my electronic device. I was told to bring it at 3:30 and they would have it ready in two hours so I drove to the store. When I returned in 2.5 hours no one had touched it. However, Carter the manager said he would take care of it and I could pick it up at 11:00 am today. He even called to see if a white screen would be ok. So, I called three times today to check on it and still no one has fixed it and the manager is not in the store. The guy at the counter wasn’t working he was watching TV. PLEASE do NOT waste your time going to this store. Horrible experience!

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I definitely would.I brought my MacBook Pro in 1.5 Months prior to the Covid-19 shutdown for a screen repair which the stated was an easy fix. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything, I decided to call for an update. I spoke with someone who stated that for those 2 weeks, their technician was out and would be returning back to work today to have a look. I brushed it off and said, keep me updated. One week later, I called for another update and spoke with a different employee who stated that my part had been ordered. I asked him which part did you guys order? (as I was curious), he stated aw man, I dont know I just got here.....Turns out no part was ever ordered. They kept my MacBook during the COVID shutdown, never called and asked me to come and pick it up prior to, never did any type of work, almost lost my charger, never took responsibility for anything and never even called back once they opened to come pick up my computer. THESE GUYS ARE TERRIBLE! Trust me when I say, DO NOT TAKE ANY DEVICE HERE FOR REPAIR! I tried to give them multiple chances, as well as business advice, but they refused to listen. I asked to speak to the owner and they refused. STAY AWAY.
