They are extremely easy to deal with and SO friendly! The units are clean and well maintained at a very affordable price! Highly recommend!As a side note: you are told upfront your grace period on payments and price! No surprises or hidden fees to try and get over on you.

NPMS has an exceptional staff. I am glad I chose this enterprise for cleaning my garage of unnecessary items that I want to keep but not see every time I park my car. (Flower pots, old books, etc). This is a convenient and modern facility.

We chose North Parkway Mini Storage to hold the contents of our four bedroom house. We selected a 10x20 unit which fit our needs perfectly. The facility is clean and secure. The staff is friendly and professional. I really like the room in their front office that shows the different sizes of the units like a reference guide you can stand in. That feature was very helpful in deciding how much space we really needed. When we were ready to get our stuff moved again, they had U-haul truck rentals right there ready for us to use. Quite convenient! I would definitely use North Parkway Mini Storage for your storage or truck rental needs.

Zach helped me choose the unit size I needed. Him and his coworker were very helpful. When I had trouble finding which unit was mine, his coworker had no problem coming down to the units to show me. While I was unloading my stuff into the unit, an employee came out and brought me a cold bottle of water because it was about 100 degrees outside.

Everything went well getting signed up and I will be moving in on Thursday. Leeann was very helpful.

Amazing place to store your items! I used this storage unit for over a year and moved out due to finding a new apt but everyone was always so helpful and friendly when I needed anything! The place is very clean and secure! Definitely would recommend and come back if I ever need to store my belongings again!

The facility is clean and the staff is helpful; however my overall rating is based on the fact that I was about 5 days late with my rent for June. It’s due on the 26th of each month. I used have auto pay but it takes the paymen forever to clear my bank so I turned it off. My pay date is Jul 2. I went to go grab some luggage on July 1st and there was already a red lock on my unit. Not even a full week after the due date! geesh I do intend to pay you! Like I said overall I’d recommend the facility it’s a lot cleaner than most I’ve used before.

Years ago they changed their policy on late fees without notifying me. I was charged $20 plus my rental fees x 2 months when only 1 month was due. I reported them to Better Business Bureau....The manager Donna Porter added $20 to my $63 rental every month...making it $83 and told me if I continue to keep on reporting to BBB and she would personally make it more. She also advised that they were not members of BBB so my reports were null and void. so for the last 3 1/2 years I have been over charged $842.

I say 2 stars because, its clean, affordable, it comes with different sizes, but u get charged a late fee even when your on time. They go by the time and not the date when they charge you a late fee. The fine print on the front counter says Five days late after the fifth day. It should say five days late after the close of business by s certain time.

Ive had a unit with them since, around 2016. Great staff and safe units. I would highly recommend them. Only problem Ive ever had was when you call and make a payment, dont go through call center, thats a different story. Call center agents arent that knowledgeable.
