I tried to buy seat covers for 2 of our vehicles and this website offers NO access to seat covers. Am I the only one trying to protect my seats (investments in vehicles)? I doubt it. They simply dont want my business. I can tell you this...Toyota offers leather seat covers for their vehicles. Maybe well go back to buying Toyotas.
Went In for a simple oil change, tire rotation, etc. my husband and I told Melanie we were having issues with a certain tire running flat. She said they would check it out. Once they finished she said they found no issue. She offered to have them double check, that lasted less than 10 minutes. Still insisting it’s fine. The guy who took us to our car insisted it was fine and even caught a slight attitude with us about what to do about the issue all though we were told their was no issue. My husband goes back inside to finish up the paper work and Mr. Hopper(I hope that’s his name) was heaven sent. He’s the only reason Melanie had them check our Car the 2nd time. He observed the fact that we kept insisting there was an issue and stepped in and checked himself and in less than 5 minutes he found the issue with the tire. So for a 3rd time our Car is going to the back. This is just the latest issue. I’ve waited 5 hours WITH an appointment for an oil change before that!
Purchased my 2015 2500 Silverado here. Love the truck.The service here has been sketchy since day 1. Seems to always be confusion as to my vehicle information. For instance I was supposed to get free oil changes for the first year or two and the folks behind the counter would always charge me and than take 20 minutes to get the charges off the bill. After the 3rd oil change I decided it wasnt worth waiting 2 hours when I could go somewhere else in 45 minutes. Free or not.My battery was dead about a month ago (of course it was raining). I got a jump at a gas station, called the shop and was told. Yes come on in we are not that busy. I arrive 15 minutes later and was told it would be a few hours to replace the battery. I called the Ford dealership half a mile away I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The Ford team had a big laugh about the situation and went out of their way to welcome my Chevy in their shop.Honestly extremely disappointing in the level of service I received. Nothing outrageous, no one was rude, just not feeling the customer service enough that I now regret purchasing my truck from them.
