They gave me the better deal on my old running car. They offered more money than any other place I called. The tow driver that came was really nice too. I would recommend.

You better get their early. Because this place gets packed in the parking lot. The staff where helpful in finding what your looking for. The cars where all organized by the brand. So it was pretty easy to find your model. The price was great. If you wanna save money I suggest you give this place a try. Just make sure you have all your tools you need before coming here.

Im not really a junk yard guy. This place had nice staff. Vending machine with drinks and staff. Organized lot. I was not aware that everything I buy has a core charge. So I bought 2 abs sensors and a window motor. All had core charges. And also an environmental fee they charged. This I do not like.

It was nice, cars are arranged nicely. sometimes what you need is under the vehicle and the rims get in the way, but dont sweat it, a Jack can be found, just be cautious so the vehicle doesnt fall. keep safety in mind

Of all the junk yards this is my favorite cheap prices and no hassles. Unlike ace pick apart where I cant even bring in my tool book bag and they charger more and the is saturated with water and mosquitoes....if you looking parts go to go pull it ...hell they will even pull it for you

I originally purchased the starter from this business giving them my old starter for the core charge. Needless to say the starter that I purchased didnt work which is fine, its a junkyard not everythings going to work 100% every time you go out to go get it. So I brought the failed part back. They issued me a refund and asked me would you like a replacement and I said yes of course so I went out to the yard pulled another starter and when I went to pay for it they tried to charge me another core charge. And I ask the counter sales lady why is there another core charge when I gave you a failed part back that was yours on a return she mentioned that was their policy in that had just how it was. I put my faith into another business given there are several businesses like this in Jacksonville, they have lost mine. If its their business model to charge you double for a failed product that came from them then I dont need that,

Really like this place. I watch the site all the time. Found a camper top for my 88. Was a 84 with camper top that got wrecked. Top was in great condition, just needed TLC. 45 dollars.

Despite everywhere saying different, I (18M) was told I couldnt enter without and adult 21 years or older. I have been here plenty of times before never with an someone 21 or older, never have I been told I couldnt enter. Sad to see they make policys up on the spot used to be a great place even the web site says you have to be 18 to enter but I guess not.

Great got 4 tires for less than $200

Drive all the way out here to get a simple battery cover and rear wiper motor for my car and they tell me my son can’t come in. 4 Phillips head screws and 5 minutes would have been all I needed.

I visited here with a friend/family and was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was nice and customer friendly. They had a 1/2 off sale and I was able to get a tire for $7!

I have been going here for about 5 years and liked the prices but was not impressed by the friendliness of the employees. I dont know what changed but this past year everyone has been very friendly and helpful. The girls at the counter always have a smile and could not be nicer. I even became a parts crusher member. Keep up the good customer service.

I have been going to you pull it junk yards for several years. Go pull it is further than another that is close to my house so I rarely visit. I decided to try Go Pull it again because of an all you can carry sale and I was extremely impressed by the customer service. The new management has really stepped up their personal service. What will keep me returning frequently is the frequency of new vehicles. Wow! They are really setting the standard for junk yards. Dont even get me started on the year long money back warranty.

I would definitely recommend this place. They have a wide variety of vehicles and all the parts are reasonably priced. Only problem is that the place is huge and its hard to get around, and the cars arent always where they say they are. It would easier to find them by looking Google Earth. Super nice people though!

I had a very pleasant experience at this location. Cici was the lady that helped me out. She was very friendly and always smiling, she made sure that all of my questions were answered and she was able to find the vehicle I was looking for and quickly. She made a stressful situation into one of ease, laughs, and quickness. The rest of the staff was friendly and made sure all was right and I had what I was looking for before leaving.

Two years have past since I posted a review (see below) for Go Pull-It. At that time Go set the quality bar high compared to other salvage yards. The other yards had no choice but to improve or risk being put out of business. My latest trip to Go was disappointing though. Without asking if Id like a warranty on any of my items, they just added a warranty to every item. PLUS the core charges are getting out of control. I understand reasonable core charges on metal recyclables but charging a core on plastic items?? Thats unacceptable. 41% of my bill was for cores, environmental fees and warranties that I never asked for. At a risk of losing loyal customers, Go needs to re-evaluate these unreasonable charges.Original Post April 2015>> Some other U-Pull It yards in the area makes you feel like you are leaving a prison yard instead of a auto salvage yard. Some also makes you feel like youve just been strip searched before leaving the yard. GO Pull-It is very clean and organized, friendly staff and makes you feel welcome and NOT violated.Go is my #1 choice for all my used parts.

First of all, I am a female, and my husband and I love this place. Most junkyards are just that, JUNKY! This place makes me feel safe, they have nice clean rows of cars, very pleasant and helpful staff, even computer printouts and clearly marked sections to find the cars. I have never had anything but friendly interactions with people in the secure yard, not like some other places that feel creepy when your out on your own. They even have tires already pulled and in the front, so I dont have to scour the yard looking for one.The cars are switched out often, so there is plenty of good stuff, not rusty cars that have been there for years. I bought a membership, and its well worth the money, the discounts and free entry pays for the card many times over.Dont forget to keep an eye out for the daily deals, I got a windshield for my sons car for 50% off, because it was Thursday.....that is what I call customer appreciation!The only gripe I have is not being able to take the wheelbarrows into the parking lot. Instead you have to bring your car to the front, which is not bad, just inconvenient sometimes. I understand why, because people would leave them all over and not bring them back.But I can honestly say, this is hands down the best yard in North Florida because without it, I would make my husband do all the work and I would just hang out at home.....hey....thats not a bad idea.....

This is a really big area. they have a lot of different types of cars in different sections. its easy to find what you need .when you walk in the door they can hand you a printout of which cars have which parts that are compatible. they very pleasant and they have memberships at a reasonable price and also deals during the week so its always nice to check the sales. things Change Daily so check back often. If you work on cars this is a great place to go. Membership gives you free entry I believe and discounts on Parts regular price to get in is $2

I have been to other boneyards and the service has been terrible. Go Pull It staff was extremely great!!!! They were very helpful in helping me find a tailgate for my truck. One staff member even helped me carry it out to my truck. I will always use go pull it from now on. They were courteous, helpful, and the best atmosphere imaginable at a place of business. They were more than accommodating.

I love this junkyard but for the 2 months they say they have a vehicle online I go there and the car is gone not only is the car goes to the crusher its been 6 weeks and that can is still sitting next to the crusher not touched, same thing with 93 Dakota,and 99 suburban other than that I love this place about to go there in a few minutes just hope the vehicle is there and not just sitting next to crusher.....UPDATE I CALLED THE OWNER HE IS FIXING THE WEBSITE TO STORE ISSUES HES ACTUALLY PUTTING VAN BACK IN YARD FOR ME AND OTHER CUSTOMERS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE 10 STARS
