I ordered a part in which they even asked for the VIN number to be sure it was the correct part. The picture and description appeared to be the correct part and since they asked for the VIN to be sure as it was a special order, I thought I was safe in ordering it. When I received it, I clearly saw the part was too narrow to fit the wider space. Since it was a special order, they will not let me return it for a refund. I feel they misled me by asking for the VIN number. I will never order anything from them again. Buyer beware!

I placed an order for $200+ worth of parts on a Monday, didn’t get a confirmation email until that Friday that they were going to START my order. I emailed the company and asked what the hang up was and I received a poorly written, excuse-ridden response several days later explaining to me that they needed 3-4 more business days to receive the parts from THEIR vendor. It’s been 2 weeks now (11 business days and 2 weekends) and Subaru Parts Superstore still has not shipped out my order. I would’ve just went through the dealership if I knew how poor their service would be. You’ve lost my business. Don’t order here unless you want to wait a month for your parts

Bought a bunch of Retainer Push Clips and a mud flap part that fell off (due to the failed clips. I spent hours sorting through the clips at the auto parts store without success so better to stick with the Subaru parts. Quick ship. Well packaged.

Fast fast and easy shipping although you will need to longer top bolts to mount the bracket they dont mention that but other than that perfect

I found the website easy to navigate to my required parts and found the diagrams especially helpful. I ordered 7 items, all of them clips for the grill of a 2002 Forester. 6 parts received were correct, the 7th they actually sent me 2 of, unfortunately they were not what I ordered. Rather than wait another week, I went to my local Subaru dealer on Santa Fe to their parts department, showed them the documents and parts. They had one clip left for the one I needed. He gave it to me free of charge and I have him the 2 interior trim clips i was shipped. Fortunately, this was just an annoyance, had I been rebuilding a transmission, this would have potentially been catastrophic.

Ordered two days 4 ago and it was at my door is about 3 days. Was packaged tight and in a good sized package. Love the online store and help I get with OEM parts.

Yep, there is better service than Amazon!l ordered around 10:00 PM. Order confirmed around an hour later. Wow! 6:30 the next morning my order was shipped. Double wow!!Order delivered three days later via regular (very modest $) shipping. Yep, triple wow!!!

I replaced my Subaru Outback key fob. The Parts Superstore was 1/3 of the cost and a Subaru made part. Quick delivery with notifications keeping me informed of where my fob was in the process. I would highly recommend them.

The price was good. Everything arrived safe and sound. It was 3 days sooner than I expected. I would absolutely use them again.

I searched a half dozen sites, including amazon and Ebay and this was the best price online. They also answered a clarifying question I had very quickly and ensured that the part was exactly what I needed, and it was. I hope I dont need any more parts, but if I do, Ill be back.

Fast shipping and the prices is great. I ordered the rain deflectors for my crosstrek but it didn’t come with any instructions and part of it was cracked. It cracked from one of the ends that you really can’t see but it was cracked and I had to glue it together. The packing wasn’t that great, it was just in plastic with some of that crumbled brown thick paper. I wished they bubble wrapped it then put the crumbled paper. I know it wasn’t their fault it just gets thrown around when it gets shipped out. It is what it is. I’ll probably order again from this website but I hope they do better in packaging.

What’s sad is I live in Texas and have a subaru dealer less than 15 min away I had to physically go in to get an answer about ordering some parts for my Baja . They parts guy was supposed to get back with me on the parts I needed. Still have not had any contact from them so I found this site and have ordered several things, they ship fast and always friendly !
