Brought my car here to get some brake lines routed, they didn’t have parts or tools for it and made me supply them, wasn’t timely at all took almost a week and a half to get my car back in worse condition then in it was already in, stripped my abs module so I had to purchase another one. David my service advisor barely kept contact with me not giving my updates on the situation. My bill was almost $500 and NOTHING WAS DONE I MEAN NOTHING. They were very rude with assisting my with my problem with the price I talked to the GM He VERY RUDELY told me to get out of the shop and never come back again, and fired my friend that recommended me to come there. I WILL NEVER WASTE MY TIME AT A THIS DEALERSHIP EVER AGAIN. Was just a crazy experience I never thought would happen

I just recently purchased a vehicle from here and had a pretty great experience. Tony helped me meet the needs that I wanted and was extremely professional the whole time. He didn’t push me into a sale, was not up in my face about me buying a car and was honest. Those are some pretty rare qualities to get from a person selling you a used car. I literally never write reviews, but I honestly felt the need too. I bought a Mazda3 here last year, and every single experience I’ve had with this place since then has been amazing. They’re extremely polite and accomading. The wait is never long. And they provide complimentary car washes (and even detail the inside too)! Seriously can’t recommend them enough.

An absolute pleasure to deal with and I love my newest purchase. The staff was everything they said they were in the ads. I would highly recommend them to anyone and we will definitely do business agian in the future

Good service but you have to schedule 1 to 2 weeks out.

They care About customers and try to help you out.

They told me the oil change for my Mazda would take an hour and it took 30 minutes. They gave me water and a leather couch to relax on. They had WiFi. They washed my car before they let me go. They didnt push additional service on me, only passively mentioned some things and backed down immediately when I showed that I wasnt interested.What more can you ask from a service center?

Edited this review to 1 star as my mom took her car in for simple oil change/tire rotation some time ago and while reviewing her receipts I noticed she got taken advantage of for well over $250 of needless nonsense. Just 1 example is a battery service--there is no servicing required or even possible on modern batteries, especially on a new car with only 20k miles. I think you have to go back to the 70s or 80s at the latest for a serviceable battery.Original review: Service is good but Id never buy a car here. Much better to go to a higher volume dealer in Orlando like I did for a lower price, better experience and much more reasonable junk dealer fees. $1300 is the highest Ive seen anywhere. They also grossly underpay on trades by anywhere from $3-$5k based on what they offered me on my vehicle and what they offered on my sisters. A simple online valuation from CarMax, Carvana, Vroom and even competing dealers prove that.
