Love this place! Theyre the only store closest to me that has everything I need, so I dont go elsewhere too often. The variety in their selection meets EVERY SINGLE ONE of the hair care needs of my husband and myself. Pretty obvious choice for me!

The store is wonderful, but the customer service is a 0, the cashier never said a word to me, so I said to him thank you, he said nothing, I said have a nice day, again nothing. But there are thousands of beauty supply stores around and Ill go to one of them, I dont think my business was appreciated

I admire that they stay on top of trendy styles as well as popular products. From bundles, to makeup, accessories, wigs!! 🥰They have multiple locations throughout Jacksonville & other cities as well but “Beauty Exchange on Edgewood is by far the best beauty supply store in North Florida 🙌🏽very clean, stocked well with good hair products for natural and permed hair types. 😍ALWAYS find what I’m looking for here. Variety of staff and friendly. Great customer service & They are very knowledgeable about the products &Priced better than some beauty stores in the area. Will definitely go back!

A negative vibe NEVER GIVEN FROM MY 3 experiences try there best to please there costumers every time.💯They had everything I was looking for from synthetic braiding hair to real bodied HUMAN hair is amazing with surprisingly light pricing. They had All the supplies I need I wouldn’t mind taking another 20 minute trip right back over there for the fourth. I LOVE IT!😩🥰🥰

Horrible. Disgusting service. Girls are nice but the men are rude. They want you to cover their bank fees for using your card. Literally recommend that no one shops here at all. They are so greedy they dont even let the girls cash people out. Find a better beauty supply to shop at. There are tons. Trust me.

There was a girl working there Sunday (12/16) around 1:00 pm. She was awesome. She walked me through all types of hair, which might be better... She was awesome. All 300 questions I had for her were answered. She kept making sure I found what I needed and let me know she would be close by if I needed anything. She recommended things I needed without being pushy, or trying to upsale. Great first experience with this place.

I will never go there again. Owner is terrible. Doesnt know what customer service is.

Ashley & nyima i had the pleasure of meeting today while i was shopping for my new wig and othet accessories these two young ladies made me feel comfortable and very welcomed as they were very friendly fun and honest when i asked for their opinion on certain things but above all they were 100% professional and respectful i am a caucasian woman and when i go to theses places i am treated like a burden or joke and they never want to helo me nor are they Friendly and i spend lots of money but i know where i will be spending my lots of money for now on it will be with these two beautiful ladies!

I came in early, only 20 minutes after they closed, I was a lil sleepy and a little unclear, but both the cashier and associate were more than happy to help. I only knew some of the details of what I wanted, and with that scant information, they were both helpful and very polite. Will be returning with a smile on my face, hopefully they dont ruin it next visit🤔

I went to buy my My regular hair which is empire, one of the young ladies that work there recommend me to get Gem 100% human hair also that’s what it says on the package so I said okay I get home and apply the hair to my head and with me being a stylist well over 15 years I have never had the opportunity to receive some hair that melted while using the flat irons Smh I called the store and the Manager response was they hair is 100% there’s nothing he can do we will see who I have the last laughWow this is true statementGem hair isn’t 100 %When they recommended it to me . I brought it and I’m a stylist of 30 yrs and this hair Damage my best flatirons. When I called the store the manager was so rude and disrespectful. I feel sorry for the girls that work there because they see what’s going on At Both stores.

Reasonable prices but they never have frontal/closure patterns that match bundles thats usually in their sales paper. I usually have to use a straight frontal with bodywave hair or vice versa but otherwise they are helpful.
