Typical Publix experience for me, with excellent customer service. Most everything I was shopping for was easy to find, and the couple things that I didnt know the location of, the nearest employee happily directed me to.

Always super clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Always find what Im looking for. Love the variety of options they have for lunch mostly the salad table.

God bless the Publix store and its people. Some of the employees are there to help and some others are in a rush when it comes to helping clients but it is understandable because of the nature of the business demand. Everyone has a talent there.

The Deli will look you dead in the eye, only person in line and walk away without serving you. I sat there for 20 minutes while they mingled around doing random cleaning and sorting. Asked for help and was ignored. Fine, I hope you choke on your chicken.

Couldnt find the baby formula due to it being out of stock but the manager offered to order it monthly for me to get on WIC if I got him the UPC code. Great store and manager!!

I love this Publix. Its always so fast and friendly. I never have an issue finding an item that I am looking for. Produce is always fresh, and I LOVE them fresh baked bread.

This feels like one of the smaller locations, but it’s very well laid out and always well stocked. The sandwich counter is usually busy and it takes a while to get Pub subs, but I like them too much to stop getting them!

Publix is a little pricey but otherwise I seem to always have a good experience. Staff are very polite helpful and on standby to assist in any way. The bakery is by far one of the best Ive encountered. Even their boxed donuts are very very good. Huge wine selection, bigger then some state liquor stores. A full isle on both sides filled with various wines.

Love this Publix. Ive been to several others and this one is close to home, clean, friendly and helpful staff and has always been helpful and pleasant. Its a great place for our neighborhoods nearby

Its close to me. Thats why I shop here. My only complaint for this place is the hot bar needs to be better attended. Throw away the popcorn chicken before you start serving rocks. And dont put new stuff on top of old stuff.

This is a very well-run store very well stocked very knowledgeable staff. The parking lot is clean and managed. I did not see panhandlers in this parking lot. One of the rare days that I use this store and was not confronted with panhandlers. I highly recommend this store.

Tom in Produce helped me with my many, many balloons for my daughters graduation today and he was truly a pleasure. Funny and efficient. Had me in and out of there, but kept in entertained as well. Give that guy an Employee of the Month award and a raise!!!

This Publix is always wonderful and the employees are friendly, helpful and professional. I love Publix 💘 Its always a pleasurable experience. I think its great that they are all about taking care of their customers.

Publix is always the best, but their sushi could use some improvement. Salmon was hard and had no flavor. There were bones in the sashimi but everything else in the store is 5 star

This location always has the flavor Gatorades I like in stock. They are every difficult to find recently.

This location has self checkout. If something doesnt ring up right, they work to fix it right away. Everyone is very pleasant, greets and chats my kids with stickers sometimes. The meat and seafood departments are great and friendly making customizations. The app makes it easy to make shopping lists, find the right aisles, see whats on sale, order online (cupcakes, etc) and order delivery (instacart).

Always have the things you need, courteous employees, easy access.

Clean but never enough registers open ..good for buying something quick stick to your list or you will spend $$$

I only took a star off because of the crowds. But there is a reason its crowded... Publix fried chicken tendies footlong sandwiches!! And the sushi of course, both made to order from Publix deli and sushi bar.I mean, talk about building a community? There was a lady running or jogging laps in the parking lot!Love it. Its crowded and a bit more pricy than say, walmart. But its worth it.

Good produce, good selections, great people that will find anything your looking for. The store is excellent.

One of the larger Publix stores in Jacksonville, and clearly one of the newer/remodeled ones. Lots of product, friendly staff, great place to shop!

Amazing customer service from our local Publix. Had a beverage bottle broken in parking lot I just purchased and they exchanged it without a question although it was my fault. Bryan esp. went above and beyond to ensure he got the broken piece from the bag and trashed it away and all with a smiling face. This is the reason why people keep coming back to shop at Publix.

Manager Ashley is super skilled at snarky and curt communication. Too bad those aren’t quality befitting good customer service. Do you treat everyone that way or just the ones that point out a (large) pricing discrepancy? Why are the Jacksonville Publix’s so terrible compared to the ones in Lakeland?

I know things are difficult right now but you should be able to get a prescription thats been there for a couple of days and then it not be ready for when you have to leave town for a week and go out of the country. I realize its not a vital prescription but I was really disappointed that I went there on my way out of town to pick it up which cost me half an hour and leaving town. The girl behind the counter was very sweet and nice about it but was not expecting that to happen

A good publix, I dont have any complaints, other than this publix has a lot of crazy customers, it seems everytime I go here theres some parking issue, like someone mostly out in the lane, someone that cones and aggressively parks close to you and so crooked you have to leave at an angle. Just things like that every time

Store is always clean, with seafood and meat staff to assist customers; all of the staff is helpful. Checkout is quick because they have baggers, who can also load groceries in our cars. They deliver and you can call order in and come pick it up. I love shopping here, and have for years.

It ok. It is not the best store in Jax. I had to search for a while to find a quality cucumber, and package of strawberries. Most of the fruit is bruised like someone played kickball with!At this store, I would check the expiration date on all items, be leery of bogo deals, and watch the bag person ( they have smashed my tomatoes, eggs, damaged bread on several occassions)The store is clean, but the items are weirdly placed. The freezers are always overstuffed as well. This is not my favorite Publix in Jax.Also, some of the packages like pancake mix may be damaged. I got home one time from Publix to find pancake mix everywhere. Check all items at this store for freshness, quality, and stay away from bogo deals!

Ive never been inside but their grocery pick up service always goes without a hitch and they come to car pretty quickly.

I like Publix fruits and vegetables. They are always or I should say 99% of the time very fresh and if they are not and you cant find what you looking for just asked and most of the staff are more than willing to drop what theyre doing and help you out

Customer service is poor. I was waiting in line for lottery tickets twice. Both times the man behind the counter decided to wander off and do other things while everyone was left waiting in line. I asked to speak to a manager regarding this poor customer service and was told one was not available to speak with me. Needs improvement! It happened again just yesterday! Poor customer service.

Really rude employees on Thursday the 5th around 5pm. Lane 3 or 4 older lady was so rude and mean. I called the manager over. A short young girl, and she was just as rude! I wont be coming back to this publix.

Grocery stores Home Decorating very often because they are overlooked for being reviewed but the people at this grocery store are always so friendly and in a great mood

Im writing to give a big big shout out to an employee Baker Bill m. he I believe works in the Frozen area as he was stocking ice cream one night. This publix has the worst deli employees especially when they change shifts some of the workers come in like they dont even want to be there 😒 have the worst attitude they walk around watch customers wait all day while they just walk around not trying to take the next customer instead wait to see what other employee is going to step in and and get the next customer. I literally go to publix everyday and the deli is has always been a nightmare.

I would rate this store a 5 point unfortunately the pharmacy is very poor. The turnover of pharmaceutical employees is outrageous and when advised pick-up time another 20 or less minutes you finally have ones prescription filled. This pharmacy is in need of a face-lift to comply to the consumer with a pick-up time to be factual.

It was good. They were out of several things I needed. Other than that it was all good.

We love our local Publix! I have been shopping at Public since 1979!! I use to drive past a competitors to go to Publix. Now we live closer to a competitor and still shop at Publix!!

Over 20 minute wait with no line, produce was mostly on the outside of the bread, along with sauce. Rolled and squeezed all over both wraps, paper, and sticker. The kicker, shrimp tails left on the shrimp. Not sure what happened, but it’s enough for me to not return or recommend. 0/10
