The Korean man who owns or manages this store, is still rude.Same man, used to own a beauty supply store on Moncreif Road and he still has not changed!!. Poor customer service skills, follow you sir. Sad because you’re serving the African-American community mainly, that’s where you’re getting your income from.. yet you have horrible people skills. Some of your products/weave, are old and outdated sitting on display for years! Yet, you’re selling “same products and hair” at full price! Treat customers with respect and common decency, that’s only fair to people coming in to support your business,

I love getting my lashes done here always a get experience

I shop regularly and get my brow and lashes done. I only let the Korean lady do my lashes and brow because the help they hire have no experienceI was going out of town and the Korean lady was on vacation and I needed my lashes done really bad and I ask this young lady they hired was she good and she replied yes well I trusted her and she did a very poor job I was so disappointed after she finished will never go that route again. They are a little over protective in that store when the man and older lady is on the register.But I go because its affordable for brow and Lashes when the Korean lady do them and when I shop for other items.

Rude and nasty poor customer service

The first time I went there the man accused me of stealing and looked inside my purse and found nothing. So what he did was give me free stuff, because he felt bad. I personally thought that was bad customer service and you cant cover that up with free things. Then one time I called up there and I asked the lady a simple question about the pricing there and she just said NO! and hung up in my face. The last time I went there a couple weeks ago the man didnt necessarily hover me but he watched me and helped me with my purchase. I dont know they might be nice now, dont hold your breath on that though.

Ladies that run the store are very rude. They hover over you until you make a purchase. They watch you like your going to steal something from the moment you walk in. I understand you watching your business and all but they are down right rude to people. I will never go into their business again.

I will NEVER go in this Beauty Supply store . I was asked to leave the store . Why ? I was carrying a large bag, work bag . He didnt welcome me in . He looked at me, then my bag . I asked did I need to leave it at the counter. I said to him, You looking at me like Im gonna steal something . I didnt appreciate it one bit . When you call someone out, he felt some type of way . I have never been asked to leave a place of business.

This beauty supply is the worse one they are very rude to Customers they talk politely.

Great prices and selection. But sitting in the rain waiting for them to be open and its already 30 mins later then the opening sign says.

Get my lashes done here sometime last time she left half of one up not even glued down and the glue burned my eyes I believe she uses hair glue SMH 😭
