I placed a online order and paid for 2 day shipping to come to find out the product I wanted was out of stock. Mind you I called and double checked TWICE and they never told me until the second time I called to make sure the order was shipped out. Also, they didnt try to accommodate me for their mistake.

Over priced and NO HANDICAP ACCESS!! Can you imagine no wheel chair ramp at this place of business in 2018?!! All the money this community spends on hair products they cant abide by the law and install a wheel chair ramp!! They have handicapped parking but no easy access into the store. SHAME ON YOU!!!

I have been shopping there for over 4yrs. They have everything. The ladies in back with the wigs are AWSOME!!!.

Horrible experience! I ordered a wig on 12/23/16. I instantly received a confirmation email of my order. Today is 12/28/16 and I still havent receive notification of shipment. Even though according to their shipping policies my order should have went out no later than yesterday I figured since I ordered a couple days before Christmas that there may be a delay. So I called them today and he guy that answered the phone asked me to call back in thirty minutes. That was annoying but I said ok and called back about 1 hour and a half later. The guy that answered the phone seemed impatient and was rude when I had to continue to repeat my order and the date I ordered. After a theee minute pause I hear him say, Oh no! And then he tells me my wig is out of stock in all colors. I said, So your wig is out of stock in all colors yet they are all listed in stock on your website. Then he says, No, after I seen your order I marked it zero but your color is out of stock. I explained to him how that is a lie because I was just on the site showing my friend the wig yesterday and all colors were still listed in stock because she was going to purchase one. He literally marked the wig out of stock while we were on the phone. Horrible. This particular wig has been out of stock everywhere so I was really excited when I found a place that had them. Im very disappointed. If I didnt call when were they going to contact me? Another 5 day? 15 or 25 days? Thats bad business. Also, I wasnt offer anything for them having my $60 for five days with no product in return or for my inconvenience. They will have to pay me to shop with them again.
