Love the cheap, deal, bargains, you have to take your time and go through the store to find what you need. Its a big store. I like how they sell hard wear now. I found wooden blinds for 7.99 each. I made sure all the parts were in the box. For the most part a good store. It is rather dusty.

So we always find really good stuff here. May require a little digging thru stuff but its fun.

You can get a good deal if you pay attention if you dont you will pay retail some stuff is not worth it

I agree the store is very cluttered.But I would definitely not compare the products to the goodwill. Great for DIY projects just make sure you are an informed consumer and cross reference prices BTW note everything is NOT damaged.. be prepared to search. Best deal this week was ODO BAN for 5$ and change.. also 12 large roll toilet tissue 7$ and change..the lighting was great and found mailbox I paid 100 for on Amazon for 35!!!

Basically the same price you would find at any other store you might save a little bit you just got to watch what you get. You can find some good sales in there though. Stuff is just everywhere dont trust the price on the shelf you definitely have to have patience in time when you go in that store cuz youre going to need it.

If your trying to find quality product but a fraction of the price I absolutely recommend Dirt cheap in Jacksonville. I spent about $400 on over 500 sqft worth of flooring and nothing was wrong with it and it looks amazing.

Store is dirty. Parking lot is trashy. Service is nonexistent. Never have enough checkers. I’ve seen ppl abandon their baskets and just leave because they r so far back in line. Could be a decent store with lots of bargains but ppl don’t want to put up with the nonsense.

The prices on a sign that are displayed above the clothing states that the clothes AR cheap, for example shirts for 599 for white t-shirts and socks for 99 and shorts for 699, but then when you get to the register everything is about five times that much and I was already settling for brands that I wouldnt normally be wearing and clothes that I wouldnt normally be picking out to wear at another store and so its frustrating to find out after all that and making no sacrifices that its not even for a cheaper price then I would pay at the mall. However outside of close the rest of the store is pretty awesome

It was such a bad idea going to this spot, I needed help getting out of there! Couldnt tear myself away from t. Aisles! They had some of everything! Entire toilets! And truck toolbox! All t. Lighting fixtures, bulbs, paint, smoke alarms, all t. Minutia of t. World! Everything 50% or more off sometimes as much as 65% 75%! If 6ou do go...take someone level-headed to tear you away from t. Electronics depth. Having this will save your life...it did mine.

What a complete disaster. Most boxes opened. One fire fire trap. Some staff were nice. All Chinese made junk.

I bought 6 things for under 2 dollars and was worth it! The store is a bit messy but it was like a treasure hunt! They have a bit of everything and some of deals are amazing but some items were a bit expensive for a dirt cheap place. Also before you buy something make sure it works because I believe all sales are finals.

I used to visit the store in Seary,before my husband past away 6yrs ago. And find a lot there.Today is my first visit in 6yrs.But I couldnt find any thing today.

Loved it here. The only thing is the prices were a little tricky but you can take it to the front and they will price it for you.I usually just wait until I am ready to check out so Im not making a lot of unnecessary trips.

Excellent prices and selection for key remodeling projects. I am actually going to come in under budget on a 3 bathroom remodel! Cant wait for my next project/savings!:Note this store is a surplus and the staff does make attempts to keep it neat and clean, however it can be a hazard towards the back of the store where the closeout items go. I would love to see and asso. Stationed in that area to prevent hazards. Everyone loves a deal, not everyone likes watching an elderly woman struggle to view those same deals. While watching a man in front of her just tossing boxes behind him. There was an asso. that was quick to tidy when she passed, though this was not the area she worked. Cashiers are not to knowledgeable and didnt have much support. Overall very pleased, but there is some room for improvement.

Ashley the manager at the Dirt Cheap location in Jacksonville, AR is the most disrespectful Manager I have ever come in to contact with. Direct Cheap is supposed to return or exchange items with a receipt and the item in the package and she refuses to do it every time. Other managers at the store are very helpful and will exchange an item as long as you have the receipt. I love going to this store, but Ashley needs to learn the rules about returns. Thank god for the kind managers and the corporate staff. This is the second time this has happened with Ashley as she put it when I asked her if this was Ashley?, she replied “I CAN’T DIVULGE THAT INFORMATION”! Well I know it’s you Ashley and you are mean to your customers and disrespectful.

There are cheap things paint, tools, flooring, clothes, bedding but be prepared to trip over debris in the floors. It is a very junky store!

I enjoy shopping here, Ive gotten many bargains and great savings on many items!! As a d.i.y., it has saved me lots on house update and repairs! Gotta pay a bit of attention but still a great place to buy

Used to be able to find bargains, if you were willing to hunt... but lately havent found much of anything that wasnt overpriced, damaged, or completely broken.There explanation of pricing is they start with a dirt cheap price then take an additional X off our ALREADY LOW prices... but the price is NEVER already low. I saw a book in there that retails for $13 marked at like $26 or something so only with the discount was it retail priced and even then it wasnt in perfect/pristine condition so makes more since to buy elsewhere.I also hate all the empty boxes. Have employees walk through and throw them away!I will still look in here when I am nearby but it has seriously gotten a LOT worse in the last year or so. New management maybe? I noticed the staff is pretty much all new/different too. The old staff that had been there since they opened were very nice.

Love to shop here but just because the name is Dirt Cheap dont assume the prices will be dirt cheap. You can find some really good bargains, but you have to hunt for them. And I do mean hunt. So if you want some cool stuff at really low prices, be prepared to spend at least a couple of hours looking for your bargains.

Fun place to look for stuff

Was there twice today once to buy an electronic then I had to return it by it didnt work. So when buying a cashier ask an employee to help me. He acknowledged her request then went in the back and that was that. 10 mins later someone finally helped me. Tonight returning the item. The manager started off helping then walked through the same plastic curtin after 13mins she finally returned to process my return. I wont be back to this location

Ive been shopping Dirt Cheap stores in multiple states for over two decades. Ive probably been to at least 30 different locations. The employees at this store come up with company policies on the spot while youre checking out! Im certain I would have heard of them before if they were actually company policies. Ive since been to another location and had a similar situation that wouldve required the use of one of those policies if it was a true policy. Guess what... surprise....the policy wasnt even mentioned!! That was just one of the policies though. Theyve used several different ones on me at this location that are not in use at any of the other locations.

Really cool place! I got this really cute pink sweater for $5 that would cost $15 - $25 anywhere else. They have a lot of things to look through! You can find just about anything, and all of their stuff looks clean! I really do recommend!

I have always had a good experience. I bought a lot of dvd and blu-rays there really cheap. The manager Hannah is great employee, she came up to assist a cashier and to speed up the line she checked me out!

You can get cheaper price lumber here but buyer beware on other items. A lot of the items looked like items return to the big box stores.

Pretty good thrift buying dont hesitate to check the electronic items they do not refund anything! But you can find some great deals!

It was fun to watch the children with big eyes and smiles when they spotted all those toys and with the bargains and savings with a smile the parents said okay you can get it. The Managers were very helpful and approachable. Thank you for a fun and safe place to shop.

It is a bit disorganized, & a lot of the stuff is broken or missing parts but if you have the time to look you can find some good deal. They do have lots of clothes to pick from. They have little bit of everything to choose from.

I enjoy dirt cheap. Some days are better than other. I have noticed items that are the same but marked different prices. Other times we have people who think are the corporate of Dirt Cheap and WAY overpriced their stuff, let it go man! That person probably needs it more.

Hopefully their added space creates an overhaul of their layout and organization. While I brought it to their attention their excuse was we put things out neatly then customers screw it up. They have a lot of items that could just be thrown out or donated because they are too broken or straight trash.

If you can stand the clutter, with patience, you can find some great values!

Dirt Cheap Building Supply has a better selection of tile & flooring, and cheaper than Home Depot or Lowes.

Horrible and rude staff. They keep saying different things about their sale prices and policies. One gives you discount and other doesn’t.

Good luck looking at EVERYTHING in this huge store. You can see that they tried to put things in order in this place but with millions and millions and millions of items I dont see how they could have oh and now they have all the building supplies you need.

One of the cashiers was very very rude to me talking about standing in line amd then when it was our turn, she left her register!! I spent over $50 in this store today and this experience nearly made me walk out and i will question whether i return. Its almost worth it to drive further not to be talked to like this!!

I absolutely do not like this store. Because they have prices on their products and when you get to the counter they say oh this is the wrong price. And by me being the professional that I am and knowing for myself that if the price is on there you must honor that price thats on the product. And then go change the amount thats on the others thats wrong. And to me if youre suppose to be a thrift store and nothing about your store is thrift price somethings not right. But to each their own.
