After 10 years of having my eyelashes permed & tinted, I thought I’d give false lashes a go. I’ll admit I was a bit scared in case I wouldn’t like them & they’d be too much but Jade put me at ease, made me feel extremely welcome & wow, I absolutely love them & now can’t see I’ll ever not have them. One star for Kitty, because she is a great hairdresser, one star for the calling me after they lied me about Kittys available appointments. Maybe this is a good hair salon, but they should to learn, that The straight way is the best way. Im really disappointed, because I wanted a perfect hair from Kitty for my besties funeral. 😢

I cant recommend this salon enough! I had my hair done with Ann-Marie, she re styled and coloured my hair and i am very happy with outcome and have had lots of compliments on my hair.Service was amazing very friendly i had a lovely time relaxing while having hair done. Also got lots of advice to help keep my hair nice and of course i am booked in to go back!Salon was very clean and comfortable and stylish best haircut i have had in a time! Ann-Maries colouring is amazing.

Got a gents cut and had to get another straight away to fix it.Only place an appointment was available and its evident why now.It was a cheap haircut and you get what you pay for

Been going to Couture for years now, all the staff are welcoming and make me feel very relaxed. I usually see Amy but Id let any of the stylist do my hair as theyre all excellent. The sunbeds are great, best in town easily.

Creative Couture Salon is a welcoming place to get your hair done or have beauty treatments or a sunbed. My hairdresser is Amy. Amy always listens to what I want, an inspires me to try new things. She listens to my feedback and I always love what she does with my hair . The team all help each other out. I often have someone else helping Amy. The provide lovely hair treatments and recommended what is good for your hair. Amy does an amazing head massage too. In love coming to get my hair done i always have a good chat with the staff, as well as being proved with lots or tea for free.

That’s been a while but I’m so want to give this salon a review and unfortunately it’s not good, first time I went there to have eyelashes extensions done to go on holiday most of the lashes was poking me in the eyeball and I had to remove many of them as it seemed that was glued in the wrong way. Ok then maybe it was one unfortunately occasion and I will try get my hair done there as it was close and the location was convenient to me, so I have a young lady hairdresser and I just wanted to cut the ends of my hair nothing radical, she expended a lot of time on my hair ( mean few hours) but was fine I thought she was putting a lot of effort on what she was doing to make sure my hair was nice ( that’s why I saw in the wall that she was a hairdresser of the month).Ok holidays is coming again and I tried again have my eyelashes extensions done there again, and for my surprise I came out with my bottom eyelashes LASHELESS, when the girl pulled the pad from the bottom of my eyes she pulled the eyelashes too.Well that was the last time I hadeyelashes extensions done with them but I still give another go for Hair Cut with the same hairdresser for a different day and for other occasion so booked an appointment and went for have this time a little bit different style but I said I want to keep length at the bottom of my hair I wanted a V-Cut shaped but that day was something in the air in that salon, looks like a boyfriend was there and the girlfriend hairdresser wasn’t very happy with each other, and every time she looks at him in stress she with the comb almost piercing my scalp aswell, and wouldn’t look at the mirror as I was making faces because of the pain, so by the time she finished combing my hair the boyfriend was going and he keeping saying bye to her but she wouldn’t say a word.So she started cut my hair and cutting and cutting and she said if that was ok and I said you cutting too much and it is square not V shape so she tried cut a bit more until she was like running out of time as she have another appointment so she started to rush and she said that my hair was too thick and couldn’t do the cut I wanted so she just blow dried it and she ran upstairs for her next appointment, result of the story I went with long hair and came out with my hair in my shoulders and square, I went to pay for this and other girl said if it was ok and I said that’s not what I wanted and she took my payment and said well it will grow again!!!Well thanks very much but never I want to put my feet there again. So just wanted to share my experience, so be careful if you have thick hair and with eyelashes extensions!UpdateI wonder why on their Facebook page all the reviews has gone and you can’t put a review for then?!

I used this salon for the first time today as they have sunbeds with the new collagen bulbs.....The beds are really strong and glow pink, the whole salon was spotless and the staff gave me lots of advice on creams and tanning.Id highly recommend this salon.

Ive been using the tanning beds here for a few years now and they are always clean and well maintained. All the staff are super friendly.I have recently started to have my hair done here with Amy, always a great cut and Amy is a pleasure to chat to. I now look forward to having my hair done!

Best hair dresser I have been to. I had an advanced perm with an olaplex treatment built in and they did an amazing job, making the curl very natural and long lasting. Ann-Marie is incredibly well prepared and was not only very professional and excellent at her job but very warm and funny. Her girls are wonderful and all super talented. I live mostly in Italy but will travel back just to have my hair done by them. Thanks so much!

Gorgeous, modern, light salon. Wonderful staff who are very friendly and open. Ive never felt as welcomed into a salon as you do walking into here. Excellent prices and they regularly have discounts and special offers on their Facebook page. They also have loyalty cards available. If youre looking for a welcoming environment, professional staff, a nice up to date salon with excellent prices and want to come away feeling fabulous, this is where you need to go 💙 x

I have been going to this hairdressers for a few years now and have also been more than pleased with the outcome. Staff are lovely and very welcoming. They are friendly and are very understanding and helpful with any questions you have. The salon is lovely and clean and I believe had recently been redecorated. It is very modern and beautiful.

After my initial telephone conversation with Ann-Marie I booked in for a consultation to have hair extensions. Ann-Marie was so helpful and gave me advice on how I should have the extensions fitted using racoon hair. We agreed on a long bob and Ann - Marie ordered the hair. The consultation was very through and I left feeling really excited. I have had an exact colour match to the extensions and the way Ann-Marie has fitted them and cut them into shape, I simply cannot fault her. I feel a million dollars and I strongly recommend her and her team. Ann-Marie used Olaplex on my hair and its so shiny. There is a warm friendly feeling in the salon and I find all the staff there completly friendly. I am so glad I chose Creative Couture for my beautiful racoon extensions. Thanks again xx

After trying numerous salons around Sudbury, Ive been with Ann-Marie and her team for a few years now and can not compliment the team at Creative Couture enough. So friendly, understanding and talented. A true credit to Sudbury and the hair dressing industry. Im also impressed with hearing about the staff alway going on new beauty training session. A true one stop shop.

My hairdresser moved from another local salon to Creative Couture, I had my first appointment a few weeks ago and was really pleased with the salon. It had a great feel to it with all staff checking in to see if you wanted a drink etc, the salon was comfortable and friendly and offers many other services than just hair. The knowledge the staff have around products and treatments is second to none. Lorretta is a fantastic hairdresser and I would definitely recommend her/the salon to anyone!

I had a lovely cut by Tyler last night and let her go crazy on styling it. My hair is so thick and heavy it never holds a style, let alone a curl. But this miracle worker managed it! And its still got a lovely curl in it today! I will never use anyone else! X

Excellent service with great prices (they even sometimes have offers/vouchers/loyalty cards) the salon is in a good location with free parking right outside. The salon is very modern and is always clean and tidy. All the staff are friendly and professional. Ashleigh is great, she always does my hair exactly how I want it. The products they use are amazing and always smell soo nice, ive even purchased some for myself at home. The salon also has good opening hours, open late some evenings to fit around work etc and i like that they always give you a reminder call/text the evening before. I would 100% recommend Creative Couture :D

Hannah is a brilliant hairdresser, she is the only hairdresser I have found that can do my hair just the way I like it! She does a great fade and I always receive comments on how nice my haircut is, she always takes her time to make sure it’s perfect!

Hi I have never used your saloon . I used one before and they messed my hair up . So now I rarely get my hair cut due to never know what I want and dont want my hair to be ruined again . But I have heard loads of good stuff about u. My hair has loads of spilt ends and its just dull and boring so I would love to win . Just to see if u can work ur magic .

I would have given them 3 stars, but I had some negative remarks about them which I complained about and got no response from them. That’s considered very rude . They provide a service (which is not a great one) but they should accept negative comments and at least try to apologise. Not using them again and told my friends not to!
