I took the handgun course with Josh and I have to honestly say he was amazing. He explained everything so we could fully understand, He helped us to understand the proper way of using a handgun it real life scenarios. He also taught us how to properly hold and shoot our handgun. Josh broke everything down from the different calibers, to pulling the triggers and if you asked me; I would definitely recommend people to take the class here!

The staff was so knowledgeable and took their time helping me find a gun that fit me, not trying to just sell me anything. I know what gun I will be buying after the class I take. It was a great educational experience today. Most knowledgeable store I have been to in Jacksonville. Will be back.

Joshua instructed our handgun safety course this past weekend and he did a great job! You can tell he is knowledgeable and passionate about the information in the course. We love coming here! My husband is prior-military and well-versed in firearms... me, never held a gun in my life. Everyone is genuinely friendly and the range is clean and fun. Staff is extremely professional, helpful, attentive, and definitely knowledgeable. Made this newbie feel right at home. Can’t wait for classes to start back up again because I’ll definitely be booking.

It took these clowns 3 full days to do a “sellers review” and finalize everything so that I could pay for my new pistol. I had to call 3 times to get them to complete this. Once they pushed through their seller review, they assessed $60 for 2 day shipping. That is about double what every other pistol has cost me to ship.Due to the inability to process the sale in a reasonable amount of time, the pistol did not go out until late Friday. After being charged $60 for 2 day shipping, my pistol is not expected to deliver until Wednesday, 8 days after the purchase was made. I’m stuck waiting because Bill couldn’t take 2 minutes to do his job.I won’t be doing business with them again.

These guys are the best. Came in to test something out, and they had multiple guys take a look at it for me. One came onto the range with me to help diagnose it, and eventually the smith took a look and told me exactly how to fix it. None of them asked for a dime for all the extra time spent and were super helpful, which I very much appreciate as someone new to it. They all went way behind expectations. Will be back for sure.

My wife and I stopped by yesterday. First time gun buyers. We needed and received a great overall introduction to pistols and bought 2 while there. What an awesome place! The people are so down to earth and KNOWLEDGEABLE. They will help you with anything and they’re super easy going and easy to talk to. I personally have a slight fear of guns but find it very important to get comfortable using one. Elvis guided me through my entire target practice. I was very nervous and he gave me great advice, tips and guidance. I left feeling more comfortable. He was really professional and honestly made it fun. I definitely HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone. For some people including myself going to a gun range can just be out of your comfort zone and if you’re one of those people but feel the need to go to a gun shop or get some practice and go to a gun range then this is a great place for you. They staff really has a way of making you feel welcome and I’ll definitely be returning soon.

They sold me a Glock 19x with out the right magazines. It suppse to come with 17 rd, two 19rd. They had 3 10 round mags. Did not think they will do something like that. Will be taking it back today when they open. I need some one who is knowledgeable and trustworthy to handle my business. Wasted my time. So dont be trusting them to do the right thing. Glock 19x comes with those magazines standard. The same guy who sold me the gun gave me the wrong ammo until I corrected him. It should have been a wake up call to me.He did not take Professionalism first.

This was my second time taking the safety, conceal carry class. My 71 year old mom wanted to take the class before considering getting a gun and I told her I would do it with her as she has never handled a firearm and was nervous. This class is worth the money. Good facility, good staff, very safe and informative. Elvis Rey was our instructor. He was engaging and relative. Good communicator and makes you feel comfortable. He’s very encouraging and honest. 4 hours flies by and you get to shoot at the range.

I was in town visiting family and decided to visit this range. Due the pandemic I know that gun sales have been on the rise and this place was no exception. They had a few guns but understandably why. I was please with the service received during this visit. Elvis was very nice and very informative. I would highly recommend this place and if I lived closer, I would by a membership. I highly recommend this place and probably go back one more time.

The guys that work here are straight forward and nice. I have seen them treat everyone that comes in there over the past few months with respect, including all people of color (as a rebuttal in anothers review).....I have had a range membership there now going on 4 months...They have excellent bays, very good cool- air ventilation on range, great lighting and are at a busy intersection, which I prefer to be in for vehicle safety...I have never bought a gun there but they have a small and interesting, revolving collection of various firearms.

Staff is eager to get you in the door. Then, once they have your money, their demeanor changes! They have no safety instructor for advice. But they are ready to bark warnings from the microphone. I dont think Ill be back.

Great staff, great range, and great classes. Solid advice from very knowledgeable professionals. The only range I’ll go to now. Period. It’s my second favorite place to be, the other on the water fishing. I feel very safe shooting there. It’s managed with safety being their top priority. They have windows into the range, which is great. The “sound lock” has magnetic locks so you’ll never have both doors open to the range, which happens at other places (very nice!). Great customer service willing to help! It’s not cramped and they have seating if you are just in the mood to hang out and talk between range time or waiting for a lane to open during weekends. I can’t wait to go back!

It would be great if they let their members know about their hours changing. For reference, they now close at 6 and you have to be on the range by 5. I guess I’ll have to take vacation leave to be able to get there by that time, otherwise my membership is 100% worthless.

Purchased a Sig P365. Was able to walk in and talk to a salesman (Elvis) right away. He answered all my questions and let me shoot their rental. Came back the next day with a firearm to sell. Got a fair value and purchased the P365. Smooth transaction and overall a good group of guys to purchase from.

I retired as a 34 year Veteran of a Major City Police Department. I have visited many gun ranges within those 34 long years. Bullseye was so impressive, I obtain a 1 year membership. I feel at home every time I go there. They did some work on my gun and did not charge me. I didnt expect that. Wow, Love it!

I had an amazing customer service experience at Bullseye Gun. I separately had sights as well as a new trigger installed on my M&P 2.0. Both times, Elvis helped me out and the installs were done in a timely fashion and every time I called, they let me know exactly what was going on with my weapon. After the trigger install of course I wanted to try it out! So conveniently they had a nice, air conditioned, indoor gun range for me to test my weapon. Bill was my range safety officer that day. He clearly explained the rules for the range and was a very nice person in general. In fact, all of the staff there were professional, and knew exactly what they were doing. I will definitely be going to Bullseye for any of my firearm needs and to take their ccw class.

You can’t go wrong with an air conditioned indoor range, cheap bullets and friendly gun experts! I’ve been around guns all my life, but was the only one in my family without my own. I believe you can’t defend yourself with a gun and should not have one if you don’t know how to use it properly and safely. My husband and I took the concealed weapons training with Elvis so I could finally get my permit. It was nice to get back in the range, shake off the cobwebs and learn more from a master. I also found the exact hand gun I was hoping for and at a cheaper price than I was expecting. They have an amazing selection! Def need to take more advantage of the indoor range.. cuz, ya know.. These fellas here know their stuff and I cannot stress this enough. 5/5 range experience.

They made excuses for us to not use the range when 3 friends and I went ( after traveling for 45 minutes to get there). They didn’t even allow us to wait inside. They just recommended we go to another range ( which was a thousand times better and very welcoming). Pretty racist and unprofessional guys! If you’re a person of color, chances are they’ll feel intimidated about you being there if you’re in a group. Go at your own risk

I walked in and was immediately helped by the first available employee. Employees very helpful and give fundamental information about how to shoot a gun. All in all service was top notch.

I would not recommend going to this location. The two guys there today on 2/27/20 were not only rude but just a sad case of customer service. I asked the gentlemen there for a marker to circle my shots and he told me he could give me a pencil. I said can I use a marker he said corporate only sends so many and they always walk away. I said I wont steal your marker you have my ID. They definitely were not the nicest people to deal with at all. Something so simple can be so difficult is beyond me. Not a pleasant experience at all.

Nice guys. Has a family feel to the place. I went with my girlfriend and our son and we had a good experience. It was my sons first shooting experience and he loved it.

I took the basic handgun safety course as a prerequisite to applying for a CCW permit. I was impressed, especially in light of many stories Id heard from others who have taken the course elsewhere and found it to be absurdly abbreviated and mainly worthless in objective terms. The instructor, Elvis, clearly cared about imparting as much safety awareness and respect for the responsibility that goes with a CCW as possible within the time constraints of the course. I am familiar with handguns, albeit both rusty and never especially proficient. He also took the time to educate the group about basic proper technique and the range portion of the course was 20 rounds in sets of five with time between sets to critique. I recommend the shop on the merits of its professionalism and value. I should add that Im a supporter of the 2nd amendment who believes strict regulation of sale and transfer, as well as required proficiency training, do not impinge upon it.

Brought my first Gun at that store which was a taurus G2C 9mm and as a beginner i had absolutely no knowledge about the gun or shooting, MR ELVIS was freaking phenomenal the guy gave me a lesson for little then less great guy and also humble cool to talk to, from shooting to pointing at my target my standing, properly holding the fire arm Mr Elvis has taught me a lot. Great staff, great facilities! Gun range staff run a safe and professional range. I think the bad reviews are funny as hell though. People need to understand that when you do dumb things while handling firearms they are going to ask you to stop, so do not get butt-hurt and do what they ask.

I visited the gun range here today after the one i usually frequent was all full due to renovating one of their ranges. I found Bullseye to be a wonderful range. The gentleman at the counter was very nice and helpful and the facility was clean, well lit, and spacious. Based on this experience I think I will be making many more range trips to Bullseye.

A few months ago I took a concealed weapons class with Instructor Nathan Rey. He stated some things in class that didnt seem quite right, and after a lack of clarification it caused me to call the NRA, as a member 1) to get clarification and 2) as Mr. Rey said he was an NRA qualified instructor, I asked if they could verify his status ..... they stated that he had not completed the final process to be an instructor and should not be teaching... NOT GOOD!!I then contacted the Florida Department of Agriculture Consumer Services to find out if they would honor my completed Concealed Weapons course given this situation. In short, I was told that I would have to retake a course with a qualified instructor!Im not sure if Bullseye is aware of this or not? Ive tried top reach out several times and have since moved and have resigned myself to the fact that Ill have to take another class. Im disappointed if Bullseye knew of this prior or did Mr. Reys pull one over on them as well?! Everyone Ive dealt with prior has been personable and professional, Ill always give the benefit of the doubt....... but something just seemed to be off with this individuals teaching and information!

I went into shooters looking for a weapon to protect my home during the covid pandemic, I had know idea of what I was doing. I never held a gun before yet there I was . Being pushed around, walked over and eventually I was finally seen . No HELP WAS GIVEN just ah what do u want, pick it, application, pay and leave. So I took it apon myself to ride up university and boom there was bullseye, I walked in looking completely lost n I was greeted by my main man Elvis and he was everything i could ever ask for . Not only did he and his team provide me with my new gun but they also educated me on proper gun use and provided me with a months worth of gun range passes so i could learn to shoot and be comfortable. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY MONEY ANYWHERE ELSE
