Great dealership with awesome staff and great cars. Really happy with all my purchases here and will recommend to others everytime. :)
Very helpful with any question that I had.
WORST PLACE EVER TO DO BUSINESS WITHthey will sell you a broke car and tell you nothing is wrong with it and when you bring it back the refuse to help please don’t waste your time coming here !!!!!
No people that are very friendly
I bought a 08 Jeep Grand Cherokee here last year in Nov. By February of 2020 the head gasket was blown!!! HTF can the head gasket be blown out of the blue. The Jeep never ran hot at all but one night as a matter of fact Valentines night it did!! Had to get it towed from Kenner to MidCity only to find out the next day..the gasket was blown. $3500 down the drain...I wouldnt buy another car from them if someone else paid for it. No wonder why they were so quick to sell it to me even though I test drove a few others..of course they acted like they were going to rectify the problem..weve exchanged emails(with Jeff) then he wouldnt answer...called the phone line the mechanic was never there or he was backed up with other cars...my advice spend your money else where
Tried calling this place 5 days in a row and now answer or call back yet.
Horrible service, sold me a car they didnt have a title to.Had to call over a thousand times then the owner blocked my number. SCAM! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
Very shady!!!!I went to the dealership yesterday to purchase a vehicle. When I found what I was looking for and was ready to make the purchase I was told that the sticker price was incorrect and that the car was actually a thousand dollars more than what was advertised on the vehicle. I pulled up the carfax and blue book value that matched the sticker price and showed it to the salesperson who then called someone for clarification. The other person on the phone said that the sticker price was put on in error a few days ago and that he would not take anything less than the new price of a thousand dollars more. Needless to say but I didnt buy anything from them.
I bought a 2002 Toyota Camry on July 2,2020. The militate read 66,000 I brought to a mechanic because I heard tapping. And they told me it’s not the right engine In The Camry for the car. So I ask JB how did your mechanic didn’t not know it’s not the right engine for that car. They swindle me out of 5300 and they can’t even help or even try to fix the problem. It hasn’t even been 2 months. I spent 5300 on a car that is already going out. I called for 2 days straight to to talk to JB or Freddie and got a run around from them. A guy answers the phone saying none of them are there. No help what’s so ever. Now I amOut of 5300, a car and patience. Do not buy from there. They sell only lemons. I will contact a lawyer. They are very shady. I wish I could to the owner Kamal . Please contact me. At least fix the Problem.
Unbelievably rude! I was told very abruptly, with multiple interruptions, over the phone that I absolutely could not test drive without first doing a credit application. Beyond the rudeness of the salesman, who clearly didnt want to field a call at the end of the day, and also told me there were plenty of other places to buy cars if I didnt like it, this policy is very underhanded. The only reasons not to allow test drives before financing a vehicle is that 1) You have things to hide regarding the condition of the vehicle itself, and 2) You only do business with people so desperate that theyll happily buy whatever you tell them to buy, based on the credit application. Do not bother even calling! As he said, there are plenty of other places to buy a car (even if you are credit challenged).
There vibe was off nobody would come to help us and didn’t want us to drive to far idk didn’t feel it
A lady brought a car and 1 HOUR LATER the car broke and they refused to give her money back. She had to call the police. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE🙅🏽♀️🙅🏽♀️🙅🏽♀️🙅🏽♀️🙅🏽♀️
I just wanted to say Thanks to everyone who left a review about their horrible experience with this so called Business. I was seriously considering buying a car from them but after reading all these reviews its obvious that these people are P.O.S crooks
Do NOT BUY ANY CARS FROM THIS COMPANY! They WILL SALE YOU A LEMON!. I purchased a vehicle from this company in February 27, 2020 on the 29th I got an oil change and was told it had an extreme leak from the valve. I purchased the valve cover gasket had the work done and by March 5 the car stopped on me. I had it AAA to my home where it parked until I got a tune-up. I spoke with Freddie at this location who told me when i get a chance have the car towed back to them and they will see what to do. I told him Ill have my mechanic do the tune-up and see how it goes. My mechanic revealed to me the car was not properly taken care of before I purchased it!! It should have NOT BEEN SOLD! As he was doing the tune-up the engine LOCKED on me! I tried to contact this company OVER & OVER but due to the PANDEMIC they were NOT OPEN! When I was FINALLY able to reach someone after NUMEROUS attempts, I drove by and the salesman by the name of QUINN told me they JUST opened for a soft opening.. Well I informed Quinn of ALL THAT HAS HAPPENED and I was told to contact Kamaal. He is NEVER THERE!. ONCE I was contacted by Kamaal I also informed him of the issues I was having, he told me to tow the truck I purchased to his mechanic. After that, his mechanic contacted me and informed me he found an engine and was waiting on this COMPANY to let him know when to put it in! Once I was contacted by Kamaal he now tells me hes going to pay 1/2 of the amount! I told him I paid 3,700.00 for a truck I have not driven, enjoyed with my child and STILL DONT HAVE THE TITLES TOO! They are a RIP OFF! I can not afford another 1000.00+ dollars! I am without my money! Without my truck! Without transportation for myself and my son! I have no way to school! I dont know what I am going to do! This is so disappointing!Do NOT TRUST THEM!. HAVE SOMEONE WITH YOU LADIES! They WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE of You. They do not care about ANYTHING but MONEY AND SALES! I was reassured this matter would be taken care of and it has NOT BEEN. Now the owner (Kamaal) is arguing that I purchased the car in Feb. and its May... Well the entire NATION had been given a STAY AT HOME ORDER. How was I supposed to take care of this ANY SOONER if they were CLOSED?! I DO NOT UNDERSTAND that!. Theyre is a LEMON LAW in Louisiana! Feb-May is 3MONTHS! Within this 3month time THE NATION was on PAUSE! Can ANYONE HELP ME UNDERSTAND WHAT I AM MISSING?!. How is this LEGAL?!DO NOT TRUST THEM. SIMPLE.
Very hard to get good customer service. They dont care, will actually argue with you when you ask them to do simple tasks (such as put something in writing stating you left a deposit), and wont follow up on required, legal documents.
Tried to sell me a 2008 Cadillac dts with abs light on traction control light on for 4200.00 the car was very dirty inside the drivers seat was broken. So very glad I didnt get it.
PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TAX MONEY HERE!!!!!! cars smell like Katrina water and they try to push anything on you just because people are looking for them at this time.
Horrible. Financing truck that I picked May by July transmission went out. They said just put freon for air it works. Come to find out Repair is gonna cost me over $600... Watch them fast talkers especially Freddie. One star for at least being a good enough scam artist to get me to finance a lemon vehicle! Im usually good at judging character!
Think they get these cars from pull a part, clean them real good, fix them only so start up and sell them. They do have nice looking vehicles if you only care about looks lol.
Messy messy messy. Stopped here to look at a vehicle that unfortunately sold the day before, the man helping me stated they did financing and said I would have some wiggle room with what I could get as I was putting a large cash deposit down. I made a quick pass to view the very wide variety of used cars they offered and left to attend to another appointment letting them know I would return that afternoon. Upon my return a little over 3 hours later I was advised by the same sales rep NO financing now and was told to look at what I could pay cash for. This dropped my options on their lot from 7-8 vehicles I was interested in to 2. One smelled mildewy upon opening so it was an instant no. Upon request for the keys to the second option my salesman disappeared and it took me over 20 mins to get a set of keys that no one could find. Upon test driving the vehicle I noticed I slight miss and check engine light so I pulled into the oreillys right next door for them to read the codes. The cars computer was going out and the catalytic converter was shot amongst some other smaller issues. Brought it straight back with a big no thank you. This place was crawling with salemans and buyers alike which had initially made me think it was a good spot to shop but all it ended up being was one big ol mess! These ppl seriously need to get they stuff together thats for sure.
Dont buy from here I bought a car from these people in may and still havent gotten my title dont let them waist your time they only care about sales not customers.
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! Within two weeks our broke down, and they said they would look at it. When we arrived at the time they said to come, the mechanic wasnt there. And when we called back to see if he was, they told we would be lucky if he looked at it!!! Do not buy a car from this place! When my husband was picking up our title, one of the men was bragging about buying something that could clear out the engine codes on a car to be fixed.
Sold my 18 year old grandson a 2003 Acura and the transmission died literally 2 blocks away. They let him use a loaner, supposedly replaced the transmission and that one lasted about 2 miles. Supposedly replaced that transmission, would not let him exchange it for the loaner, and that transmission is now failing after almost 2 months. Plus we had to replace a cracked radiator $700) and the a/c died. The salesman tried to help but the owner refuses. Just a warning. This is a place to avoid.
They are not honest car salesman
I bought a SUV from these people on 8/23/19 the manager Jeff told me they didnt have the title there right then but he assured me they would have it by the following Wednesday so I said ok and took their word it has been almost 2 months and I still havent received my title and they keep trying to give my a line of bull stating that it must have had a pay off on the title what do that have to do with me they should have never sold the truck if they couldnt get the title I have spoken to to the BBB and optain an attorney i will be going back there on this Friday if they havent sent my title because they are liers to this date 1/2/2020 I still have not received my title this is a shame very bad and poor business I would advise any and everyone never ever buy a car from this place it is a total rip off
Worst experience of my life. These people have no idea what they are doing and they are selling broken down cars for bargain prices. I bought our jeep liberty 13 days ago. Its been on a car dolly a trailer in their shop and on the side of the road at least 80 miles from my house TWICE. It has yet to pull into my driveway under its own power once. On top of all this they ran my debit card twice for 500 bucks and then tried not to give it back. How is this place still in business is a mystery to me.
Tuesday September 3, 2019 my husband and I stopped over to Jefferson Wholesale located at 2020 Williams Blvd Kenner, Louisiana. Within minutes of our arrival we were greeted by Freddie one of the salesmen. Freddie showed my husband and I some vehicles that met our needs and allowed us to test drive one of the vehicles which was a 2009 GMC Acadia. Judging by the SUV’s inner and outer appearance it seemed to be up to standard. Undoubtedly knowing we made the right decision about that being the car for our family we proceeded with the test drive. In the course of the test drive my husband and I noticed a loud noise the SUV would make while turning. Immediately after our return to the dealership we educated Freddie about our concerns. Freddie let us know that the bar joints needed to be replaced, and the company had already ordered the parts and it would take two days to fix. I began to feel unsure about continuing with the purchase and wondered what else might be wrong with the vehicle. Freddie reassured me the SUV was in good condition and an excellent purchase. So, against my better judgement I stuck with it. He also mentioned that we needed to make a deposit of $1000 in order to hold the vehicle before leaving, we made the deposit. On September 5, 2019 two days later, I returned to close the deal. I met with Freddie and asked to test drive the SUV one last time the noise was gone however we noticed a new problem; the car engine light was on. At this point I began to feel discouraged and needed to speak with Freddie about a refund. The first person I met to initiate a refund was the owner, he instantly became irate. The owner told me that he was not giving me any money back because he ordered parts for me to get the car which was not true the parts were ordered before my first visit according to Freddie on September 3, 2019. I agreed on a vehicle that needed bar joints replaced not a vehicle that had engine problems being covered up. Freddie walked me back out to the vehicle where he “tested” the vehicle and the engine light went off. Freddie having the ability to remove the engine light gave me an uneasy feeling. Back inside the owner also said that I would not be getting anything back the car was mine and that I could take it to AutoZone or a mechanic of choice to get a diagnostic. I never received a refund, had I known about the engine problems prior to making a deposit I would not have gone that far with the vehicle. No business should be allowed to perform such actions manipulating the product. My family and I have lived in Jefferson Parish over two decades loving everything about it however, businesses such as Jefferson Wholesale can give the Parish a poor reputation.
This is a bad place to buy a car from first of it was raining when they sold me a car knowing the emergency brakes didn’t work the drive side panel was Messed Up they promise to put in a New battery in the car which they Obviously did notFall through on that, and the guy that sold me the car let me test drive it with out him in it plus the windshield wipers where bad and they just all around a bad used car lot to buy from the License lights where burnt out the engine light popped on after a week of drivomg it and there customer service is horrible!
Friendly fair salesmen with alot of dependable transportation choices
Awful service. Bought car, 28 days later brakes started to fail. Went to mechanic, brakes and rotors were both gone. They offered no help or restitution. Still waiting on license plate. Will be contacting State Attorneys General office . Good friends with Mr Jeff Landry. 😃
Stay away please dont waste your time or your money unless you want a never ending headache. These people are not honest.. Stay far away !!!. Wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased from here. Car broke down within a week.
Decent cars, but you have wait until tax season passes. No deals are being worked right now.
Horrible service and rude. Purchased a car cash and was charged 300 for notary fees and nothing was ever notarized huge rip off. Now I have to go back because they never signed the title or any paperwork.
Im glad I read these reviews. This dealership is phony, salesman (owner) is tacky, and the cars arent worth $10. Price on car is cash only...LITERALLY.If car is worth 20 thousand, then have 20 thousand...just to test drive it.Yes, this is a skeevy place. And news flash, no one in their RIGHT MIND carries twenty thousand on their person, only their bank accounts.Save yourselves from a heinous decision, read the reviews and dont purchase from these weirdos.
I got a great deal.on my 2012 Toyota Avalon .the staff very friendly.
Felt as if I was being jerked around .... Picked out car first it wouldnt start . they did fix that .. then realized AC didnt work, they said they would fix it or maybe knock price off of it .. well waited over a week ( calling everyday), to then be told they already sold the car ..... Also the prices shown on car are cash only prices not the price you pay for having it financed ! I walked away ! Just glad I didnt make a down payment! Maybe they were just so busy that I slipped through cracks. willing to give benefit of doubt! but in saying that ... I would NEVER buy a car here !
I purchased a car on June 10, 2017 for $4000. On June 11, 2107 I was stranded in Lafayette Bc the car broke. While waiting for someone to come to my rescue I found paperwork in the glove box that the dealership forgot to remove. I found a bill of sale that was done on August 18, 2016, sold for $500.00! noted on the bill of sale was sold cheap needs work! It cost me $580 to get the car towed back home and they (Jefferson wholesale, sales Manager Wafaa) wants me to bring it to them to fix it. After finding that bill of sale, I do not want the car, I want a full refund, including the tow amount. I cannot even get the title because they signed it without a notary. I cannot get my bill of sale notarized Bc they DID NOT sign it! Something is very fishy with this company! I have an interview with the news station on Thursday, and I meet with a lawyer today. I have also made a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the used car commissioner. I want them investigated so that this will not happen to anyone else!
Worst customer service ever. Phone was answered by a male with a cajun accent, I do not recall the name. I called inquiring about a vehicle I saw on their website and asked for a Carfax. Person says they no longer affiliate or provide Carfax reports because what they report is not accurate, pathetic excuse. I asked for pictures of the undercarriage and engine bay (wouldnt you think that should be pretty important). I was told that there are a lot of pictures online and that he is not going to take any more pictures. I told him that I am 800 miles away and am not going to waste my time flying there without getting more pictures. He told me that I am just going to have to go there to test drive it and that I am wasting his time otherwise. He said he was busy and hung up on me. Shows how wonderful the largest used dealer in Kenner has to offer.
Great place for affordable cars, suv and trucks
Love it there alot of cars for the right price
They sell lemons owner is disrespectful
This dealer he doesnt respect customer and you cant talk to him about negotiable he didnt agree.
Expect zero help after they have your money. They will not collect your sales tax, so you have to do it yourself and they dont even begin to tell you how difficult that is. They told me I had 60 days to pay the sales taxes on the car. I later found out I only had 40 days for that, so I had to pay interest and penalties. They dont notarized your bill of sale - which means it is not valid. I have never purchased a car from a dealer who didnt handle the sales tax, the title transfer and the notarizing of the paperwork until I dealt with these guys. They charge $300 in fees, but I have no idea what they were for. I honestly dont know how they have a license to sell automobiles, but I do know that they will never sell me another one.
Unprofessional!! Cars are junk! The car I purchased broke down within 2 weeks of purchasing. Although they did fix it I had to wait 3 months! I was given the run around the entire time. They deserve to be shut down!!!
Horrible place!! Total rip off
Real fair place. They answer all my question and told me exactly what I was getting. Talk to freddie the GM or the black guy who test drove almost everything on the he knows what on the lot. DO NOT TALK TO AMIR REAL RUDE HE HAD A GUY WAITING ALMOST 30 MINS. BUT thanks jefferson wholesale
My experience with Jefferson wholesale was awful im so upset with myself for dealing with them they sold me an expedition with one catalytic converter with all the exhausted coming out this happened a week after i got the truck & the bad thing is im pregnant with a big family the truck didnt have no inspection sticker the tires was dry rotted they sprayed so much on those tires & made them look brand new now my paper tag bt to expire & i still have no title to go get an license plate everytime i call he give me run arounds & they very unprofessional i suggest noone to waste their time going get a car from that place it seem like they running a fony business i will never deal with them again...
