My screen was in pieces, so I contacted the Doctor. Denis was attentive to my situation and provided a quality replacement screen in a very reasonable amount of time. Denis was very professional and even explained the process. The price was VERY reasonable !!!!Why buy a new phone when the Doctor can repair it for a fraction of the price .I plan to bring my daughter’s I-Phone to Denis next week to fix the speaker .Thank you ! I was so relieved that I didn’t have to purchase a new phone !

I had my IPhone 8 screen replaced and screen protector installed in December 2020. I could not type without touching each letter several times and the screen cracked with a less than 2 foot drop with case in less than a month. I have personally dropped my phone from higher heights and have not had this problem.When I took it back. I was told there was nothing they could do. My recommendation would be to get this type of service completed somewhere else.

I needed my screen on my Samsung Galaxy S8 replaced and saw the reviews and tried out Dennis after getting quotes from others. The price was the same but what I liked was that immediately Dennis informed me that most repair places dont carry Android screens and that it would have to be ordered. Maybe not a big deal to some but it lets me know in the future that probably any Android phone I get and accidentally drop Ill probably have to wait on the screen; Iphone parts seem to be what all these places keep in stock. Also as soon as I hung up the phone with him I received a text that provided the Business name, number, address, store hours, email, facebook, snapchat, and Instagram links; gotta love that!I provided Dennis a deposit to order the screen and it came in two days. What I appreciate is that Dennis ordered not just the screen but the whole bezel (sorry if thats the wrong term). He showed it to me when I came to drop my phone off. My phone was fixed that day and Im good to go. Just FYI cash only, and that dont bother me at all.

Quick turnaround on my phones and the cheapest one around. He fixed my screen and speaker on one phone and restored my water damaged phone on another one. I will use this store again. The store also has cases, Chargers, and screen protectors so you can protect your new screen.

I got 2 iPhone screens replaced (at different times) and they wanted cash only. I didn’t know this until after they fixed the first one. I found it kind of shady but they seemed to do a good job. I decided to bring a second phone to get fixed. It cracked within 2 weeks of being fixed. It cracked while being held, it was never dropped. After getting the second phone fixed, the first one also cracked. Now that they are both cracked I started to wonder if it was an installation issue. It seems pretty coincidental. I brought it to another shop and they told me the glass they used appeared to be too thin. I spoke to Denis and explained the situation and he said there was nothing he could do. I asked if he could give me some sort of deal since I need to have 2 fixed (I’m thinking just pay for parts and maybe a little labor- since it takes 10 min) and he said he’d take $5 off. I do not think that is a reasonable offer. I am sure they assume that the phones were dropped and not well taken care of, but they were. Bottom line, I should’ve trusted my gut when they told me cash only AFTER fixing the first one. Shame on me but I figured I’d warn people. You have no recourse when paying cash. Oh and they DO NO give receipts.Update: I checked my personal records and he charged me $60 the first time so he is NOT giving ANY help! What a joke! I’m a high school teacher and will be warning all of my students about this place.

Oh my god these people are ANGELS. Oh my gosh. My iPhone shattered here the night before flying to Orlando for a cruise. I was so upset, freaking out. I called these lovely people and they rushed us in and got it fixed with barely minutes to spare to catch a ride to the airport. My heroes!!!!!!!!

They quickly replaced my cracked screen and sold me a tempered screen protector and otter box. The brightness was dull. I thought it was due to the TSP, but after I removed, it my brightness and screen colors were still distorted (not that way even with cracked screen). They did not offer to fix it, but only said that I could leave my phone and they would call me. Hello, they would have my phone.

I dropped off my Samsung tablet that my son broke it wasnt the screen that needed to be fixed it was the LED light inside. Denis told me with the holidays that I wouldnt get it back until January 6 low and behold yesterday December 30th I received my tablet back. This man is terrible and a rip off. I will not be going there no more. If I could use zero I would. When he gets bad review on something he blames the customer. U do know that all iPhones brought new anywhere even by straight talk boost etc has a one year manufactually warranty to fix ur phone even cracks on your screen and apple does diagnostic on all apple iPhones for free. No paying 20 dollars for a diagnostic. U can find the problem out at apple store for free and then come to him to get stuff fixed if u choose but I would never come here again.

Fixed my screen quick. When I got my phone back the finger print scanner will not work. Having other problems with my phone including lines in the screen and battery not working properly and trying to get in touch with him to have it corrected and will not message me back. Not trying to have him work on my phone for free just trying to see whats wrong with it and if he can fix it but like I said never returns my message. In my opinion very unprofessional.
