TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called 3 times and emailed about 6 times. One person contacted me and said someone will be in touch. No one ever called or emailed. I sent another aggravated email and I get back sorry we wont be able to service your event this year Really?? Funny how that was the quickest response I received. It sad because the last two years George was WONDERFUL! I would never recommend this company. Apparently they could care less.
Worst ATMCompany ever!!! My friend has used this company for about a year, and every single month, her ATM is down. She has numerous complaints, and has documented every service call, and they go days without even responding to her. They have the absolute worst service I’ve ever seen. I would never recommend anyone with a small business to use this company. They don’t care about their customers at all!!!! Mind you she has a cash only business and they could care less about all the money she is missing out on every month because of them. Just sad!
While many people are getting raises and bonuses ATM Worldwide and Trey Prats decided to lay me off because of THEIR piss poor service and inability to pay their customers on time.
