If you are serious about purchasing a top quality furniture, I highly recommend you visit this place.Without any pressure to buy, etc., AJ and Rio have been super helpful in explaining “furniture”, from a company background to a tiny bit details of materials used, and it not only help me make an informed decision but also allowed me to look at furniture in a different perspective.Also, being able to feel and experience Calligaris and Ditreitalia products in person was just an icing on the cake :)

The furniture is very stylish, trendy, and new. It can be used in many different ways and us very functional. The colors and design concept is very appealing and can be used for anyone and everyone. The staff is very nice and they helped explain what the store had to offer. The accessories were also very stylish and of good quality and used for good decor. I had a great experience.

My wife And I visited the king of Prussia mall for the first time. We window- shopped or browsed a lot of stores that weekend. We came into this store- just to browse as we have never heard of it in Ohio. We met Kristin and another nice lady. We made it clear we were only browsing, but they still were warm and welcoming, and told us about the brand. It was the best in store experience we had. Kudos to Calligaris!

Great service. I found chairs that are very comfortable and perfect for my use.Initially I found similar chairs by another manufacturer at a lower cost and ended up having to send them back. I was able to compare the other brand to the Calligaris chairs and the quality difference is obvious. Im thankful the other brand had a strong return policy and I ended up with the chairs I wanted. AJ was great to work with, thanks.

Sergio was awesome at informing my boyfriend and I about their products and what may work for us. My boyfriend who is hard to impress was interested in the products we viewed. OMG loved my experience ! I recently moved into a new townhome and have been overwhelmed with how to decorate and furnish it. I’ve been on countless websites and in and out of multiple stores. I hate browsing in stores because I always feel pressured to buy. Calligaris in King of Prussia really made an impression! I received fantastic customer service. The selection was beautiful, great quality and had that modern look that Im looking for. I have been working with Kristyn, who has made several designs for me and has taken the time to get to know me personally and my style to help choose the best pieces for my space. I would absolutely recommend stopping by KOP and checking this store out!

This has been the best experience we have had while furnishing our new home in Florida. Steve has been enormously helpful from initial selection in Pennsylvania to follow-up with the delivery service down here. We dealt with four furniture suppliers for this home and Calligari was by far the best in service. If you can find what you are looking for in the store, you will be delighted with the experience. We will be ordering more from them in the future.

I had the pleasure of working with AJ and another very helpful sales lady at the King of Prussia location. They spent time finding me the perfect fit for my home. I purchased a sectional and tv stand, both beautiful and seem to be put together really well. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for some high quality furniture.

We bought a leather couch along with a fold out glass table and 3 leather chairs. They look great. Steve and Sergio followed up on the order and helped get it delivered when we needed it. We had a small issue with the couch but Steve went all out to fix it. We followed with another chair order. Great customer service. Thanks a bunch.

Excellent service, high quality and innovative and modern products. We bought a Metro couch here and it is so well-made, comfortable, and beautifully crafted. Our salesman Steve was wonderful through the whole process!

We worked with Krystyn, AJ and Steve and found them knowledgeable, friendly and attentive to our needs. We have received compliments from many of our friends. The bedroom suite is fantastic and our kitchen table has some wow factor. We were informed about the timing of our delivery during the entire process. While we did have a minor issue with the delivery company they use, we would recommend Calligaris ( KOP store) for anyone desiring sleek, modern and very well made furniture. I would not waste my time with many of the other stores at the mall and would start here. We have no regrets whatsoever!!!

I also want to say stay away from this store. We put our order down on Dec 1st and havent get our item arrive till now. They said they need 12-16 weeks to have our order arrive to our house, but right now is already 20 weeks. And I got a text said our sofa is still need one to two weeks and he doesnt sure when will it arrive. Its crazy to kept change schedule and have nothing here. Also feel like an idiot to wait for almost half year for our order.This whole thing is unbelievable. You will just keep receive we apologize for any inconvenient. every weeks but nothing else. Right now, Im still dealing with my order. The disappointed I have right now is way more than the like I have.I like the design, but nothing else.

Calligaris KOP is great! They were excellent to work with! I made a special request for an expedited order for an upcoming party and Sergio did everything possible to accommodate my request. I tried utilizing other online dealers first, but it was Calligaris KOP that was willing and able to assist. Excellent customer service! The furniture quality is top-notch!

I stopped into the King of Prussia location to look at a chair that I saw online, and met Sergio. He was very friendly and when I told him that I want a tiny house, he showed me different options for storage that I could utilize in a small space. I think that I convinced him to look into tiny houses too! I didnt make a purchase yet, but I will be coming back here to get my furniture!

The new owners of the store appear to be more customer oriented. They try to find solutions instead of ignoring customer issues. I would say they serve a chance. The following paragraph refers the prior owner of the store. 10/7/18Stay away from this store. This was the worst buying experience I have ever had. I bought $12,000 worth of furniture and had nothing but problems from the minute I walked in. They asked for the entire amount to be paid up front because the furniture was in stock and would be delivered in two weeks. This didn’t happen and when they did deliver my order 6 weeks later, they had to give me temporary (awful) chairs until mine could be delivered. They finally did swap out the chairs weeks later. The table extension did not mesh with the table when opened and they had to bring me another table top. This top came damaged and I wasted yet another day waiting for a delivery. They did not even take it out of the box due to visible damage. They again brought another table top a few weeks later. This one is better, but still does not mesh completely….the reason the store owner said was the floor is not even. Whose is? And they certainly did not mention this when I ordered it. A conversation with the store owner ended badly with no offer to make things better. I do like the furniture but get it elsewhere. Anywhere but here.

My recent experience with Calligaris King of Prussia was outstanding. I am very pleased with the white glove service I received, beginning with consultation through purchasing, delivery and follow up.I love my new dining table and will be returning as I update other rooms in our home.A shoutout to Steve and many thanks to new owner, A.J and his team.
