Painless, professional, and I am incredibly happy with the quality of the furniture. I stopped into the store in the mall and met Rose, an extremely kind and helpful person. I had a little difficulty figuring out the purchase online (I initially thought I wanted to finance), so I emailed Rose and she set everything up in no time. I was scheduled for Oct 1 delivery, and it appeared on Oct 1. It looks like some other people had some issues but for me: 10/10 would recommend.

After an exhaustive search for the ideal piece of high quality contemporary furniture at a reasonable price. I was only too pleased to find it at a local Modani modern furniture showroom in King of Prussia. My showroom consultant Lavelle Winslow was incredibly helpful and made the whole purchase process smooth and efficient. Kudos to the whole team.
This store is great and I have had two seamless, simple experiences purchasing furniture with Rose — one of the saleswomen at the KOP store. The furniture we bought was fantastic quality and the ordering and delivery process was easy, quick, and Rose kept us informed of any order updates throughout the process.
When I think of the customer service I received by Lavelle, I think of one word; that is refreshing! I was greeted with a smile, I was offered all information I needed in order to make a decision without asking, etc. In this age where mediocrity seems to be acceptable, Lavelles approach is refreshing.
Modani had the perfect, modern table that we were looking for in our dining room. Their delivery was on time and the installers spent the time necessary to make sure the table was setup properly. Definitely would recommend taking a look at them for your furniture needs.
Our sales woman, Arlene, was so helpful. We ordered the small Andara dining table at the end of January. There was only one left in stock. We received it the next week. The delivery men set it up so quickly. Arlene called the next day to make sure that we were happy with the delivery and the table. I let her know that we were very happy. I love the table. We get so many compliments on it. It’s so unique. Could not be any happier!
Worst service I have ever received! We bought a console at the beginning of Dec. 2020 and we are in March 2021 and have not received it. Modani has canceled my delivery twice and showed up without the console once. They’re a joke! I wished I had read reviews before buying anything from these guys, now that I want my money back they just tell me to write a claim and someone will contact me, I highly doubt they are calling. YOU CAN GET SAME OR BETTER QUALITY FURNITURE SOMEWHERE ELSE AND ALSO GET GOOD SERVICE.
Your phone recording says youre open at 11 on Sunday. Your website says youre open at 11 on Sunday. Here I am. On Sunday. At 11. And youre extremely closed. Cool. Cool. Way to absolutely waste your customers time. If only there were a way to update YOUR OWN WEBSITE and YOUR OWN PHONE RECORDING.

Worst experience ever. Michele girl from king of Prussia total fony! They do not know what they are doing. When u order they communicate a delivery date after a while they say that they didn’t say that. Make sure you put everything on paper. So they can respect the due date. When u call to ask them news about the delivery they don’t know anything. They hang up on me. The rudest person ever. Michele should not work there. Everyone stay clear from them!!!

The WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. I bought an outdoor patio set from here and went through hell to get it. The first time I was sent the wrong piece. I returned it in person and Colin the manager assured me the right chair would be put on the delivery schedule for the following Friday. Collin went on vacation and didn’t put the chair on the schedule. I received the chair two weeks later.The “outdoor” side table I bought, started to bubble after being in the rain once. Colin sent me to a link to upload photos that was basically a black hole. Once the form and pictures are submitted you don’t get a confirmation saying your case is being reviewed and of course no one calls you back to follow up.Throughout this entire process I’ve spoken to Shanira (store associate), Colin (manager), and David (regional manager) all of which were unhelpful. On the phone they will be apologetic and promise to escalate your issue and get back to you. They won’t!Stay clear of this store unless you are looking for a headache or poor quality furniture that’s been marked up
I bought a very nice fuji coffee table and I’m happy I got it. The customer service however is terrible. I told the manager Colin Pinto twice that I wouldn’t be home during a specific time frame because I would be at work. He still had it sent during the time I wouldn’t be home. I called customer service multiple times over the past week and each person I spoke to several people. All of them said they would help and get back to me. Not a single person did. I had to rush home and have someone cover me at work while I met the delivery drivers.
Beautiful furniture. There was a problem with my order but the regional sales manager David was prompt to resolve it.
