Visited this location to have my phone checked for an issue. As soon as the rep, Brian, saw my phone, he made a disapproval sound and commented as to how old my phone is. Its a Samsung Galaxy, I have 2 and this is the first issue Ive had with one of them. I explained the issue I was having and he immediately started to sell me a phone. I declined the offer, but he continued with his sales speech...telling me my phone was old. Again, I declined. He fidgeted with my phone for a moment and looked like he wasnt interested in fixing my issue. He tried to take care of a customer who walked in after me, while I was still talking to him, but I interrupted and asked him to take care of my issue. He looked annoyed and disinterested in helping me. He looked over my phone and said, again, it was old and he didnt know what else to say. I felt like I didnt matter since I wasnt buying a phone. I told him Id take my business elsewhere and walked out...he didnt care. As as sat in the parking lot, I called MPCS customer care and had the issue resolved in minutes OVER THE PHONE! I filed a complaint against Brian...he lacks customer care skills. Will NOT visit this location again.
