I had just arrived in Kissimmee and Googled where to get cracked screen fixed, this place was to first to pop up. I read the reviews and said I would go in the morning. My cousin and I walked 1.7 miles to Old town and BOOM there they were. My screen was fixed in 30minutes. They were awesome and affordable and shared helpful information. My phone looks brand new. I highly recommend this place.

I took my phone to this place after both the back and front glass broke. The phone now looks brand new, and works great. We even both new cases while there.On top of the great work, the two men there gave us excellent service and they were very informative. I highly recommend this place.

Friendly and quick service with affordable pricing! We came in for a broken camera lens and they were able to have the piece the very next day with a call to let up know it had arrived. Would definitely recommend to everyone, locals and visited!

Fantastic service, in a quite odd location but the people there are super nice, very transparent about repair/cost and clear throughout the entire process and SUPER fast, roughly hour-hour and a half turnaround time. I was able to drop off and come back a few hours later and was out in less than 5 minutes.They even went through and tested all sorts of things on the phone to show it was all working properly. 5 stars all around!

I went to fix an iphone 12 Pro broken display. The employee at the front is extremely rude - horrible customer service. The phone is fixed and a few days later i notice severe issues with the display. I went back to the store and was informed that an after market screen was installed on the new device. I then requested an Apple approved display be ordered and installed. The owner is very polite and accommodating ordered an iPhone 12 screen rather than a 12 pro screen. Due to the frustration I was put through I requested my broken display be put back however it was disposed of. The owner advised he would get another damaged display to be re-installed. After several months of contacting the owner and the front employee - i finally gave up. I do NOT recommend this business to anyone. I recommend an Apple authorized repair shop.

I had an excellent experience when my phone broke whole at DisneyWorld. These are the most professional people ever!! . Jonathan, Brandon and Fernando were amazing! They had me in and out in 15 minutes. They’re open late, accessible to Disney World and totally legit!.

Friendly Phenomenal service! It was Father’s Day. Fernando repaired my daughter’s iPhone X while we ate lunch. Brandon, who was friendly, kind and understanding made sure the whole process was well communicated and easy to understand. Stephen’s helped us out with perfect placed screen protectors and cases. Explained my situation exactly over the phone. Was told they could install a temporary screen on my phone for $50 labor cost, so I could upload info from an app to the cloud. When I get there, they say they misunderstood and they can’t do that. They can replace my screen for $150. Sounds like the bait and switch to me.To the owners response: I was at the store. I never expected or asked to leave the store with anything other than my bad phone. Your techs told me they could not do a temporary screen replacement to open an app and hit upload to the cloud. Even though that is exactly what I was told they could do when I called in. I never asked to move data from phone to phone. I specifically asked to upload app info to cloud. The short of it is, I asked a question over the phone and was told yes. I drove to the store and in store I was told no, but for three times the cost we can do this.Also I understood our conversation perfectly. I never mentioned moving data from phone to phone. I never asked to leave the store with anything. The techs said I wasn’t allowed to touch a temporary screen. I told them that was fine. Could they open app and upload app info to cloud? Techs told me no. They don’t do anything with apps. Both techs in the store understood what I was asking. That’s when the tech called someone/owner/you and explained what I was asking. Got off the phone and told me same thing again. No.Trying to make it sound like a customer that gave you a bad review didn’t understand by replying with false information is in poor taste.

Impressed. Ultimately they werent able to resurrect my phone, but they were very knowledgable, courteous, and prompt -- and did so without charging me a thing. Hopefully I dont need them again, but glad theyre here.

Awesome communication fast service, I mean these guys replace my screen frame and back glass in one hour brand new again. I do have to bring it back because my front facing camera is blurry like it has oil on it and my internet loses signal, even though my phone fell and the touch screen went out I was still able to tell bigsby or Google to go to YouTube make a phone call take a selfie and it did it perfect. Will update this when i go see them again. But if you want fast good service and high quality work you found the place. Communication is 110%. Awesome people

I was on vacation and cracked my screen (tile floors are unforgiving). Being a way from home I used Google maps to shop around for a recommendation. I called 3 but only 1 answered professionally and genuinely sounded like they wanted to help. When I entered the store, there were a few customers being assisted so I stayed back to wait. After a minute I began to feel guilty for being in a repair shop while the family was on vacation back at the condo. This is when I started to listen in on the conversation one member was having with a couple who were getting new phones. The employee was very detail oriented and shared each and every step he was doing while confirming their understanding. I waited about 10 minutes but enjoyed the fact that the employee valued the customer experience and looked forward to receiving the same for my cracked screen issue. My phone was repaired in less than an hour and when o returned to pick it up, I was greeted by the gentleman who had been so helpful to the couple before me. This is when I got to experience the service first hand. He thoroughly went through a series of tests to ensure my phone was in 100% working order. During each step he explained what he was doing and why. Afterwards, he explained how I could protect my phone to prevent this from happening again. Was I up sold services? Absolutely and was happy to spend my $ with someone that cared for me. 5 stars!!!

BEWARE. When you have your cracked screen repaired at a 3rd party repair shop like this one, your iPhone WILL NO LONGER be Water Resistant. Any bit of moisture or water that gets into or onto your phone will indeed damage it. I wish my mom & I were told this before we paid over $200 for a cracked screen repair for my phone at this shop. When my phone got splashed with water a couple months after my repair & started acting crazy, we complained about it to this store & instead of being honest & telling us its because their screens do not match the water resistant screens Apple uses, we kept getting told how Apple tells customers their phones are water resistant though theyre really not. I found out immediately how untrue that was when I watched dozens of other folks bring their iPhones into gym saunas, showers, steam rooms and tell me similar stories of them quickly getting their iPhones wet & had absolutely no issues at all. Upon visiting the Apple store, they told us upon purchasing a new phone, always get the Apple Care or Insurance or pay a little more to have Apple do the repair as your phone will leave the store exactly the way you first bought it. Most third party screen repair shops like this one use non factory cheap screens in order to make the maximum dollar though it is no longer the same iPhone with the same capabilities it once had. We would have no issues with this store if they at least had the courtesy to make customers aware of this before leaving the store with their screen repaired. As we customers of course dont know the ins & outs of that & think were receiving our iPhones back nice & new in the same way shape & form in which we bought them. Heck, we wouldnt even mind if they took the money first then told us, at least we wouldnt be leaving thinking its still water resistant. My advice to everyone considering a 3rd party repair shop like this one is dont, either get the insurance with your phone provider so they can fix it, get Apple care or pay the extra if its out of warranty & have Apple who made the phone, repair it or else youll end up spending a lot more in the long run like we did.

This place deserves another 5 star review. Both the front glass and back glass broke on my Note 10+. They had the screen in stock and were able to source one of their vendors for the correct color back glass. Pricing was more than fair. No detail was left unchecked. I appreciate their service and communication throughout the whole process. Top notch business right there.

After discovering my samsung phones screen was developing a growing black mark, these efficient people had it fixed back to normal in one hour at a reasonable cost. The bonus was getting to hang out at old town while I waited. I highly recommend them if youre having phone screen problems.

Amazing experience! My phone wouldn’t turn on after charging it and the screen remained black. When I took it to this place, the tech rebooted my iPhone 11 and it turned on with no problem. ALL IT TOOK WAS 28 seconds. Definitely recommended!

Great place! GREAT PEOPLE! What a nice family run business. My daughter had an incident with her phone. These guys went above and beyond to help us make it right. I cant say how much we appreciate what they did. Not only did they help us out but to make her feel better he gave my daughter a new case, socket, and screen protector. I would give Love My Phone 50 stars if I could. They worked miracles in recovering my disabled iPhone 8 plus. Prior to coming in to Love My Phone, I was on the phone with Apple support multiple times for hours on end and all they could recommend was to wipe the phone clean, which was not an option as I too much important stuff on my phone that was not backed up. So we decided to try Love My Phone in Olde Town and after working tirelessly for 3 and a half hours, they were able to get into my phone and save a good majority of the important stuff. Its not all back but they did waaayyyy more then expected and recovered more then Apple ever could. We are forever grateful to them and they now have a customer for life.I recommend Love My Phone for any repair, plus their glass screen protectors and cases are amazingly durable. While waiting for my phone to fixed, I saw the demonstrations of just durable they are. Well worth the trip, big thank you to Love My Phone!!!

I called them earlier that morning got a good price on how much it would be for my cracked screen forA iPhone 11 max pro which was 199. Plus tax and it would only take them 30 mins to fix it . My Phone was acting crazy popping up different apps dialing different people all tht crazy stuff. I walked in because my glass back on my phone was broken. I was greeted in a friendly manner by Brandon. I explained my issue and he was very helpful and even took his time showing me some extra features on my phone, which was nice.Upon pick up of my phone, I explained to Larry how I lost my previous phone and was upset about some pictures that I lost of my parents that had passed, and although Ricky was working at his desk, he came over and was able to bring up and show me where a lot of pictures were that I thought that I had lost.So, not only did these guys do a great job fixing my phone but Ricky & group went above & beyond with the personal attention they gave to me.

Plus when it come to old products they will keep it real ...I had a old Toshiba laptop from 2010 all I needed was a battery everyone else was like 230 130...I LOVE MY PHONE found it for 30 and the told me it might take a month. Front Screen was replaced on an iPhone XR in November 2020 and everything was good then. Today I went in to replace the back glass of the same XR. They do a checklist of everything that works and everything did work. I come back two hours later to get the phone, the facial recognition doesn’t work. There’s also a big scratch near the front facing cameras where the sensors are for the facial recognition sensors that wasn’t there when I dropped the phone off. Employees there were quick to deny any scratches were made from them and “remember seeing it there when they got the phone”. Tattoo guy with the beard had a bad attitude the whole time and lied about prices that were told over the phone vs what was said in person. He called the owner and was trying to charge $20 extra than the price said by the owner.NO SENSE OF ACCOUNTABILITY at all from this experience if they are in the wrong . If something is working when you drop it off there and it isn’t working after their “job” is done with the phone, they messed it up. 1+1=2. I’m willing to bet the scratch that appeared during the process, that is near the sensor, is what is throwing off the facial recognition system. Also, it doesn’t look like the phone was put back together properly because light is bleeding out of the sides of the front edges of the phone and the phone speaker by the cameras. Going back soon to see if they’ll fix it or try to upcharge for their wrong doing. Follow up coming soon.
