BAD customer service. I am a woman of 52 years old who want to change to Verizon and they skip my family and myself on the line like we do not even were at the store. That is not professional not acceptable and that is the reason why we left the Store. They act like they didn’t care when we were leaving !!

Just placed an order for pickup here for an IPhone 13 Pro Max and within 10 minutes it’s cancelled. Now the phone is unavailable here at the store. They sold my phone and just cancelled it and left me with no other options. Now I cannot make another order for 24 hours. This place is SHADY and ran my some sketchy people. Stay far away! Will NEVER use this store again.

After my note 20 did a factory reset in my pocket without my input (which caused me to lose everything), they told me there was nothing they could do. And theyre attitude was as if I was wasting their time. They also told me I didnt have insurance that I found out was a lie when I called customer service. (Customer service also told me to pay up or pound sand)

The worst experience Ive ever had with trying to open up a phone line. First they tell you to make an appointment but its basically worthless i was supposed to be attended 7-7:30 and did not get to speak to a representative up until 7:54. The store closes at 8 and it felt as if the representative didnt want to deal with me. After an hour of waiting to be attended nothing was able to get done because even though my credit was approved on the phone when talking to customer service it was meaningless since they have apparently a completely different system not allowing them to see what I was approved of. Either way with this blockage the representative never mentioned any other option except i should just do everything through the phone. My advice for anyone making an appointment here is to make sure its 2 hours before closing so that you are able to actually have someone assist you. Since you wasting your time is not their problem
Worst Verizon ever. Went to get a new phone after mine died. Wouldnt even allow me to go into the store in the pouring rain. Very grouchy check in person stopped me rudely before coming into the store. Not welcoming at all and very rude answering my questions. Wouldnt allow me to go in and get a new phone because I didnt have an appointment, I am from out of town, and my phone completely quit working in the afternoon and I went to get a new phone so I could have ways of communication while on vacation. Not an accommodating company at all, not the least bit understanding and overall a terrible rude experience.

Do yourself a favor and save your time and money. Mike which is the manager DOES NOT like to help customers. Tells you to simply call, takes other customers while “trying” to solve your issue. Extremely rude, talks over you, and won’t let you finish your sentence. I’m obviously closing this account and simply going across the street to AT&T. Verizon and their employees have become simply useless!
Poor customer service. Store manager (Michael) was arrogant, unprofessional, and did not care about attending to client needs. His staff failed to live up to the excellent Verizon customer service that everyone is used to. While his actions do not represent the superior customer service that Verizon is known for, I urge anyone interested in getting new Verizon service to go to another store as this location will not provide a positive experience.
Sat in the car for 60 minutes until we were told we were next. We left after we saw 2 more groups go in before usI went to the Best Buy 1.1 miles away and it was amazing! The price was lower and I was in and out.
The verizon customer service in this branch has no training at all, anyway its my bad to be a verizon customer, is have to change wireless provider, because I went to pickup a an earphones for goggle pixel from the maker guarantee, so the costumer attendant just tell me we dont do that, and refused to help me o look for ways to see whats going on, even I explained that I was sent there by a verizon operator

Bought a phone from best buy that was supposed to be unlocked. Best buys fault, but went to exchange and they didnt have anymore that were unlocked. Paid full price for the for but verizon refuses to unlock for 60 days. I have never been a verizon customer and now I never will be one

I was helped by solutions specialist, Zullie, and she was a delight. She helped me transfer my data from my old phone to my new phone, set up my screen protector, and did it all with a smile. I hope that when I come here again she will be the one helping me!
After being put on hold for almost an hour by their corpoffice i went to the store. This is the most unforgiving and expensive wireless carrier i have ever experienced, i will not recommend this company even if i was a paid spokesperson. I wished I could have post this without any star.After being with them for more than two years, I paid my bill and a week later i switch to save over $175.00 per month on my bill!!!!. Then they found a way to charge me an Extra $583.00!!, thats a lifespan ban for me.

We change from att to a verizon plan, and at the store the guy said the plan in verizon would start in 30th, when my new phone arrives. Today they just called me asking if I want to change to verizon. Sure, this is why I’ve been at verizon store and sign a new plan. So they ended my plan with att doing the Port, but Im gonna stay 1 week with no carrier signal. I’ve been now at another verizon store, asking to make a new chip I could use for this entire week, and they said it’s not possible. They managed to harm me even before I was an active customer. Its incredible ! Mike the manager at kissimmee store was very very rude and just say it’s my problem, not verizon problem. Can You believe it ??????

Not only did he resolve the issue but he also made me aware of a tech coach option. He even downloaded the app for me. Now I can get 24/7 tech help!

I needed help downloading my photos and contacts from my old phone to the new one. The old phone wouldnt charge and kept going off. Thank God for the help and patience I received from Ashley. She was awesome. It took a while for the old phone to charge enough so Ashley could do the transfers. All of my photos of 8 grandkids and one great grandchild were on that old phone. You have an excellent staff member in Ashley. I am so thankful.
Closed store. Representative from Verizon told me on 2 separate times days of being open. Waisted 2 trips to the store, waisted time and money because of Verizon. Very poor service from Verizon customer service.
I had an issue with activating an older device with a new number. They were great and helped me out. I was there less than 15 minutes and everything works great now!
This location always seems to go out of their way NOT to help you. The first time we were in their was about 4 years ago trying to upgrade. We ended up going to the Best Buy across the street because they were so much nicer. Best Buy was also who we choose the next time when we added new lines. Unfortunately Best Buy can not handle warranty replacements. So since the phone was freezing up we had to go to the corporate store. Sadly we were shown once again why we do not go to this location. As even though our phone is in warranty they stated they will do nothing until they can duplicate the same incident. We took the time out of our day because of a warranty issue and we are suppose to stay their in hopes its happening. That is Not Customer Service. They even almost immediately after looking told us we have insurance we could file a claim? So you would say to file a claim but not swap it out with a refurbished phone in store to inconvenience a customer. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST THIS LOCATION.

I had a few Verizon gift cards to use that I received as a gift. Thought this was the perfect opportunity to buy a nice new iPad Pro! Went in asking about it (and to complete a return that I was also going to use towards the iPad).Firstly, the return took almost 30 minutes to complete. Not sure why it takes 30 minutes to put money on a gift card! I wasnt even asking for the money back into the card used to pay, since I was just going to put into the iPad. But they claimed to be having problems with the system and had me standing for 30 minutes while they resolved it. During that time, I had low signal and was trying to communicate with my bf who bought the original item to see if maybe the way he purchased it was what might be causing issues. Since the messages werent getting out, I said excuse me and asked a nearby employee if they had guest wifi. To which they ROLLED THEIR EYES at me and said no (LIE!)! When the person who was working with me got back I asked again, and she said yes, and told me which one it was. OKAY, fine. Moving on..Secondly, they refused to sell me the iPad without an account. Something about needing a data line to purchase an LTE enabled device.Alright, doesnt sound fair, but I figured I could get a cheap prepaid account and go about my life since I was planning on purchasing it outright, not financing. It was cheaper to do that and use my gift cards than to buy it somewhere else anyways, so not a big deal...Then it turns out they dont have any iPads in stock... Hmm, okay... Thats fine, maybe I can order it and have it shipped it me?Nope. According to the sales rep it is impossible to order something and have it shipped on a prepaid account (LIE!!). I asked her to explain why and she said its because you cant finance on a prepaid account... Okay, that makes sense.. But I am trying to pay for it now, not finance?? Oh, no the system just wont let us. (LIE!!!) I checked online afterwards and there is no issue with shipping something for a prepaid account.Okay, well, taking that answer at face value, I asked about the post paid plans. It would probably still come out cheaper, so lets see how much those would be for a month. At this point she was trying to get me to leave the store. She kept emphasizing how the process is all online and I could just do it on my own, and basically pushing me out the door. I asked if I could use the gift cards online (which I know I cannot from before entering the store but figured she forgot I had mentioned using a gift card). And she said Oh, yes, of course! (LIE!) I then asked again emphasizing that I thought the computer was giving me an issue when I tried it earlier... because I KNOW you cannot, so she asked the nearest rep who said Oh, no, not on new accounts... Right.. at this point I was tired of being lied to and treated like a pestilence, so I grabbed my belongings and left.In conclusion, I was lied to (at least) three(3) times, given attitude, and false answers when I wasnt being rude or obnoxious or anything deserving of that type of treatment. I was basically pushed out the door when she was tired of our interaction. I tried to be friendly, because, having worked in retail before, I know there are certain things outside of the employees control. But lying is unacceptable. I will never go back to this store. I will try again at another location and give THEM my money instead, maybe they will actually want it..
The first time I went in the girl that helped me was not helpful or knowledge enough. I had to call customer service to get a straight and correct answer. It was only until I went in a second time that the gentleman that helped me was great. He provided great and knowledge service. I will be returning only because of my second experience.
My wife was not given accurate information about a phone she wanted to purchase for me, which made our bill go up over 40 bucks. I spoke with customer service and figured it all out, now we have to turn the phone back in which is fine but we are out about 70 bucks because of their restocking fees. She later called them and they finally explained it better for her.

If you are trying to trade a phone in, DO NOT SEND IT TO VERIZON. If they wont accept it at the store, its because Verizon wont accept it OR Verizon is going to give you less than what its worth. My screen had a small crack in the BOTTOM LEFT CORNER WHICH HAS NO BEARING ON ITS FUNCTIONALITY. The rep at the store wasnt sure if itd be accepted, so we should send it in. FOR A COMPLETELY USABLE PHONE I GOT $42 FROM VERIZON AND NO WAY TO GET THAT BACK. Once you send it in, its GONE. I was better off just keeping the phone, going to the Apple store, and replacing it and THEN sending it in OR just selling it on my own. The sales reps will not work for YOU, they just want THE SALE.

Not sure what everyone is talking about! Im from Pennsylvania and upgraded with Angel because my phone was acting up. It probably was the best Verizon wireless experience Ive had! Also, everyone in the store seemed helpful and in a good mood! In fact, Ive never had an associate put a screen saver on my phone! He took the time to make it PERFECT! In Pa youre lucky to get the associate to put all the items in the bag! Hats off to Angel and thanks for making my experience top notch!
Michael took 6 hours to set up a business account. I left at&t looking for a lower bill. At&t bill was 260. 1st Verizon bill 300 plus. 2nd Verizon bill 600 plus. They are saying that the 1st was supposed to be higher so that made the 2nd bill 600. A bunch of BS. They are not trustworthy. Everything Michael promised was a lie. They told I need a HUM, to get some kind of discount, but reading reviews here it seems it was another lie by Michael. On Tuesday Im coming in to cancel everything unless this issue is resolve.

Overall a good place. Staff here is nice and friendly. Sadly they have to deal with the corporate rules and dont have the flexibility they would like.They could not resolve my issue, but did call corporate for me to resolve the issue so i didnt have to deal with the issue directly. They called me when it was resolved and I didnt have to waste time any further on the issue. Decent select of accessories and devices to look at and explore in the store.

I didnt even want to give this place a star. They are rude mean and if you are not buying they dont want to talk to you. My cell fell in water for the first time so I just needed some guidance and information. From the moment I walked in to the management they were rude and sent me home with my call in rice...omg...they missed the opportunity to even offer me an upgrade. I ended up in Davenport and they have all my business. I am of Latin descent born in the USA I am bi lingual fluent in Spanish and EnglishI walked in speaking english and they spoke to me in Spanish. I think its great to be bilingual...but when someone speaks english we speak English. We are not in Mexico or Puerto Ricos. We are in florida. Hire english speaking C.S.R. please...you are an awful representation of such a great phone company!
1st time in 13 years I have been truly disappointed in Verizon. Very disappointed at the service from the manager. The girl that helped was sweet and helpful. Actually the other location as well, so twice in one week.
What can I say! You have to put your name on a waiting list, which you usually dont have to wait long! Alot of times they really dont know how to help you, but what can you do, but keeps keep paying that phone bill, because I believe they still are are the best cell phone provider! Their are some cool people in there, that will try to help, though...
My first and very positive experience at this Verizon Store was 180° different than the negative reviews others have posted. Those made me wary at first, however, I interacted with 3 employees in my 20 minute visit and Angel (sales), Dan (manager), and Lourdes (technical) were very professional, courteous, and helpful. I will return to upgrade in the near future, and would not hesitate to recommend this store to family and friends.
HORRIBLE! We purchased “buy one get one free” on the iPhones 4 months ago. Set up autopay the same day I got the service. My bill was supposed to be $210 now is $275 because they “forgot” to apply the autopay discount and decided to charge me for insurance suddenly. We have been loyal customers since 2009, told salesman I wanted a extra phone for my workers to use, He sold me a phone and I bought it, I was sure he had my back, but 2 months later found out he had sold me a 400,00 droid max for a couple of guys to throw in and out of a handy man truck, Dude I needed a cheap phone.. Then found out he signed me up a 2 year contract, for all our other 3 phones are on edge program. I trusted the guy to help me with a way to help talk to my guys when they forget there phone or forget to bring it, Hard cost is around 1150.00 for not paying attention to what they were doing, Then went in to discuss what happen and they treated me like it was all my fault, I had to leave, Now I can never go back and will figure a way to solve the error myself.

Erlinda I think her name was, sold my father who was a senior a plan of the 55+ plan and said at the time of purchase that it was required to include a HUM device for an automobile. Comes to find out on Verizon’s website that you do not have to have a HUM device attached to the plan, she tacked that on - did not explain the OVERALL TOTAL COST of that HUM device, did not explain that she’d be making that a whole new 2 year contract line attached with a phone number. She opened the device in store herself - attempting to install it into my vehicle that I didn’t have with me the day I went in. It’s on camera, that I NOR my father opened it... I went in to return the device within the 14 day range explaining that I had been lied to - under those terms. And the manager on duty argues that it’s already opened, didn’t check the cameras to verify, swore up and down that “Linda’s been with the company for 19 years, that she would have explained it”. When clearly she did not explain this to us as new customers to Verizon, or else I wouldn’t be sitting here with the device in the first place. I told him I was trying to be professional and not make a scene over to Erlinda and affecting her sales happening that moment and he said I had to pay $50 to return that device. A device we didn’t even ask for! So I told him I’d call cooperate and see what they’d say. And I did, and cooperate ended up giving me an address to send the device back - did THEIR job for them. As a manager myself I know that companies can make exceptional returns and the manager on duty failed to do anything to make this situation better on behalf of his company, role and peers. He was a tall American looking man, dark facial hair. (I didn’t have his name to write it)** Beware of how sneaky, these people work!I hope to help people who are new customers like myself, that believe these people like I did.DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE.Best Buy is the only place I’ll renew or start new lines with. Google doesnt have the option for 0 stars, so by default its 1.Long story short: this store is filled with shady sales representatives.Details: Cristian is by far the shadiest sales representative Ive ever seen. He will never explain the bundles even though you ask repeatedly. The deal seemed to be great...until you get home and actually analyze the receipt. I reported him and the store to Verizon and to the FCC.Summary: dont blame Verizon, blame the shady store and its reps.Suggestion to Verizon: monitor your stores closely.
