Hi my name is Angela I went yesterday to this store after calling them the night before y in see if they can help me after traveling to different stores and getting treated horribly even from reps over the phone, and they said they would get me the phone I wanted and told me they would help me. First I was skeptic but I wen into the store Rasheed his Brother and the younger rep I forgot her name sorry helped me to the point that I couldn’t have imagined. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was helped they didn’t give up right away they looked for solutions. Believe me they are good scratch that they are great

I went through problems with sprint and they couldn’t solve my problems, I came to this store worked with Julie and she took care of me. After that I decided to come back to T-Mobile because of the way she treated me, I feel I can trust T-Mobile and they solve all my problems. Julie, Rashid and Josh are amazing and very helpful. The way they treat me I feel like apart of the family. my oldest daughter and grandson phone I decided to bring to T-Mobile instead of sprint because of the way I feel the trustworthiness from them.

I’m so disgusted with this store. My second time going in because I thought maybe the first time they were just having a bad day but nope very slow customer service I have EVERRRRRR experienced. So there’s a new guy in training and they put him to help me which all I wanted to do was pay my bill. Simple right?? NOPE 👎🏻 poor boy took 25 minutes trying to learn how to work the iPad to help me I felt so bad for him. What I don’t het is that the moron supervised and another worker was helping 1 lady, why did it take for 2 people to help 1 lady and ya seen this poor boy struggling to learn. I know ya seen him struggling because ya kept looking over my way because you saw my angry face but nope ya 2 employees decided to talk to that lady about FREAKING DISNEY WORLD. Not even come over and help this boy take a darn payments. They need to be trained again. My next step is emailing HR because you guys is ridiculous and seen other customers waiting while ya talk about Disney. This isn’t how customer service suppose to be. Horrible never going there again.

Pity customer service, they humiliated me in front of other customers. The employee began to check my cell phone which was for one that was sent to me of the guarantee and even the flashlight of his cell phone turned on to check it. He took it to each of his teammates to verify, it bothers me that I asked him back. All I had to do was exchange it for one that had been sent to me for insurance.I will not go back to that Store NEVER !!!
