Ive used Two Men and a Truck in Kissimmee several times and this last team was the best team I have ever had. The Powell brothers and Pena were my movers. They were quick, efficient, and asked for my input throughout the move. I appreciated them asking about how I wanted things moved and where to place items. They took care of my possessions and were incredibly respectful. Best team ever. :)

From start to finish, it was a great experience. The staff onsite was welcoming, informative and helpful in establishing my moving needs as soon as possible. The movers themselves were phenomenal. My kid insisted on being apart of the process and they safely included him. They also cheered him on for a job well done. The manager onsite for the storage space even raced about how professional and respectful they were. I would definitely recommend again.

I was pleased with the moving team. I was disappointed in office/admin staff behind the scenes.Couple things:In the world we live in I would have appreciated a call or text even few days prior to move to say “scheduled, we still on?” I’m surprised this business doesn’t send reminders. Nearly all scheduled businesses these days do. We had an error where the date was wrong and I missed it during the quote. So a reminder few days out would have helped the business not to lose money day of.I know there was a lot in the terms and agreement. But I think it would have been important for the office staff to tell me over the phone when I booked about the limitation of: they can not carry live plants or house hold chemicals. This surprise left me scrambling at the last minute. Sure it may have been in the agreement but that’s an important rule to remind someone a head of time.The moving staff (3 young men-Clement I believe was his name) were polite and fast. One young man however was complaining he wasn’t fast because he had not eaten. This isn’t the type of industry to “not eat” before your shift.I would use them again but I will handle the scheduling better and ask more questions next time.

Great professionalism and customer service. I don’t agree with how they calculate their hourly rates. They include in your bill travel time from their last stop to your place and again to their next stop. Milking an extra hour and a half or so @$125/hr is not really a good practice in my opinion in addition to a $35 fuel surcharge. Otherwise great service and guys did their job.

The scheduling/office team as well as the on-site team were AWESOME. We have used Two Men and a Truck for 4 moves now and have never been dissatisfied or disappointed with the company. The moving team were excellent people in addition to being hard workers. My husband and I were totally impressed. They respected our home as well as the items being moved. This move was to load heavy furniture into a POD (NOT their truck) for shipping/storage out-of-state. They took their time to dissemble and protect our belongings as needed. They expertly loaded the POD and secured everything. They supplied the Visqueen and we supplied the moving blankets and ties downs. When we find our new home we will call on Two Men and a Truck for the labor to unload our PODs and reassemble and place the furniture. We have total confidence that whatever unloading team is assigned to us will be awesome as well.

They do a bait and switch. They tell you one price which is fair and reasonable, but the then scam you.My uncle called about moving his belongings to a house out of town from kissimmee.Two men have been in business well over 25 years and I thought they would know how to do the job. They estimated to box and move a 1300 square foot home would be about $3400.00.Fine my uncle agreed. Hes 76 years old and he really cant do it on his own. I went to help as much as I could. My uncle lives over an hour away from me. So my time is very limited. But I went on my days off and cleared alot of old stuff and things he got over the years. So the house was down to a minimum. They came to box the house on the first day.They got to a good start at packing the house. For 5 hours they were going good. But the last 3 hours they slowed down to a crawl and didnt finish. That cost $1400They had to come back the next day and put in another 4 hours. And thats was another $1400!On the third day moving day. They came packed up the boxes and furniture and took it to my uncles new house. They got everything into the right rooms. A Tiffany lamp shade was broken. And my uncle was never told this. I found the pieces of the lamp in his driveway. I knew right away it was part if his lamp. They guys in the picture never fest up to the damage. A mirror was broken. And a bed bumper. The lead guy said hell give my uncle a form to fill out to get paid for those two things. But the form was never given to my uncle!Dont use this company if I could Id give them a negative stars review.

I had originally moved using two men and truck, Kingspointe Pkwy. They took my items to storage since we know it would take time to look for and buy our new house.Two month later, because of timing, I was able to the same guys from Kingspointe to help me move from storage into my new house so I was able to get these guys from the Michigan Ave (or Street) address. I must say that they were better than the previous guys.From when the came to storage, the reassured me that they would take great of our belongings. Unfortunately, they had to show a couple of pieces items that were damaged by the previous clue. They reassured that it wasnt to get the other guys in trouble, but so I would know that they were there for my best interest (and it showed). After taking everything from storage they even asked if I wanted them to sweep up the two storage rooms and I told them no since I had to come back to close my account anyway.The move into my house was without issue, by them at least. Again, they found some piece that the other group damaged. I feel as if my pregnant wife got on their nerves because she kept instructing them to move pieces in different parts of rooms, only for her to change her mind, again and again. But still they were patient. I was so grateful for how quickly and efficiently they were working, I bought them food and forced them to eat. They told their hesitancy was that 9/10 clienta do NOT normally buy them food and drinks for them to eat and coincidentally, they were in such a rush to get to me that most of them forgot their food and drinks.My selfish thought....IF I FEED THEM, THEY WILL HAVE ENERGY. IF THEY HAVE ENERGY THEYLL CONTINUE WORKING AND MIGHT FINISH IN LESS TIME... but in reality they deserved it.In closing, this crew was great. I am so disappointed in myself that I dont remember all of their names. I do remember a tall, semi skinny one that was go getter with lots of energy (he is ready to be a manager). I also remember a shorter guy that had a football linebacker built with dreads that was constantly pushing and carrying things. I joked that this is probably his second job since the first one is enjoying hitting people (hope you become a driver soon). Nonetheless, I thank you guys for the move and to the boss/leader of the other three, you were very honest and upfront with me about everything and I appreciate that. I hope your boss does more than give all of you pats on your backs. If this will help him remember you four, it was Friday Feb 26th, moved from storage on Old Canoe Creek Road in St. Cloud (even though you got lost at first) to my corner house in St Cloud. I tried to cheat the time by helping you guys but you stopped me from coming near the trucks because of insurance reasons. Trust that I will recommend your group of guys to anyone that ever needs moving. Peace and blessings!!

The movers and service staff were courteous, and professional, no issues there. We were left with a lot of items that didnt fit in the two trucks which caused us to move those left items on our own. Could bigger trucks have been used a third truck assessed, packed tighter? I dont know, Im not the pro here, just writing the review from a customers standpoint. We hired a moving company so we wouldnt have to move as much as we did. We have some items that were damaged, we will follow-up with that. Overall, Id recommend the company and the insurance offered.

There is a definite team attitude - other guys showed up to help the two original men. Thats what they do - if not busy and close by they help. Great to see this work ethic! The men were professional and friendly, took great care with our items and home. Would use them again for sure!

As my panic set in, No problem, Sir, we have you covered!Tools came out, furniture was taken apart, moved, and re-assembled without any extra charge or fuss.The entire move was executed with efficiency and (controlled) speed - no running-out the clock for extra billing. They arrived on time.. wrapped all furniture for protection.. carefully loaded it... unpacking went more quickly.. which I expect is normal.. they were quick and efficient. we had lots of boxes too. so the packing process was like watching a tetris game.I would definitely recommend this company

Two Men and a Truck exceeded my expectations! I was nervous because we were moving right in the middle of a COVID-19, so many things could have gone wrong and nothing did. Honestly, I have used plenty of moving services and this experience was sooo simple and painless. Ive dealt with movers trying to jack up the price, not wanting to take everything, refusing to figure out how to get items in difficult places. This experience was nothing like that. The office team was flexible with our uncertain closing date and still got us a team the exact time we wanted. Our movers we nice, on time handled everything with care. They were fast and efficient. I honestly was so satisfied with everything about our experience and will most definitely be a repeat customer

After the move was completed, it was noticed that some brackets had been missed even by myself and left on the moving truck. One of the most professional moving companies I have ever used. They bent over backwards to satisfy our needs. My wife was in separate room with dogs while they were loading truck and one of the workers bought a bowl of water back to the room for my dogs. Would not consider using any other company. Lastly, they came in below their estimate.

I had a nightmare experience with Two Men and a Truck. The job was to do a relatively simple move of my bed frame, desk and appliances. The inexperienced movers they sent on this job disconnected the water line to my refrigerator without shutting off the main water and I ended with 30+ gallons of water flooding my kitchen, dry wall, and cabinetry.I called their supervisor (Clayton Beatty) to inform him of the situation. He then called the owner of the Kissimmee location (Jonathan Crain) who instructed his guys to cancel the job immediately because they knew they messed up BAD! They then unloaded all my belongings from the truck, and dropped them in my oil stained garage and left!!!At all cost, AVOID two men and a truck. This experience was completely unacceptable - I am bringing this case to the better business bureau as well as small claims!

This was my worst moving experience! Don’t do business with this company at this location because they are dishonest.I talked to a customer service representative prior to moving and he told me that the price was $119/hour, which included full coverage for all items if anything was damaged.But that turned out not to be true as I discovered. They ended up tearing the side of my mattress, breaking the plastic cover protector on my treadmill, and damaging my back massage machine ($300). With regards to my back massage machine, the manager Mason Trowbridge rudely told me that it should have been boxed. But he the one told me that any item packed in a box is not guaranteed if the company does not pack it themselves. Also, if I pack a box myself, then they will not guarantee any of the items in the box from damage as long as the box itself looks undamaged. The manager also told me they are not responsible for that item because it is a mechanical device.I am sure that I will never use them anymore even if they offered to move me for free. Who wants to use “free” moving and then end up paying for damaged items?I just want to make you aware of this company at this location. Stay away from them!

Terrible service, they called me 4 month after I moved to let me know that one of his employees made a mistake on my order # and that they charge my card but refund the money back and now 4 months later they charge me $400 to my cc with out my authorization. It’s not that I was not going to pay but they must understand that it was not my mistake and that that amount of money was supposed to be paid at that time not 4 months later. Besides the “apprentice” guy that they where training literally butcher my furniture! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. If there was an option to put 0 star that would be my review. Do not recommend and they have one of the most expensive rates to offer a terrible service.

*** update... They say that they will pay for repairs... But I have not seen anything yet.BUYER BEWARE... The Kissimmee location delivered an expensive lift chair to my house. Their employees snapped off the hydraulic lift portion getting it out of the truck and they are refusing to do ANYTHING about it. I reported it to them in a timely fashion, they asked me to send them pictures and I did... They came back and said electronics are not covered under their damages. Again BUYER BEWARE

They finished the job quick but scratched my furniture and lost pieces of my furniture.

Used Two Men and a Truck for a recent move and was referred to them from another satisfied customer. They made the move simple and I would use them again if needed. The 2 movers that assisted me were Bruce Sing and Travis Rolle. I was a pleasure watching theses 2 guys work, and the care they used while packing and loading the truck.
