The service at this u-haul of four corners was amazing, i drove from orlando because i could not find something there and the gave all the alternatives possible, Tyler and Dennis were really helpful the associate who helped me is Dennis he is very polite and helped me a lot, the waiting time fast, no rush also they explain you everything, the facility looks clean and spacious, i will recommend 100% this place even though it is not in my city.

Great Uhaul location! The staff were extremely helpful & friendly. Pickup & return was extremely quick & easy! The location also offers plenty of supplies for your moving needs & they are open on Sunday which is a huge plus!

A first-class experience at U-Haul, 8546 W Irlo Bronson Memorial HwyI had a trailer hitch installed (electrical not needed) on my Honda Pilot. From my initial enquiry to completed installation I found Tyler to be both knowledgeable and professional throughout. My appointment was at 2:00 PM, everything was completed by 2:25 PM.For value for money and service don’t waste you time and money elsewhere use U-Haul.

Honest people, my 7 yr old son left his airpods in the truck and they called back to return it the same day. Anyone else wouldve took the airpods for themselves.Returning the truck was simple i was out of there in a few minutes

Tyler was excellent! Amazing customer service, I accidentally chose the wrong U-Haul pickup location and arrived to this one (the intended pickup location) and Tyler was so calm and reassuring and polite while helping me out. Literally felt as though there wasn’t a problem at all. If you go here, look for Tyler cause he was an absolute gem of an employee, and U-Haul company should be proud to have him representing them.

Tyler is an amazing and caring GM at this location. He took care of us to make sure our needs were met, and offered a smooth and easy transaction. Hes very caring, and professional. They are doing a bit of renovations here, but it will all be worth it when its completed. Love our 2 storage lockers! Thank you Tyler for all you have done for my hubby and I!

Great place clean bathrooms

It was the best customer service I’ve received through U Haul and I cannot say enough about Tyler Isbell and Kathleen Cacace! Felt so comfortable speaking with them both and received the utmost respect and they went out of their way to help me! I would recommend this particular location for any type of U Haul service you may need. I would even go further than one closer to receive the customer service that’s provided! Outstanding service and extremely professional and friendly! If I was able to give more than 5 stars I would. It shows 4.5 rating but I believe people are extremely quick to write a review when they are not happy but when someone goes above and beyond for you, people take it for granted! I picked up my U-haul yesterday morning and ran in to a few complications due to the online App I reserved the vehicle on. Kathy and Tyler were amazing when it came to helping us remedy the issue. Kathy went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed for a successful move! Absolutely the best place to rent a u-haul in the area thanks to the wonderful people who work there! I had the worst experience ever. The staff and the manager at that time didnt help me and did what they wanted not what I need or want. Also close the door on me and left with no help. The worst customer service ever. I dont recommend this location.

Nice and clean facility

Why would uhaul allow me to book a moving truck for this location if this location only stocks vans and pickups? Why would they call me at 7:30 am to tell me I have to pick it up somewhere 35 minutes away if I want the truck I ordered? Maybe this isn’t the fault of this location, but I certainly won’t be doing business with them again based on my experience this time.

Last weekend I hired a truck for my move and I was able to make the reservation on my cell phone without any problem, the collection and delivery was on time and very agile. The truck was generally clean although a little wet inside I imagine that due to the heavy rains of those days. Excellent service
