Not really a pleasant experience. Started out nice when we walked in but when the younger lady started to show us a home she acted put out. We had no need to have her walk around with us but it was fine either way. She was very opinionated and her attitude put us off.

Setup was completed late April last year, over 2000kwh a month with $500 electric bills. Average house of 4 consumes 1800kwh, theres only 2 of us in the home. Light fixtures that dont work a shower that fills up from poor drainage doors that wont stay shut without the deadbolt windows with rust spots roof with waves siding with waves, numerous building code violations. The home wont last long enough to be paid off. Both live oak homes and ironwood were given the 4 page punch list but havent had anyone come out in months and when they did it was more about how can the blame each other as opposed to fixing it for the customer. They dont care that we will be living in a health and safety hazard, the little dude that owns ironwood dont care hes got his place and his overcompensating big truck. I have a 30 min video of several defects along with listing code violations im gonna figure out how to post. 207 sw foxboro is the address. The below pic are all of defects that no one seems to be responsible for they should be ashamed and prosecuted

I bought my home long-distance through Ironwood 1 year ago and couldn’t be happier. 2x6 exterior walls, 9ft ceilings, beautiful kitchen island and large master bath. Jay, Larry and the crew coordinated the design, sale, site work, delivery, buildout and install, and gave me a turn-key solution. The fit and finish have been excellent and after 1 year, no problems. Excellent materials used: Whirlpool appliances, Rheem a/c, water and heating, Kohler faucets, nice wood cabinet doors, etc. I’ve received many compliments from visitors on how the place looks. The finishing crew from the local Champion factory did a great job making sure everything worked and was installed properly before handing the keys over to me. Couldn’t have made the whole process any easier. Highly recommended!

I recommend you keep driving past this dealership.We bought a home from this lot in 2016, have had so many problems, teams of service people have showed up on many occasions to do repairs that should have never happened due to improper setup.We had to get the state involved to get the manufacturer off their rear end to get these repairs done. And still not done. Dealership says not my issue. But the dealership never gave us our final paperwork, we are paying for upgraded carpet we didnt get, oversized mirrors we didnt get, upgraded faucets we didnt get, and all the while the fella named Larry Ironwood will not provide what we paid for, says it got put in storage and he will try to locate it for 2 years. But why would he hand us something that admits his own guilt, after all he was the sales person and the owner of the sales lot. I cant put the craftmanship of the home on him but if he hired a setup crew to set up our home then its on him. Not a good place for good business after a sale. I have pictures of what our home was supposed to look like for the price we paid, and I also have pictures showing what we paid for that doesnt match what we should have got. He says we went by your build sheet but did not. I have to get an attorney to get him in court to provide those documents we never got in the first place. Ironwood Homes is not a good place to do business. We made a big mistake buying a home here.
