I worked with Chris Hawa to sign the contract for my new home. He is very knowledgeable about the products that the company offers. I also asked him a lot of questions which salesmen do not like to hear, but Chris answered all of them with understanding of my concern.I visited other places and found out that some salesmen say what sounds good or what buyers would like to hear. They just want to sale the home with their benefits without thinking of my interest as well. Nevertheless, if they do not speak the truth from the beginning, we can’t trust them in their future words and actions.I decided work with Chris because he did not give false promises but told me what to expect in different situations. It’s the most valuable quality in any person when we can trust him. I am still in the process of waiting for my new home, but I would definitely recommend to work with Chris.We all need people whom we can trust with our money and the quality of our homes.

Senada at Factory Home Centers has been amazing! Submitted a request via the website and received a call from Senada a few days later. She took the time to answer my questions and find the best solution. She even followed up a few days later to check in see how things were going and to once again offer her assistance. Due to circumstances, we werent able to continue with a purchase through her company, but when the opportunity arises again, she will be the first person I contact!

I have done a bit of research in the area north Fl. And I have found that Factory Expo Homes is putting out high a quality product for mobile home option. I have been in the residential construction industry all my life and I can tell that this is by far the closest build on a trailer to site built stick homes. Chris Hawa is very knowledgeable on the homes he is selling and he was very willing to answer any questions I had as well do research on designing the home with my extensive preferences. We stopped by Factory Expo in Lake City to get information on and tour a few models. Heike Koenig was so helpful. She gave us so much information and answered questions in regards to installation, upgrades, warranties, etc. This is the beginning stages of deciding what type of home to put on our property. Although we are not sure if we will go with a manufactured or a traditional block home, we do know that if we decide on a manufactured home, we will most definitely work with Heike. Chris the new GM is wonderful to work with. Walked me through the process from start to finish. He showed me models I was interested in and gave additional models I could consider. Linda walked me through the factory on how the home is built. She is very knowledgeable of the build process. Wonderful staff. I cannot wait to buy my home from them.

To start with, these guys are so nice its ridiculous! Especially Heike Koenig, who is just delightful. Their homes are really beautiful as well. I took the tour of the plant and they leave no stone unturned when it comes to building in quality. Totally great experience!

Yvonnes review is clearly fake. They ask their friends and family to write reviews that will make the bad reviews drop farther down the line. Would give zero stars but not an option.Terrible service right from the start. Older gentleman answering the phone seemed annoyed and rushing through the call. I arrived and the gentleman that sits in the first office with the window right when you walk in greeted me. Very unfriendly and annoyed. When he spoke I knew it was the irritated voice I had heard earlier. Well wasnt surprised he was rude in person. Is there no one else they can hire?? Anyway he tried to get ride of me by telling me they are closing soon. When I pushed back and said I can wait he asked someone to help me in the next office but came back and said no can help me right now, I need to come back Monday (was Friday). Hmmmm Do you think they were turning me away because it was 10 minutes till they closed?? Yup! I have been in sales for over 20 years and would NEVER turn a customer away! EVER! If they treat you like that when you want to buy what is their follow up going to be like after they have your money!!?? This place is awful. I left there angry. I googled other mobile home dealers that were still open. I rushed to Clayton Homes but they were closing soon too. When I arrived the guy there was happy to see me even though it was time for him to go home. He took his time with me and I bought from him. His name is James. I am happy I remembered my bad experience now and wrote this review. Hopefully their corporate office sees it. They will probably ask their friends and family to write good reviews so my review falls farther and farther down. I was so angry when I left. BUT am happy I remembered to post my experience. RUN from this place!

We went to the parts warehouse for last years model stuff. It is a hit and miss on stuff but you cant beat their prices when remodeling your older mobile home. You know better quality stuff as Home of Meritt stuff

I had done all my research and visited other mobile home dealers. We were ready to put a deposit down on a Factory Expo Home. We made an appointment and drove 3 hours with two small children, only to show up and the sales rep we had been communicating with for months called in sick and did not let anyone know about our appointment, nor let us know he would not be there. The only person available to give the factory tour did not seem like he had been there long or knew much about the company and the homes. After an hour of half-answered questions, we decided this was not the right company for us. We enjoyed our free hotel stay that was supposed to be comped, but our card was charged by the hotel. After multiple failed attempts to reach the sales rep, Factory Expo or their corporate office, we had to dispute the charge with our credit card company. We have yet to hear from anyone at Factory Expo after our tour, even regarding buying a home or a follow up to our visit. The factory tour was interesting and it does seem like they sell quality homes and take pride in their product. The whole experience and lack of communication was just very disappointing.
