Im completely happy with the service I got, Sherrie was a big help and wasted no time getting me and my daughter into our home, delivered it on time and setup started the next day. My Aunt and Uncle even went with them and are happy too. I liked the fact that they had a different line of homes (Townhomes) not the same ones as everyone else (Live Oak Homes). When I get ready to trade and go with a bigger one I will definitely come back to C&G first. Been in mine for 2 years and still have no complaints. I will say though the crew that finished out my inside did some shabby work but I called them and it was all fixed the next day.

Stay away. Ordered a home in Dec of 2020, delay after delay, constant excuse of Covid and would you settle for something not ordered, etc. took 5 months to get home delivered holes in sheetrock, ceiling, doors not aligned, etc. Promised it would be addressed. The dealer asked to us to contact the manufacture ourselves and schedule repairs. The dealer came out and adjusted some doors but home is far from finished. Dealer has not ever called and followed up on finishes or service, only called for money. It has been another 5 months since delivered and home has still not been finished, here are examples of the quality and still not addressed. The staff is friendly until they get paid but but have zero customer service following the close and get paid. These pictures were taken right after delivery. You can continue to do business but you have been warned. This was an ordered new home.

Absolutely the worst experience my husband and I have ever had . We bought a dear valley home lots of extras spent a fortune on this house.Worst customer service avoid your call at all coasts after the deal is signed and complete and they have your money. The home came with mice and we still and a half later we are having difficulty getting rid of them because I believe under the home was never sealed. and I am more than sure their is no barrier that is required by( Hud) I am having an inspector come out this week and time will tell. the homes are beautiful I will give them that but thats it.

The salesman was great the Scott built team has been another thing not wanting to fix stuff right and trying to get out of fixing stuff under the one year warranty

Wouldn’t recommend. The owner seemed really cool at first until he hung up on us after we told him we were having a complication with our lenders. We were also told of an experience by somebody we know where they bought a home from C&G and all was good until the WRONG HOUSE showed up to their property. All C&G could say was there is nothing they could do since it was already payed for

Straight up lied. Drove 1hr and 15min to purchase a mobile home they said was for sale ON the lot. Put 2k down on land before we left to go over there only to find out it was all a lie. Said they could order it and have it in 5 months. Terrible. No way would I ever refer anyone hrre. After reading other reviews it seems this type of thing is common here.

Worst place to buy. They are great people until they get your money. Have a house that hasn’t been right from day one and they refused to do anything with it. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Great service great home

The worst decision I made. My home has not been fixed I am now stuck with a home not even worth the deposit. They talk a good pitch but afterwards they will ignore you hoping the first year will end. I was including the 2 huge cracks down the entire wall and the uneven rolling floor. Dont go there!!

There are many options in Lake City when it comes to buying a mobile home. The Deer Valley/Scotbuilt options were definitely different than what we expected. Theyre top of the line quality and very well built. Always heard rumors about mobile homes when comparing to an actual house. Honestly cant even tell the difference once inside. 10 stars out of 5. I purchased a townhomes model 2838 from C&G Mobile homes in Lake City, in the fall of 2019. I am very happy with the home, and my salesman, Chris Williams. I have to credit Chris for the majority of my very happy experience for his professionalism and experience, and his honest good natured personality.I made quite a few changes to the floor plan, and fixtures. And everything turned out as planned. And I attribute most of that success to Chriss communication skills, and I also have to credit Townhomes engineer.The home was manufactured in around 30 days and was set up shortly thereafter. I was on site for the entire set up, and I cant say enough good things about every contractor Chris sent out for my installation. And thats a lot of contractors!Thank You,Chris and C&G.

C&G was a great business to work with. We shopped around at some of the other businesses and were overall pleased most with C&G. From their customer interaction, the way the homes are built, to seeing the deal through. I was extremely satisfied with C&G to buy my home from!

Delivered mobile home there

Horrible! C & G is the worst at business, some of the poorest decision I have seen in the business world. Chris, the Manager, is great at bending the truth, pointing the finger, as well as placing blame. He is really good at blaming the customer for bad business moves. They left my family (4 children, 2 dogs) with no place to go and not a care in the world about it. We were supposed to be in our brand new home at the end of March, which we were told all the way up until moving day, come to find out that our home wasnt even at the manufacture yet! Weird considering they asked us for a $1000 check to ensure our place in line for building... We just got in our home July 1st.... cant use the master shower, bathrooms and kitchen are not complete but we are in! Oh, not to mention the pipe exploding under that house 1 day after being in it.... Now even at the bitter end, they are holding strong with the lies and placing blame on all the money they lost on our deal, that is somehow our fault when all we did was choose them..... They made every business decision after that....Thanks C&G!Sincerely disappointed every signal day for 7 months dealing with this company.

Buyers beware!!! Stay as far away from this company as you can. They have a man name Chris that works there, he is the most arragant & rude person I have ever meet. Not only to his customers but also the contractors for the builders all they want is your money then they are done with you. If you want to buy a home,please go elsewhere. It is worth it

We have been in our home for 4 yrs. Dish washer, ice maker has never worked right. Carpet started pulling away from the track. No padding under carpet. Air Cond. has been worked on 3 times in 4 years.. I could go on, but this will give you something to think of before you deal with this company. This was our first time buying a Mobil Home. Wish we would of look into other places. I will never recommend this company.

I highly recommend this company to anyone buying a manufactured home.my wife and I looked at different dealerships for well over 6 months before deciding to buy from c&g.I have built homes for the last 25 years and nothing on the market compared to the way the homes that this company sells are built.The sells staff were very pleasant to deal with and the buying process went as smooth as possible.

Don’t go here save your self. What is experience ever. It took them 3 months for them to final give us the home after because they keep messing up paperwork with the bank they recommend we go with then tryed to blame it on us. Then they told us they had the permits pull but didn’t. Now that the home is delivered they are now saying it’s going to take another month to get the well, septic, and electric done. All of which they originally told us would take 3-5 days after the home is delivered. They have lied to us every step of the way. And there vendors aren’t any better. If you can please go somewhere else like we wish we did. Good luck

I Highly recommend this dealership for buying a new home.My husband and I had been looking for a modular home for the past 8mo.We were not real happy with the knowledge or professionalism we experienced at several places we looked at.This dealership actually had employees who were able to answer our questions,and not to mention the homes they have are beautiful.We moved out of a 3500sqft brick home and love our new modular home just as much.

My wife and I just moved into our new home,cant say enough great things about this company from start to finish it was a pleasant experience.We will recommend them to anyone we know that are going to buy a home A+++.

I can not give five stars because we have not bought yet, however I will absolutely refer every one I meet to come here take a good look around and absolutely dont hesitate to ask questions about what you want and what it will take to get it. Me and my wife bought our deer valley home from c&g.We absolutely love this home it is built second to none.The staff at c&g were great not pushy but very helpful and knowledgeable about what they do we highly recommend this company.

Dont waste your time here. Worst customer service ever. I have called over two month period and left contact details with three different people and nothing. Called morning of about a home, say we are on our way, they sold it to a buddy right as we were pulling up. Wont explain the process or how to do anything.

Way overpriced for a glorified camper

I recently bought a home form C & G mobile homes and I have yet to move in..Its been almost 3 weeks..Your not told of the out of pocket expenses that you will have to pay. We thought all the hook up was included but boy did we get surprised..We had to fork out money for the skid to assist the mover into getting our home on our land. They wanted our existing home for free and we was not giving it to them so I had to pay to have it moved out of the way, now Ive got to pay someone else to hook up the water..It has been one expense after another. It sat on our property for 2 weeks before someone came out and repaired the damages from their inexperienced mover.. The sheet rock guy did do a good job repairing the damages from their inexperienced mover. but now Im waiting on someone from Town Homes to come and finish the rest of the damages. The guys that hooked my septic up didnt hook it up correctly and its only been 2 1/2 weeks waiting on them to return, so now how long do I have to wait to get that corrected..I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM C & G Homes in Lake city....Find you another dealer..Town homes do have pretty homes, but I wish I would have went to another dealer..If you do decided to buy from C & G make sure that all the hook ups and skid is added in the total and DO NOT USE THEIR DELIVERY GUY..Request someone else. The dirt pad was suppose to level out the ground and yet he jacked up the back of my home because he didnt know how to build it up in the low lying areas. I still have no skirting on my home and the electric just got hooked up..I have no clue when I will be able to move into my new home...SORRY SORRY SERVICE......I am one almost broke and ticked off customer... I have never had a mobile home dealer that made us pay out of pocket, it was always added in..BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!

I had a great experience with C&G mobile homes went looking one day talked to the manager didnt pressure me took my number and said he would have Kraig give me a call on that following Tuesday Kraig called me we set up a time for me to come back in went and looked and found my dream home he was upfront with me from the beginning told me which one he knew he could get me financed for signed the paperwork and it was all good paid nothing out of pocket he handled getting the permits pulled, getting my old trailer out and my new one in and set up finding insurance and getting it financed. Couldnt be happier with him I was promised he would take care of everything and keep me up with everything that was happening next and he did just that.. I would give him 10 stars if I could and I will definitely be recommending him and C&G to my friend and family.. Had a great buying experience.. Thanks C&G Mobile homes and thank you Kraig...

I would like to post an update on my review from three weeks ago I have always heard never burn your bridges and that’s the point I am at we are back at C&G to see if our first sales lady can help us try and get a home for our kids We added more to the original application in hopes they’ll get approved our sales lady is going to try and do all she can to get it done I don’t like to give bad reviews but stress alone with other factors did contribute to it she was as friendly as she could be I am praying this time its a go Thank You Coreen for your help
