Exquisite is how I would describe my experience with this company. Sharon and Suzanne kept me informed throughout every step of the process. They were very professional and very friendly as well, which made a normally stressful situation less stressful. The work was completed within a timely manor and they did a beautiful job on my car. I would recommend them to anyone that wants a truly professional experience.

I booked an appointment to 2 weeks in advance so that my repairs would be done while i was out of town as i need my car for work.They called me 2 days before i was to drop it off and told me they could no longer honor my reservation and i would need to re-schedule at THEIR convenience.So if you are looking for a body shop that is honest KEEP LOOKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Every aspect of the service I received from them was truly exquisite! The owner did the appraisal of my damage in a very courteous and efficient manner. The cost I felt was very reasonable. I was called several times by them to tell me what step in the repair process my car was in. Usually, you have to call them to find out this information. Truly, extraordinary service.I received my car back very quickly and the quality of the work was excellent.I highly recommend such a remarkable business enterprise.

I have been using Exquisite for over 10 years now, and they have gone over and beyond yet again. My car was in and out of there in a week, and it looks brand new!! The owner is extremely nice and caring. My entire family uses exquisite and we will never use another body shop ever again!!! LOVE IT!

Best body shop around!! Reliable, honest, and fair prices! The owner Sharon is very nice and extremely knowledgable. Ive been taking my cars there for years when need be. They recently had my BMW in and did a great job fixing the issue.

My experience at Exquisite was wonderful! The service was very prompt, I was only without my car for one day despite all the extensive work it needed (whole front of my car needed to be replaced). Sharon walked me through each part that needed to be replaced and why, so I felt comfortable with everything before they worked on my car. I didnt feel pressured or confused at all which I have found to often be the case at other establishments. My car also looked great afterwards! I actually had a friend ask me if I had gotten a new car. I will definitely continue to turn to Exquisite for all my needs. If youre looking for an efficient, honest body shop with excellent customer service, this is the place for you.

I must say this company had the best customer service, the work was impeccable and the follow up in keeping me informed of the status was something that I never had from anyone else. My Bentley GTC got in a minor accident that destroyed the front bumper and dented the front quarter panel. I of course was skeptical of anyone to do body work on a $200K + vehicle, but Exquisite Auto Body did an incredible job! They kept me in the loop every step of the way, from securing OEM parts to the paint and assembly process. The car is better than new! I highly recommend Exquisite. Nice people who really care about their workmanship. Bravo!

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! I used them in march of 2013 after a rear end collision that push me into another car causing damage to the front as well. They took 14 days to work on my car and are not open on the weekends so getting there was very difficult. After they said it was ready, we get there and they said it wasnt and that they had not detailed it yet. So we had to pack our twin one years old back in the rental and come back on Monday. On Monday we came to get the car and they had only fixed the front of it charging over $6000 to do so! IT WAS A REAR END COLLISION! NOW ALMOST $9000 and 22 days later, we picked up the car which they supposedly detailed. But it was dirtier than when we dropped it off with grease stains on the steering wheel and ashes on the dash. WE DONT SMOKE! Their response was none of our guys smoke. As soon as the next day we noticed the driver side window did not go up or down, so since the work is supposed to be guaranteed we called them. Their response not related to work or accident one month later the AC stopped working. so I looked at the pages detailing the work that was done and saw that they replaced the AC condenser and did some other work to the AC. When I called to get it fixed I get a huge run around for a week and the same answer. Not related to the accident NO ACCOUNTABILITY AND VERY EXPENSIVE! Our car had ZERO problems before the accident so we know it was bad work that was done by this company. DONT TAKE YOUR CHANCES BECAUSE THEIR GUARANTEE IS ONLY THAT YOUR PROBLEMS ARE NOT RELATED TO THE ACCIDENT!The response by the owner is also false. We did not try to get them to cover work that was not due to the accident. And the fact that you fixed the wrong side of the car still stands as it was. There is no excuse for that.

The body work was great, and personnel organized, friendly. They did the best work Ive seen. No need to go anywhere else.

I have NEVER in my thirty five years dealt with a place of business that was so unprofessional, unhelpful and irresponsible. My NIGHTMARE with NOT SO EXQUISITE Auto began with a small fender bender in MARCH 2013; Here we are in JULY and I am still dealing wtih this shops incompetence. They worked on my cars AC, it has never blown cool air ever since & they refuse to even look at it for me. They lied to my husband, my insurance adjuster and myself about who did the work on the AC, claiming that they sent the car to the shop next door for AC work. I guess they did not think that I would call the shop next door.... When dealing with the neighboring shop, they were able to provide an invoice which stated exactly what they had done. NOT WORK ON THE AC but simply put in Frion in the car. When I called Exquisite inform them of what the other shop said, they basically called me stupid. Said that I did not understand what they had said to me.... that they had not blamed someone else and also that they would not even look at the car again unless we paid for it to be looked at. REALLY? You claim you stand behind your work... what are you hiding EXQUISITE AUTO BODY?? It is now summertime and my AC is still blowing hot. They fixed one thing and messed up another. I am still trying to get this taken care of by them but needless to say they are refusing. Please save yourself a lot of money and headaches and DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH EXQUISITE AUTO. They are dishonest and do not give a crap about their customers.They have also posted up various good reviews for their shop on different sites using their own names!!!!!! Geniuses, huh? Please dont be fooled by them. They are trying to bamboozle me but they are not going to get away with it that easy.
