Excellent experience. My old phone just up and died with nary a goodbye. I showed up on a Sunday and was set up with a new phone and needed accessories. Great service and very knowledgeable employee.
“It’s not my fault you’re here”The manager, Wesley, treated me with judgement and disrespect. He was blatantly rude to me when he didn’t have to be. It’s been over a month and it still irks me the way he talked down to me.Either Verizon isn’t doing enough training for their management staff or this person is not best suited to represent the entire store or Verizon as a brand.I have held onto my frustration because as a neurodivergent Asian POC who is new to the area, I feel like enough of an easy target.But, I didn’t do anything wrong. I just needed 5 minutes of someone’s time. Instead, without raising my voice, or doing anything violent, I was labeled aggressive and refused help from a manager of Verizon. If Verizon reaches out I can provide full details.When a customer comes in and says they’re having a weird situation and it’s created a bad day, recognize your power in making that go away before getting annoyed by having to do your job, jerk.

The staff at this store was awesome! Audrey helped me change our family plan to meet our needs, while being very down to earth and friendly. Matt and Andy talked me into buying a liquid screen protector that I probably would not have bought without understanding the technology. Really helpful and friendly staff. I would absolutely recommend heading to this store if you want someone to be honest and help you find the plan and phone that’s right for you.

I was super nervous about getting phones for my kids. Audrey made it so incredibly easy. She helped me pick out phones and a plan that fit my budget and our usage. She helped set up the phones and got us all registered on Family Link so that I could feel comfortable monitoring the kid’s phone activity. I have always felt intimidated when switching plans because of past bad experiences, but Audrey explained it all to me and answered all of my questions. We are now a fully functioning technologically savvy family and I have her to thank for it! I couldn’t and wouldn’t have done it without her help. I highly recommend this store and Audrey!

I have been to this wireless zone on Jolly numerous times in the past year. EVERY time the staff are very helpful and go out of their way to help get the best deal when we do an upgrade. Since I have 5 phones on my account cost savings is important. Love the staff. Provide great service!

This is a brand new Verizon Authorized Reseller. The manager and staff were extremely friendly, and they appeared to have the latest products. They were still in the process of unpacking. This is convenient in proximity to 127 and Speedway. I would recommend checking it out.

Waited half an hour to be given a bad tech support number. When I finally got to the right place, they said it should have been handled by the store.
It was time for me to switch carriers and I had been hearing so much about how wonderful the people were at Wireless Zone of Lansing. It was a complicated switch over as I had several devices and phones on my account. With the help and support of a tremendous sales person we were able to make our way through making the switch -over. Bottom line, I got my new Galaxy Note and was able to retire my Android Tablet, streamlining my personal technology. There was substantial monthly savings on my monthly account. This store is awesome! Ill only get a new phone or anything done through Chris. Hes honest and fair about phones and not too pushy. I sent my parents to go see him, and even though he wasnt there, they were treated so well that they refuse to go to any other store when it comes to their phones.

We walked in at 7:45 and were greeted by Audrey. She was able to very quickly resolve technical phone issue that another verizon retailer was unable to fix. Ive been doing business with Wireless Zone of Lansing for a number of years now and its been great. We now have all of our company phones with them and they have always taken care of us. A couple of weeks ago my fathers iPhone was acting up and I sent him here to get it fix. He called me after and was raving about how quickly they handled everything on got him back up and running so he could get back to work. I live on the west side of Lansing and make a point to drive across town just to go to this store when I need anything. Fully recommend doing business with them.
This is my go-to Verizon store because they are great, but I recommend them to all the older people in my life too. They are very helpful with those who arent super techy. They are very patient.

This week I visited the store because my phone screen froze and I couldnt use any feature. They quickly unfroze the screen and sent me happily on my way! :-)

They treated me like a person and like a VIP customer, even before I bought anything. Rarely have I found the combination of competence and friendliness that I found at the Wireless Zone. I used another store before this where I felt like a number, and am glad I found the Wireless Zone. I recommend them to anyone and everyone.
So, hey, do YOU have a phone? Yeah, I know. Does the Pope ride in the Pope-mobile. (You know, what if thats not actually the Pope, but a stand-in?) Anyhow, heres what you need to know about PHONES! Two words: WIRELESS ZONE. And heres the rest of THAT story. If you dislike phone stores -- all that technology, all that stuff that baffles and confuses, and all the phone store people who convince you that YOURE the geek because everythings working just fine, when you KNOW its not ... if going to phone stores sometimes reminds you of going to the dentist (nothing personal to any dentists out there; I have teeth, and I like my teeth) ... if phone stores remind you of one of Dantes Circles of You-Know-Where, then you havent been to the WIRELESS ZONE on EAST JOLLY ROAD in LANSING. These people, this place, are beyond amazing. From owners Andrea & Mark Beauman, to Account Representatives like DJ Baker and Store Manager Audrey Chamberlain (and I cant name all of these people who will not only knock your socks off, but probably launder them and put them back on your feet, too, reason being theyre not here at the moment) ... make whatever business you have to accomplish with your phone a piece of cake. Not ANY cake, mind you. Only the best kind of cake you can imagine. On more than one occasion (and going to this phone store truly IS an occasion), Ive walked in with broken, busted-down, ridden hard and put away cracked phones that just up and quit, others that stop working within weeks of being eligible for an upgrade, and, lastly, still other times with questions I dont even know how to ask. And each and every time, someone staffing the store, no matter who it is, no matter the time of day or evening, has the answer and always MORE THAN I COULD HAVE HOPED FOR. The most remarkable thing? These owners and staffers dont put making a buck first; they put customer service and satisfaction at the top of their list -- some remarkable type of phone bucket list, I suppose -- and they make sure you walk away actually WANTING TO RETURN. If they dont HAVE THE ANSWER, they find it for you while you stand -- or sit -- amazed at their resourcefulness. Talk about genius bars? Theirs runs deep, and they drink from it often so that you dont go away thirsty, lacking for something better, something else. From time to time, and I kid you not -- me? a kidder? -- Ive practically WILLED my phone to malfunction; Ive driven to landscapes far above sea-level so I could drop my phone in order that it requires repair; Ive faked total ignorance (careful, dear readers, careful!), just so I could get back to the WIRELESS ZONE AND ENJOY the GREATEST PHONE EXPERIENCE for miles ... nay, I say, nay, nay .... for STATES, maybe even NATIONS around. And if this made you smile, even a little bit, then this is further testament to what youre missing out on if youve not yet stepped foot into the WIRELESS ZONE. Where people come before phones when phones dont feel well. And where everyone leaves feeling a whole lot better. This I swear on my Aunt Ethyls cornbread muffins. Such excellent service! We’ve made changes with two phones over the past few months. We’ve moved two older phones over to smartphones and the change from an old grandfathered plan to the new Verizon plan was explained so well by the WirelessZone. We couldn’t be happier with their sincere, patient and kind service. Matt was so very helpful with all of our iPhone and Apple questions, he was very patient as we literally peppered him with what if’s and how to’s. We wholeheartedly recommend Wireless Zone of Lansing for your mobile phone needs. We plan to come here for all our future changes and will tell others about their great service!!

Some representatives are great but the owners seem fake and have no interest in the success of anything except their own business. Do not expect to work here and be treated well.
