These guys here are the sole reason why I decided to switch from att. They were awesome on the phone and even better in person! Great visit and super helpful and informative crew. Hard to find this kind of service these days..UPDATE (approximately 7 weeks following switch): Although the staff here were friendly, what I was told as far as billing, promotions, and discounts was COMPLETELY inaccurate and my monthly payment estimate was off by a significant amount ($50+), as well as the BOGO offer also not being true. If using this location, or any retail location, find out the promotions first, then go call Verizon customer service and verify, prior to making any commitments. It will save you money, frustration, and time in the long run.

Russell Verizon staff top notch and professional.

Taylor, the store manager, was very patient with me as I stopped by at lunch and then again shortly after work. She didnt try to push the most expensive phone on me. She actually recommend the Samsing A50. Its a cheaper option, but a phone that would definitely take care of my needs. She stayed late and helped me get everything switched over to the new phone. I really appreciate her patience & knowledge! The rest of the employees were super friendly as well. I definitely recommend this store!

Greeted promptly with a smile and knew right where to point me for what I needed (screen protector). She not only applied it for me but made sure I knew how to register it and use the warranty if it ever fails. Also helped me update my plan for Apple Music. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

The customer service at this Verizon location is outstanding! Mido and Kennedy went above and beyond helping me with a difficult issue regarding a refurbished phone. They even let me use their person cell phones to contact Verizon over an extended period of time. This is by far the best I have ever been treated at a Verizon store.

Kennedy was so helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond in helping me resolve my issues. I could not recomend her or this store more highly. Super nice as well.

Happy I went in to this place. I bought a new phone in Lawrence and they were a high pressure sale and get you out. My phone did not work. After hours on the phone with tech support I needed a new SIM card. I walked in to this store expecting about the same service as Lawrence. Boy was I wrong. They were not surprised about the bad experience in Lawrence. They were able to get my new phone working and showed me some things I Did not know on the new device. Awesome customer care even if the sale was not in that store. I will drive the 50 miles for better customer care when the rest of my family needs new devices.

Any customer new or repeat is treated with the respect and professionalism rarely seen in other businesses. I am in there monthly to pay my bill and they remember my name and face. Sales associate Kennedy Saim and Ali were both very courteous and greeted me upon entering the store. They both were patient answering all of the questions I had as a new customer to Verizon. They helped me setup online bill pay, helped me with promotional offer and adding an authorized user. Kennedy also set me u with an app business card in the event I had additional questions. Both in my opinion are an asset to the Verizon company.

I came into this location after getting a notification that my phone was eligible for an upgrade. Tylor and Ali were super knowledgeable and extremely helpful in giving me all the information I needed to decide on the right product. Ive gone to other stores where I feel that they are trying to sell me a specific product, but at this location, Tylor took the time to walk me through 6-7 different options that I was considering and was extremely patient with explaining everything. I was even offered a soft drink while waiting for my data to transfer. I would definitely recommend anyone who wants to have a great experience to come to this location. Thanks guys!

This store is not owned by Verizon but thats what makes it so great! Its not as busy as some of the other, larger stores and the reps there have always taken more time with me, when needed. All the phones, tablets and plans are EXACTLY the same. I love this store because everyone has always been so nice when I stop in for questions...

The ladies who work at this location are fantastic! In December, these ladies went to the mat and advocated for me in getting a manufacturers defect recognized and a phone replaced, and today they problem solved another phone issue and I walked out of the store with a usable device, something I was not expecting to do without buying a new phone.Thank you, Alexandra and TanishaLee, your customer service is outstanding!! I took my phone to get fixed at Verizon wireless in legends. I ended up leaving with nothing solved. I stopped into this location and it was fixed in 15 minutes. I will be doing all future business with them.

The staff at this location is amazing; not only were they able to help me quickly and professionally, but theyre amazing with kids as well. Made my 3 year old daughters day and she is still taking about it, sort of, well more of a half coherent babbling about it. This IS a Verizon location and the staff is extremely knowledgable. I had seen a special offer on the Verizon webpage and as a part of the Verizon franchise, this store was absolutely able to give me that offer and it took them all of 5 minutes to do it. Just make sure that you are informed consumer because until their POS is updated by Verizon there is a chance you might miss a deal.

The manager and workers their are friendly and willing to help in anyway they can as long as they are treated properly. Helped me upgrade from my old phone and shared their experiences with different apps that could assist me to better my appreciation of my new device. They really know what they are talking about. And if they need assistance they wont give you the runaround. They will solve it no matter what it takes as long as corporate doesnt control it. They are just a premier retailer so corporate does things that they cant which leads me to rude disrespectful customers that get what they deserve and even though he was rude and disrespectful to the store clerks after trying to get a$7.00 sim card for free because thats what (Corporate) can do and not a premier retail store. The clerks were able to keep calm and told the man to have a fabulous day after his disrespectfulness of words I wont put on here. Its funny how someone can come crawling for help but be so rude when it cant be accomplished because of something out of the stores control. I hope Corp charges him the money for that sim card due to lack of respect and common courtousies. Thanks to the clerks at the store for your help today and the entertainment while I enjoyed my nice cold cola.

I am a non-tech savvy consumer and I find myself always asking sales representative many questions before making purchases and then calling the 1-800 number, technical support, for help using the products.I have had my Samsung S6 cell phone for nearly 18 months and the Verizon Lansing KS, sales representatives McCauley Nichols, Alexandra Likins, and team leader TanishaLee Moore have helped me along these month with answering all my questions concerning app functions, purchase plans, and store promotions.My recent challenge was how not to exceed my 5GB data plan. McCauley demonstrated to me, using my cell phone, how to use my Wi-Fi function with minimizing my mobile data function with managing my 5GB data plan. Awesome! McCauley and the Lansing team are technically competent, friendly, and very pleasant to talk with about solving any issues one might have with their cell phone.The Verizon Lansing KS store is the place to go in person to get your cell phone questions addressed correctly--the first time.
