Store is nicely run by the male manager. Does a good job interacting with customers in store and is funny. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend this store if you need a new phone or just help. We seen them assist with phone issues without being pushy into sales. 5 out of 5 stars.
5 stars highly recommend.The guys here are pretty real world about choosing a phone/plan. Pleasant experience, if you would ever consider a trip to the cell phone store.... pleasant. We all know cell phone giants have us all over a barrel. These guys really helped with the ins and outs of it all.
We stopped in to upgrade one of my lines. Brianne was a great help and personable. She made the upgrade process very easy, and went out of her way to make sure the accessories we bought were correct and that we were satisfied before we left. Thanks!
After having a bad experience online, it was so nice to be able to come into the store and receive the help I need. The manager was extremely helpful and made me feel at ease. The associates were also helpful and not afraid to reach out for help if needed. Definitely recommend going into the store for purchases and tech issues.
Overall everyone was very polite and helpful. The process of switching to a different phone provider is entirely too complicated and that required us to spend a lot of time here. Given that it took nearly three hours to move the 11 phones on our plan I would have appreciated some more comfortable furniture for waiting. Overall not bad though.
The store rep, Andrew, and the manager, Tyler, we’re extremely helpful and kind. They couldn’t necessarily fix the problem with my phone as it was more of an Apple issue, but they tried everything they could! I just decided to get a new phone, which they made the process super fast and simple. It ended up actually saving me money on my monthly bill!
Andrew was amazing and straightforward and cut to the chase. Our visit was fast and easy and I really appreciated Andrews honesty with all the questions we asked. Definitely asking for him next time
Lady salesperson was great. Very helpful and not trying to get every dime out of you. Also said to come in with phones and she would transfer pictures so they would not be lost. Need more people like her in Lapeer.
The only real salesman in the store is the manager Ty. No one else seems to blur the lines between selling me something and addressing customer service questions quite like him. I’m giving a 5 star because you can tell Ty floats that whole store with his energy and ability to sell, I would give the rest of the team 2 out of 5. I will end this saying I love my first net, and I love the new stuff I got hooked up with today. Get more people like Ty in that store. It’s desperately needed.
Awesome customer service!!! If I could do 10 stars I would. My husband and I had to get 4 lines for our family. The service was fast and friendly. They were knowledgeable and worked with a Smile. Brianne was our main contact, but Tyler started the process. CJ and Andrew helped out as much as they could when free.
I had a couple questions about my phone and billing. I went into AT&T in Lapeer and had no problem getting someone to help me. I get frustrated, its hard to articulate the situation, however Brianne Johnson, helped me navigate through my phone and eased my mind. My husband and I stopped in to get some info because were considering switching to AT&T. Joshua helped us out and gave us all kinds of great info. He was thorough in his explanantions, he showed us quite a few options that could work best for us, and he was patient, friendly, and funny. My father needed to pay his ATT bill. I tried to pay the bill online, but was unable to access the account. Then I tried calling customer and sat on hold for a LONG time. I finally decided to see if there was an ATT store nearby that accepted customer payments. That was the smartest thing I did that day. The folks at the ATT store were friendly. We didnt stand in a long line. The transaction was done in less than 5 minutes after we entered the building.

I will start off by saying Tyler the manager of Lapeer AT&T is ALSO my lead RN at my Urgent Care. He is a DELIGHT with staff, patients, and of course myself.While I have been slow to switch to the FirstNet Program, in May I did switch. The service is marvelous. Just what I needed to make sure I had service everywhere where I am, including inside the building!Even while off at the phone store, he has on many occasions helped us here with our cell phones and staff tablets, but also patients who need help with their Rx apps on their smart phones and such. Highly, highly intelligent and caring young man, I am envious of your company having him on staff full time!
Upgraded the whole family today with the help of Tyler and Bre. They were positively amazing! Tyler went above and beyond to make us the happiest family ever when we left (thats pretty hard with having teenagers!). Even with our very annoying questions and indecisiveness, their professionalism and knowledge was superb. Thank you for outstanding service 👏 We had a great time with yall today.

If i could leave ZERO stars i would. The male manager there is a liar and very rude. He tells you false information just to get you out of the store, if you have an issue. They do nothing to make things right. Overall the worst service I have ever recieved.After trying to reach the email given and calling, I have recieved zero calls or emails back. Ty and Dimitri helped me get new internet and cable service when I stopped in early last week. They got me a good promotion on the bundled program. Dimitri was new and Ty was very patient while helping him place my order and also keep me engaged while he did the work. Today Ty came for a follow up appointment while the technician installed my services. Once again showed great patience while he sat with me and hooked my DVD player up for me and showed me how to use the new remote controller. Very excellent young man. Very sweet and helpful. The manager Tyler V was great, very professional courteous and went above and beyond to help us switch providers and buy new phones and set them up. We would definitely recommend!!!
Very disappointed with the service provided at this location. My husband and I went into the store with our 18 month old originally to fix his phone and ended up deciding just to upgrade instead. At first we were assisted by the manager on staff who helped us pick out our new phones and set up our new plan. He explained to us that he was changing our plan to “save us $10 a month” yet somehow our bill was going to be almost $100 more a month. At the time we didn’t think much of it as we were trying to keep our toddler entertained and get in and out of the store as quickly as possible. The manger then called a sales associate over to finalize the plan. The sales associate looked at the screen and said “so we’re changing your plan..” but was then cut off by the manger saying “yes, I changed their plan to save them $10 a month” and then they gave each other a little look that I did not understand or process because again, we were trying to contain our toddler. Come to find out they had actually added a $30 a month protection package onto our plan without mentioning it to us whatsoever. I’m so frustrated by this display of poor ethical standards and lazy salesmanship. I understand the benefit of a protection plan but feel our options should have been laid out for us to choose and not snuck under our noses to take advantage of us. I will not be using this location ever again and will instead use the corporate location in Flint.
Was met very rudely at the door, no where on the web site does it state that you have to wear a mask. I have a medical issue that prohibits me wearing a mask with a Drs note. I will never do business with this store and my family and friends will know exactly how my husband and I were greeted.

The best experience I’ve had at any AT&T location has been at the Lapeer store. Was able to get a new phone for my sister’s birthday within minutes! Will definitely go there from now on, it’s worth the drive. Also, shout out to Tyler for helping me! Best customer service ever!

Tyler is fantastic, my mother is 75 years old and she has an issue adjusting to any type of touch screen phone or technology period. She adds apps on accident, and just needs a lot of help. Tyler went above and beyond to make sure she didn’t feel overwhelmed and she genuinely enjoyed his service. He wasn’t required to help her at all but he did. Please do yourself a favor and shop at this location!!!

Lauren was very helpful. She took the time to explain the phone and plan. She made sure we understood how to use it and she did not pressure or try to upsell our choice. I have tried to go here a couple of times and have had trouble every time. I had to drive all the way to the Auburn Hills store for a very friendly experience.
When Im in town. Theres no other store Id visit. I had a few questions about my account as well wanted some information on a new phone and the sales person Stephanie was more than amazing. She answered every one of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I didnt feel pressured to buy anything, which actually made me want to buy something. Any time Im in town. This is my go to store if I have any problems or questions. Would definitely reccomend.

Would not recommend. They will lie about the price to get you into a phone. now stuck paying $30 more a month then they told me i would be paying. Told me i was getting a promotional price and in order to get it added a dummy line forgot to inform me that in order to get the promotion i had to get unlimited data which i was not getting. So now not only do i not get the promotional price, i am stuck paying $10 for a tablet that i dont really have.

I want to start by saying I live in Cleveland, OH. My mother in law lives here in Lapeer and has had an amazing experience working with the team and management at this store.After a recent string of horrible experiences with Verizon I decided to change service providers. She told me I needed to talk with the team here. After a call into the store and a pleasant conversation with the manager Tyler I decided we would make a 4 hour trip up to work with him and his team in person.My experience was refreshing after the horrible service I received with Verizon. Tyler and his team were excited to work with us, they really cared about what we wanted, and made us feel welcome.As a 7 year customer with Verizon I cant believe how much better the experience was in this store. If you are shopping around phone providers you have to come here.

Was really happy with help from Stephanie, she was kind, caring, and attentive to my needs with my account. However the reason I gave two stars is because the manager, Tyler, was being very rude to his employees and barely did any work and just sat there on his phone and bossed his Co workers around. Ive never seen such blatant disrespect for co workers or laziness. The way this man talks to his employees borderline harassment. Cant believe this kind of behavior is allowed in 2020. Unfortunately I wont be back, cant handle handle watching that kind of thing happen to others.

Always have an easy time getting things done here. I usually work with Brianne, who is very helpful and makes sure I know what to expect with my bill whenever I upgrade or change anything on my account. Plus, she helped keep my kiddos occupied by putting on Spongebob for them today :)
The manager Tyler was very helpful with the information I needed, even tho he knew I wasn’t buying today. I love that he wasn’t pressuring me into anything and I will for sure be back when I have the finances, excellent customer service.
I can write a book on how everything went wrong and how hard it was to get it fixed. Eventually, it was mostly straightened out but it was unreasonable the amount of time and visits we had to make to the store to make it happen. At no time were we treated badly but I think they cringed when we they saw us coming. Our plan had not been changed so we never received the better rate or any of the discounts for 2 months. We are still waiting for a refund but going forward our bill seems correct. Things happen. Our issue was not that it happened, it was what we had to go through to get it made right. The mistake wasnt one that we made.*UPDATE * Sent an email to Jeff at the address provided and no response. Pretty disappointing.
We came in on a Monday to discuss starting up a new plan, pricing, and details related to starting a plan and we were given excellent service! We were greeted right away and had an informative conversation with the associate. He answered our questions and was knowledgable about the service, billing and how the process would work. We came in the next day to actually complete the set up of the plan and make our purchase. We were greeted right away and even with some complications removing ourselves from existing plans we were set up successfully and completely understood what we signed up for and the costs involved. We were treated with excellent respect and service!
Go into the store, I really do not like the customer service via phone. Its hit or miss, I tend to lean toward its a training issue because they transfer you the minute you need them to answer you and they dont know. Alternatively, they tell you something way off base. Ive spoken with over 30 people and I assure you - go to a store! The staff at the store were amazing, super friendly and explained things, even called customer service for me on their direct line. I like At & t, just not the call in, customer service.
Horrible customer service. Misleading tactics to get you in the door. Lies to make the sale. Six months and 9 calls later Not a SINGLE call returned. Spoken with manager and employees. Same result no call backs to resolve issue. Save your self the lies and frustration and order direct from at&t.
