Went in there to update to the newest service. Service was fast and friendly!! Phone is working great now!!

If you go for a new cell phone do not go to boast fast talk and Lapeer Davison Imlay City and so on. I bought a phone on Friday. I went in on Saturday. To ask them for some help on a 3rd app. And they wouldnt even show me how to do this Nick got on the computer was her was emailing Dan. Dan told him that if I did not leave he could call the police and have me remove from their. Nick has a chip on his shoulder. That needs to be knocked off. So I wound up at Verizon and I couldnt ask for any better help than Ive got there. Those guys were super to me. So if you need a place to go go to Verizon.

Very impressed with Boost and the employee Erin that helped us!!After having issues with Sprint I was a 20yr + customer then I had switched to T-Mobile the last 3yrs. they were great until Sprint and T-Mobile teamed up.. yep then my bill started going up again software issue etc..I was done !!My daughter told me to go Boost that is who she has been with no problems.The employee Erin was very friendly, helpful, patience, and listened to what I needed !!I have Chiari and Dystonia so I drop things a lot.I explained it to her so she made sure that I had a case that wouldnt slip out of my hand😊 she went so far to say that if this one does not work for your needs I can put an order in for the other one thats not a stock that might work better.Erin was also very helpful at picking out a phone for me. I told her I take a lot of photos, videos and music downloads. I was use to my Samsung phones for me and my Chiari Brain lol..it works.When I left I was very happy and so impressed with Erin that she took the time to listen to me and my physical and financial needs needs while maintaining the distance do to Covid !!I LOVE my new phone, screen protector, adapter, case and that my bill is $60.00 less.I would most definitely recommend Boost in Lapeer next to Big Lots do to the great customer service and care that Erin provided for me !! Nick was incredibly helpful! He added two lines as well as a variety of other tasks I asked of him( bill, accessories, phone protectors ECT). He did his job with patience and joy in a timely fashion .

The LG I had ended up being a piece of ..... and I needed a phone that works. I talked with Rob Greenman of Fast Talk Wireless and he had a S8 phone available. I went in to his Boost Mobile Store and purchased it. WOW what a difference. I was also very impressed with Aaron, once we started working together she got my phone set up in no time. Had one of the bigger carriers and their service was less than stellar. Rob told me to come in and see what he could do. Not only did I get better service it was cheap. They have phones to fit everyones needs from the latest models to the budget phone. They also have cases and screen protectors to protect your investment and if anything happens they will help you with your warranty claim. I highly recommend them

Was not happy at all with the service of the female clerk not to mention paid 20$ for a phone screen and 35$ for a otterbox phone case only to find out it wasnt and then my screen fell off and I took it back to the same clerk and she acted like she didnt know me and refused to help. Do yourself a favor be careful and save tour reciepts when shopping here!
