I would not buy another phone from this store if My life depended on ot they sold me a phone that shots off every 5 mins and freezes then he had to order a new one and that does the same thing and they will not give me my money back for a junk phone you cannot use at all

Seems knowledgeable however they like to charge for turning on phones in store when you cam easily do it yourself no charge

Man behind the counter treated me like I was stupid and treated me like a lower class citizen because Im a woman. I ended up walking out and going to a different MetroPCS. I will never step foot in this business and would never recommend it to ANYONE.

Spent almost $100 at the store nothing work we went back less than 24 hours later the manager of the store would not make it right we left the company very unhappy with Metro PC by T-Mobile . If you do not live right in town I would not recommend their products!!😞

If you want service that is not important to the company then this is the place for you. Went three months with no service with promises of will get better. Not worth it at least in my area.
