The tea and coffee were definitely up to Starbucks standards. Unfortunately the customer service was substandard at best, if the barista wasnt ignoring us she was being snappy when we just tried to place an uncomplicated order. I understand having a bad day, but please dont take it out on the customer just trying to place an order.

Very good coffee and food. Sometimes the wait is more than 15 minutes, and the parking is too small for how many people go here for coffee. The staff does a good job despite being very busy, theyre friendly as well.

Friendly staff. I only order coffee with cream and sugar so its not really challenging. I do notice the freshness which I appreciate and the amount of cream creates a perfect caramel color.I tasted the mocha frappuccino and it was a good consistency and flavor was great.

Literally sat in the drive through waiting for someone to take my order! Went to the window and sat there for a few minutes. Nothing!! Drove around only to see multiple other vehicles having the same issue. Ok, if no one was there and willing to work then put up a dang sign! Seriously lost a lot of business. Went to a different coffee shop. They had better service. Definitely gonna go to other places from here on out. Rather disappointing.

Former university student, and I used to frequent this Starbucks to study and meet up with friends. Now I stop there whenever I pass through town and need a pick me up (because I dont have access to a Starbucks where I am from). They are always friendly and quick. I have never had any issues.

There may be something wrong with the mic/speaker in the drive thru as the young man had to keep asking us to repeat the order. Otherwise, everything was smooth, friendly & we enjoyed some great coffee.

Not sure what’s been going on with this location for months now but it’s really frustrating that it’s either not open or, when they are, it takes 30 minutes to get a coffee. I came through this morning at 545, signs said it would be open at 5am. Car in the parking lot and the lights were on but no one answered the speaker. You’ve lost me a s a customer since I have to keep going down the road to a business that IS open consistently and won’t make me late for work. No other business in town is having the “hiring issues” this location is having so I’m going to assume the issues stem from very bad management. Hire qualified employees instead of hiring for a type and maybe y’all would have enough people to keep the doors open.

When they are open,.the food/drinks are great and the staff is awesome.However, they have very limited hours right now that are NOT well advertised.Picture cars lined in the drive thru clear back to the street only to find that they are closed (at least by 1 pm on Saturday, June 6). Yet each car dutifully pulls up to order and waits for 2-3 minutes to never place an order--no sign on the drive thru menu, no signs as we pulled up and waited in line, no staff coming out to let anyone know (assuming, perhaps, that they had just closed), and the hours on Google still say they are open until 8:30 p.m. So, when you pull into the line to never place an order, youll wait 15-20 minutes to figure out--finally--that they are closed.I commiserate with current staffing concerns and worker shortages, but good service to the public would suggest that you put signage near the FRONT of your parking lot with your current hours clearly marked and perhaps add one more to the drive thru menu.

I went to this store at 4pm on May 12th. 4 hrs and 30mins before they should have closed and decided to close early bc they were to tired to work. Shows that they dont value work ethics anymore and shows that even a slow day. They rather close early and be lazy.

I have been here a few times, with each experience not being all that great. Each time the food (usually a wrap) was undercooked, and the drink took about 20 minutes to make. Two stars because at least the drinks were mostly made correctly.

Rude “store manager” named, Jessica. I went to the Safeway location. They are much kinder and more efficient than this location. Every time I go in the Grand location the manager or staff is rude. The line is a mile long and they are not efficient.

Great service, positive attitude, always posts updates when theyre low on items, employees, or COVID restrictions. Their Mocha with 2 pumps of raspberry is my favorite, you gotta try it some time! Food is gourmet. Friendly people that will keep the trend going for paying the person behind them!

Mismanaged short-staffed location (from what I could tell from my one visit at 3pm on a weekday). Apparently the staff were not empowered to be friendly to folks who walked in due to the volume of cars in the drive thru (line out to the road). Not happy with my experience here but I realize it’s not the employees’ fault; likely terrible management.

I don’t normally review Starbuck locations but I have to make a review for this location. We are on a road trip and found this Starbucks. I got chills as I waited for my order.They have a large sign appreciating their First Responders 💙They quoted Mr. Rogers “When I was a boy and I would see scary things in the news, my mother would say to me, Look for the helpers. You will always find people who are helping.”Very positive vibes, wonderful atmosphere.

Always a must stop before work! I Like how they have a board out front with directions in order to speed up the process of your order instead of a long wait in line keep up the good work. Also they usually sell out pretty quick on popular items grab them while you can

Its a great Starbucks but I cant give it five stars due to the design of the parking lot. When it gets busy at the drive through it becomes impossible to leave from the parking lot because no one wants to let you out. The staff is amazing though. I go here all the time.

Jess was working the drive thru and let me just say she was nothing short of amazing. Took the short couple minutes she had with me to ask how my day was and to hope I’d enjoy my latte she was even super sweet when asking what I wanted to order through the voice box! It completely caught me off guard we need more people like her in the world! She really gave me a experience at this Starbucks location I’ll be back!

Busy! Super busy due to nearness to the university and hospital. The layout of the store is poor. People stand around waiting fo their drinks which makes it hard to sit at the tables. There is not a counter for call in or Internet orders. All drinks are put on the same tiny counter. Which makes for a mass of drinks that everyone has to touch in order to find their own drink. The staff was fine but so busy that customer service was short. The drinks were made perfectly.Good drinks make the wait worth it but one should be prepared to wait if visiting this Starbucks.

This is one of the worst Starbucks Ive been too. On multiple occasions, they closed early (one time ten minutes, a couple other times by several hours). The times they closed several hours early, they claimed it was because of weather, but there was less than an inch of snow on the ground, and no ice. They also mess up my simple coffee order all the time. I had to start getting cream on the side because when I ask for a tiny tiny tiny bit or one tablespoon, they fill 1/3 the cup with cream.

Got some tea drinks here while I was on my way back from Spring Break. The orders were put out fast and cold. The drink were just the thing for the long car ride home from the airport. It was good to have a nice refreshment after being a little parched from a plane ride! :)

I usually love this place. But today it was terrible. I brought in my own cup to help save on the plastic but ended up waiting longer instead. My Starbucks tumbler sat on the counter for 10 mins before someone made my drink. I would understand if the place was busy.

Great staff. I mean, Starbucks is Starbucks, but the staff here really goes the extra mile. There were several issues with my order that they worked hard to make right. The staff apologized for the issues and blessed me with a gift card to make sure that things were good. That is the mark of a good staff.

Worst coffee experience Ive ever had. I ordered a grande white chocolate mocha and they completely ignored my order even though I paid. I was being really patient because I was aware that it was getting busier. I didnt mind waiting, but then after 45 minutes passed and the eight customers (only 1 of which were a big order) who came in after me ended up getting their drinks and leaving before me I was getting confused as to why my single drink wasnt out yet. I had to ask 2 more times about my drink before they finally made it.

If you order food, be prepared to wait. They dont update things in the app, so if you try to order ahead you may find an empty bag or cup with your name on it because they were out of something. Every time I go, they are out of something I ordered, but they dont update it on the app. The parking lot isnt very good, just park at Wendys. Friendly people though, happy to help.

Literally just left this Starbucks right now! I had order a green tea and chocolate salted almonds. For some reason my international Kuwaiti debit card was not working. Which was odd. Especially since I have been using it for the last 6 months in the US! Therefore, It was so embarrassing to say the least! We kept trying it and it just kept declining my card. Or saying not found or something like that. The guy that took my order (who now I realize I should have asked for his name. P.S. He is a angel) He kept saying things like, Its fine or Dont worry about it or Its covered Which was beyond so sweet and so so kind. He really didnt have too but he did. He was beyond professional and he also didnt want to embarrass me! I literally just left and feel awful about not thanking him enough. Nevertheless, I ended up transferring the money to my starbucks card because I insisted I wanted to pay. I was beyond embarrassed. However, I just realized too late I only paid for the green tea and not the almonds! Again, wanted to say thank you once again. The service at this starbucks is beyond amazing. The people who work here are beyond kind and professional. Thank you! I so wish I asked him for his name! Hope he sees this bless him.

The start of this visit was not great, the person working the drive thru handed me a very messy drink that I spilled all over my car because they didnt secure the lid, something I didnt notice because again the drink was very messy. I took it in and I never complain but I was pretty bummed. It didnt even taste like what I ordered so it was enough to prompt a notice to them. The sweet young man working the counter got me a different drink at a bigger size as a replacement and the drink was beautiful and delicious. I wish I knew his name but I wanted to give him a shout out, he was working Thursday, 9/12 a little after 11am. Cheers guy, you made it right and I appreciated it!

A friend and I went here expecting to get a nice drink on a hot day but we werent expecting to wait almost 30 minutes to get our drinks. And they were even the same ones. Overall, they were good and it may have just been this particular day but it was disappointing to have to wait quite as long as we did and I a fairly patient person so if I get impatient it takes a while. I would go again but I would hope the wait would be less.

I frequent this Starbucks frequently when traveling through Laramie. The staff is friendly, the coffee was very good and made to order as usual. But this store was disgusting and filthy. The bathrooms were filthy, had paper towels and toilet paper all over the floor and the toilets were filthy. The floor of the store was filthy with dirt and foot tracks. It wasnt just in one area but all over. It was not a rainy day and this is the worst I have ever seen this place.

Out of iced coffee...in November...when it’s 30 degrees?!? I can understand if it was a hot summer day. Anyway, they offered me a cold brew (which I like better, but is more $$) at no extra cost. Got me order in under 5 mins on a busy Saturday afternoon.And anyone complaining taking 20-30 minutes for your order, you’re probably in the drive-thru! Get your lazy a** out of your vehicle! Me and several other customers got our orders inside before the last vehicle in the drive thru lane (which stretched almost to the entrance) even got to the order point.

Normally an on-target place, this Starbucks was having an off day when I was there on that day. I suppose everyone is allowed to not get it right now and then. Can’t say enough bad things about this Starbucks location unfortunately. Staff don’t usually make the drink correctly and their work stations are disgusting. I could get over it if the staff were actually kind or apologetic. I know Starbucks policies and they do not abide by many of their standards. It’s too bad that Laramie only has one standalone Starbucks because I have to sometimes come to this shop and always find myself regretting it.

They always make the wrong drink even though I ordered via mobile clearly stated what I want in my coffee. Gingerbread coffee without whipped cream, huh? Always spill out the drink and make the cups sticky.
