HiTravis was great, but the length of time we waited when we arrived to pick up the vehicle was two hours. I was communicating to let Travis know what time we were coming and that we were coming from King of Prussia area which was a 1 1/2 hr drive. They did explain the day was extremely busy. SO, I suggested to have appointments scheduled for folks coming to buy. But other than that, o the car could have been cleaned a little more efficiently as well.

There are not enough nice things to say about the team at Keller. After a very rocky start to the search for a larger more family friendly SUV at another dealership, Nate and the team treated me with respect and went above and beyond to help me out. From start to finish it was a hassle free process and I would recommend Nate and the whole crew to anyone looking for an easy, stress free experience.

I was not planning on trading my 2020 Ford Explorer XLT, however when I saw the 2020 Ford Explorer Sport sitting on the lot in the exact color of my XLT I knew I had to at least inquire. The Service Department did a great job servicing my Explorer. It was taken in on time and completed in a very reasonable amount of time. The waiting area was clean and the coffee free.

I called for an appointment after I got a recall notice and was told I would get a call back when KB had the parts. Matt from KB actually did call me back, and we scheduled an appointment for the next week, I waited while the service was done and it all went very well.

I needed a fast turn around to my problem and they came through as promised.

Nathan Dohner was fantastic, very knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and not aggressive in his sales process.I ultimately, did not purchase the vehicle the Ford Fusion Titanium that I went to look at because it had too much tech and was not a big inside as I would have preferred. The dealership was understanding when I said that I wanted time consider and compare to another vehicle. Keller Bros Ford is by far the best Ford dealership around!! We bought a new 2020 Ford Expedition Limited back in February 2021. At the time of delivery, it was a late purchase and the detail shop was closed. Our salesman, Ryan Oberholtzer, took the vehicle over to the detail shop while we did the paperwork and washed it in his dress clothes. General Manager Jeremy Weaver offered a full detail at a later date and even allowed us to bring it back after the winter season. I just had the vehicle detailed last week by recon detailer, Ryan Weidman, who made the vehicle look better than the day we bought it new. Recon Manager Mike Cruz was very accommodating with my work schedule and got the vehicle in the next day after calling. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership for your new and used vehicle needs!!

With COVID restrictions, we were able to take the car for a test drive on our own. Paperwork was ready the next morning, the car was detailed and we picked it up. Pretty painless! On 9/1, I was near Lebanon 1hour and 45 minutes from home. My car began having transmission problems. I barely got it off the road. I googled a ford dealer near me and keller bros came up. I phoned them, told them of my problem. They were so....nice, and understanding!! They gave me a name to a towing company, I arrived at their facility approximately 10 minutes before closing time. They took their time and explained what could be possibly wrong, without rushing me. I was able to return home with a rental car, they called next day to say my vehicle was ready. We got there 20 minutes until close on a Saturday evening and they allowed us to purchase the car that night (which took until 6pm to complete due to our late arrival) they were absolutely amazing to deal with, very friendly and understanding of our cranky toddler. I bought a beautiful chevy 3500hd from kellers. Shortly after having the truck it turned into nothing but problems. It needed a lot of minor work that I noticed when picking the truck up, they fixed it. The truck then needed a transmission. Keller made every excuse on to why the transmission was slipping. After arguing with them enough they agreed to rebuild the transmission . I owned the truck for roughly 8 months and replaced the transmission. Starter, alternator, battery, ignition switch, checked the ground wires, and then we were thinking it needed a transmission computer. Keller only paid for the transmission but the rest was on me. Jeremy was very nice but played games when trying to trade the truck back in. He offered me $1,000 less than I was offered at 2 other dealers, and then said for your hassle we will give you an extra $1,000 on trade.....I took the truck to 2 other dealers, and was then offered over $3,000 more than Keller was giving me as a special favor....I wouldnt recommend Keller brothers for a used car or truck, maybe buying new is ok, but their used car inspections are obviously not taken seriously, and the service department doesnt know what to do

We had an issue with the extended warranty company. Jeremy Weaver worked diligently to make it right and assure our repairs were covered. Excellent customer service.

UPDATE: I cant say enough. We had to go back for an issue caused by a recall on the car. These people went above an beyond to get his car back on the road. We drive 25 min just to take his car in rather than go to another Ford dealer closer to home.They got my husbands car into the shop within a reasonable time frame. They fixed the recalls pretty quickly and had the car ready in time. Will definitely go back again.

Not sure how to go about this, A few months ago I took my vehicle to the Lititz location for an oil change and to have the coolant additive checked. I was advised that there was no need to check the coolant due to the low mileage. When I got the vehicle back nothing was said to me about any other issues. I read the report on what was checked and it was noted that there was a leak. The leak was at the left rear hub. Nothing has been noticed as far a oil in the wheel or area at all but I have noticed a burnt or hot oil smell at that wheel after driving the truck. I took the truck to the Lebanon location due to the fact that it is 3 miles vs 12 miles from the house. I was called after a few hours of the truck being at the shop and told that there was nothing wrong at all with the exception of left over residual on a backing plate. (Picture was given from the service department) I asked the person that called how it is possible that there is no issue when one location commented that it was leaking and the fact that I can smell it and at one point I saw smoke coming from the wheel after pulling a trailer. The service guy said that maybe when I had the oil changed I should have brought the truck to them in the first place. He also advised that nothing be done at this point because there was NO leak. I agreed with him and said I will pick it up. He then told me that they had to get things back together and he would give me a call when it was ready to be picked up. Roughly 1 hour later I received the call. I went and picked up the the truck when I got home i looked at the wheel on the left side of the truck.Now I am not a mechanic but I do know how to investigate and a troubleshoot issues. In my opinion if you are looking for a leak in and around a wheel assembly, the first step would be to REMOVE THE WHEEL. I can without a doubt 💯% say that the wheel/wheels were NOT even touched. I guess they have a special tool for that.I at this point dont know what to think or do about this issue. I have 2 of them to think on, 1 is the Lititz location full of it and trying to pull one over on a costumer? 2 is the Lebanon location unsure of what they are doing when it come to working on bigger trucks or just lazy in not removing the wheels?

This car dealership is nearly 100 years old, and is still family owned. The employees took obvious pride in their work. It was down to earth and easy to navigate buying a car. The salesman actually found me a better car in their selection for a lower price than the one I initially went to test drive! I highly recommend Keller Brothers Ford.

People are very helpful. I made appointment to have oil changed & in the meantime I also received a recall notice from Ford. The noticed told me to make appointment at local Ford dealer to have this repaired. I went to get oil changed & asked service manager if I could make appointment to have this done & he said he will do it now and save me a trip.

I had state inspection,emission, and my 15k mile service. I wait 2 hours and 15 minutes and I thought that was unreasonable. My total bill was nearly $200. Also unreasonable when I could have had the same work done at another dealership for alot less. I will think twice about having work done at KB.I bought my truck there and have tons of good things to say about the sales dept. Cant say the same about Service.

Full disclosure, we have friends who work here but wed never dealt with them on a professional level.These guys are simply excellent. I brought my 2013 Ford Focus with transmission trouble (a known issue with that year and model) here. They gave it to me straight, the warranty may or may not cover the diagnosis and repair Ford corporate can be sticklers with this issue. To add to that their schedule was backed up for nearly a week but theyd take a look at it as soon as they could. My wife and I were anxious, the car had quit working at an intersection earlier that day and left my wife stranded for a few hours it was something of a miracle we could get it to the dealership in the first place. To top it off this was our only car and we were not financially prepared to go shopping for a new one yet.The next day they had it fixed all under warranty! We called other dealerships all quoted us a wait of several days and were not optimistic about our chances of a warranty claim.In short, these guys have that rare combination of being both straight shooters and incredibly helpful. Definitely recommend. Well be thinking of them when the time comes to get a new car. I want to shout out to Brad from the service department that helped us over the phone and was really quick in answering all our questions and Danielle who helped us sort out a loaner vehicle and generally got us squared away really efficiently.

The staff is absolutely Amazing. Very friendly, And professional. The waiting area is comfy, with coffee and pastry. They really make you feel special and they want to work on your vehicle. I dont normally give five stars to any business, but in this case I will make an exception. To begin with, the sales associate Adam Smith was very courteous, knowledgeable and above all not pushy; as in trying to make a quick sale. I was shopping for a used vehicle and knowing my needs and requirements, was shown the vehicle that I ultimately purchased.I have purchased previously owned vehicles in the past from different dealerships, so I am always apprehensive about what to expect. Needless to say, some are not as open and sharing when it comes to making the sale. When Adam gave me the service history and and care record of the vehicle without asking for it, I knew that this was the dealership that I wanted to do business with.The dealerships entire staff are friendly and courteous, and as they also do servicing, I will definately be a return customer.
