Everyone I interacted with as part of my rental (April 2021 through September 2021) was friendly, helpful, and extremely professional. Lenora was so responsive with questions early on and throughout the rental. Angel helped me out tremendously at the end when I couldn’t find my keys to the locks - she arranged for another worker to come help me out with my movers expected the next day. I highly recommend this professional team and secure place for storage.

I was very happy with the few months I needed a storage space. Extra Soace Storage took care of a billing issue immediately. That alone goes a long way to with me and I greatly appreciate that. Great Experience! I ended up renting 4 different units over the process of selling my house and eventually moving into my new house. Every time I called Iris and Chris were both very helpful in making sure I got a unit that would work for me and insuring that I was getting the best rate possible for the duration. Above and beyond with customer service. Hopefully I dont need storage any time soon, but when I do, I know who I am calling.

We had never rented a unit before using Extra Space in Lewisville and we were so happy with the service. We got the unit same day and the temperature controlled units are clean and very nice. The manager was so helpful and set us up with the right size unit.

Remarkable experience moving in and extremely appreciative of the staff! Marcus assisted me in seeing the the storage unit prior and answered all my questions immediately. AC 10 by 10 unit at a very affordable price with even a discount on the 1st month!!! Access code gated community with extensive security made me feel at ease as well. The service was absolutely exceptional and Marcus even supported me in jumpstarting my car when my battery spontaneously died. Very genuine, caring staff-would recommend to anyone!

The company is ran by greed. They increase the rent because you are there. New renters get a better rate. I moved out, Then I moved back. It is a ridiculous way they do business! The employees on site are always nice, and the facility is clean. It would be better if they had a dock or ramp to assist loading or unloading large heavy items
