So, I dropped my phone and the screen shattered. My fault, I get that. Im not sure if its Boost policy, but I had to file an insurance claim online. Any other provider would have replaced the phone at the store. It just seemed like that store was being lazy.

How can they recommend or explain which Its the difference from one phone to another ... its not just the brand ... please learn a little of what youre selling.
Could not hook up my new unlocked pixel 2 XL to my current plan so I ended up having to switch providers. The lady there couldnt answer any of my questions. Was no help whatsoever.
