I was very happy with the service I got there. Even though my old phone wasnt easy to transfer over, he was patient and did whatever it took to get it done. Since my photos wouldnt transfer over (my old phones fault, Im sure), he was nice and gave me a discount. So much better than going to Verizon at the mall!

My boyfriend and I visited this store tonight because he was having issues with his phone and we couldn’t figure out how to fix it. Rasheed was the only employee working at the time and he was absolutely fantastic! He was extremely patient and kind with us, answering all our questions and despite the fact that he was closing in about 20 mins he still never tried rushing us out at all. My boyfriend ended up getting a new phone that he set up for him and helped me switch my plans. If you need to hit up a Verizon store for anything, I highly recommend going to the one on Essex St, especially if Rasheed is working. I plan on going there from now on instead of the one I normally go to.

This has been my go to source for my Verizon Wireless needs for the past 5 years or so. Just recently my wife and I went in for the latest greatest Smartphone upgrade and as usually were not disappointed. I called ahead let them know when we would be stopping in and what devices we were looking for. They didnt have them in stock but told me they would get them for me in time for my visit. Promise made, promise kept, we got our new phones had them set up for us to. Great one on one customer service. Anyone that knows me knows I do not know how to operate a phone. I came in here and within 10 minutes Laura took care of everything I needed and then some. We were in this store this past week, first to find out whether my phone which was on a Verizon prepaid plan was broken or not. (It was.) After deciding to finance two new phones and switch from prepaid Verizon to a plan, two young gentlemen spent a tremendous amount of time explaining which phones and plans would best suit my boyfriend and I. Thanks to Store Manager Trevor and Sales Consultant Nathan it was a completely customized experience. They were both attentive, thorough, and extremely personable individuals. Above all of that they had the knowledge. I have way too often had buyers remorse after buying a phone which is why I had a prepaid plan prior to this. We both love our phones, our plan is only a bit more than what we were paying for prepaid, and we both have two extra gigs of data now. Outstanding service guys. Thanks again!!!

Ive been in a love hate relationship with verizon my whole life. Employees like Naineet at the lodi location give me faith that verizon is committed to hiring good people who genuinely want to help. My issue couldnt be resolved today but Naineet explained everything crystal clear. No pressure to buy x, y, and z and sign up for limited this or that. Im sure Ill want to write verizon off forever someday in the near future but as long as there are employees like Naineet Ill stick around.
