I was extremely satisfied with the service I received when I took my phone to get repaired. Initially, I was upset because I was sent to a different store in Elk Grove which was closed due to COVID. But, when I went back to the store in Lodi “Shawn “ was very apologetic and helpful so I couldnt even be upset. He was very professional and helpful and not to mention quick with my repairs. I would give 10 stars if I could thanks again !!!!

When I call the store, It automatically hangs up on me.

Sarah is such a beautiful person. She was truly very helpful and polite. She even offered me water and was very thorough. The other staff and manager were also very friendly and I highly recommend this location. Especially if you don’t want to wait in long lines like some of the other locations.

I had an appointment, showed up 5 minutes early, no available sales person, they were too busy helping walk in customers. Why schedule an appointment if you have to wait 30 to 45 minutes. I left after waiting 20 minutes, sales person let me know it will be a while before anyone could help me. Very poor customer service.

First off the phone number listed is wrong. Then I get there and start my new phone purchase, and transfer from another phone company to them. About an hour in. After this man plays with my phone and puts random chips in and out of it, tell me oh screens cracked we cant take it anyway so I told him fine Ill just buy the new one out right. So another 30 min rolls by and he finally tells me oh the phone doesnt come out till midnight so I cant sell it to you. But we open at 10am. Well my flight out of country for military orders leaves at 0730. So I guess no help for me and my whole morning waisted. 👌

One of the worst customer services I’ve ever received. Ladies there have no customer service skills at all. They seem like they just want to know if you’re even elegible for their services, coming at you and demanding you for your personal information to look it up right away, before they waste another minute. If you won’t give it to them, they won’t even bother with you. Well, I am very much eligible. But after, I told them I wanted to browse around first, they left me alone for like 10 minutes before I walked out the door. No “Adiós, amiga..” Or any “Have a nice day,” whatsoever. There was only like one other person there! Their loss. I’ll just go to Target and make my purchases there. Compared to here, Target excels in customer service!

Rebecca the store manager here is amazing!!!! She helped me so much, she fought for me through the customer service. Completely understanding. We are all only humans and she definitely helped me through all the struggle of a long time wrong doing. I love her so much.

T-Mobile not only has the worst service out of all the phone companies. They have the most unhelpful customer service and incompetent staff in stores. The store says youre all paid, and they you get a text saying you owe one amount and then call customer service to figure it out and they say you owe a completely different and now higher amount. Then when you get so frustrated and say just pay the whatever price I need to get off the phone and not have to deal with you people anymore they say they cant find my credit information. Funny how that works when they take my monthly payments out just fine. And this stupid app always errors and never lets me get to the screen I want to figure it out without their customer service, its a horrible cycle. Im going to Verizon as soon as I can to get off this stupid network. Such a fraud!

Absolutely love the help I got in this store. I was just looking to change carriers. Instead I got all the help I needed and bought much more than I ever expected to buy. Javier, Miguel, both managers answered all my questions and hot us on our way.

Its nice to have a T Mobil store in Lodi. The store needs more employees then just 3 workers and a machine to the side for paying cell phone bills. After 20 mins of waiting the service was good. i like the service just wish they had more workers.

I use t mobile in Galt they treat you very good wont ever go back to the one in Lodi by wal mart or the one in Stockton off lower Sacramento rd . An Hammer lane by food for less ran by bad management

My phone broke while out of town for work so I went to this store to get it replaced. Part of my purchase included tablet that was to be shipped to my house after e-signing a document that had been emailed to me. The document mailed to me was in a language I do not speak so I called to have the documents resent. I have had re-emailed to me 4 times now, all in a language I cannot speak. I rep suggested rebuilding the order. He then transfers me to a sales department where the rep tells me hes going to check on my order where he then transfers me to another department where I have to re-explain my problem. While she is looking up my order the call disconnects and I have not received a call back despite providing a call back number. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and Im really no longer interested in the product.

They were very helpful and helped me save a lot of money!
