Stopped in to get a landline ported over to a wireless account. The “owner” said he wasn’t sure if he could do that. Asked if I had account numbers for the line and the device and explained I did. Still he told me he wasn’t able to do it. I explained I’ve done this about 5 times (we have 12 wireless numbers with Verizon) and if he could double check. He said no, so I said no problem I’ll call Verizon corporate, at which point he said I need to leave the store. I told him that I needed to get this line transferred because it’s for a business and he said “it’s my store and you need to leave or I’ll have you removed.” He then locked his front door. I sat in the car and called Verizon myself and they ported over the number. I needed a SIM card (which I was going to by from him), he said no and kept the door locked. I don’t know what this guys deal is, but hopefully this location is out of business soon. It’s like a 7 year old is running this business and throwing a temper tantrum.I have my own business and I am really not the type of person to write a review. This guy is out of control. Verizon should remove his license to operate a store.UPDATE: Owners response below underscores his complete inability to operate an honest business. Nothing that he stated actually happened. He has a dangerous combination of dishonesty and arrogance that will surely put him out of business in the near future.

I went to this store to check a new phone to replace my old one but didnt know what to buy. This guy in the store was extremely helpful and so friendly. He spent time to show me and explain to me what are my choices. Verizon is very lucky to have this guy. Scott, you are awesome. Keep up the good job.

Excellent service. I went in on a Friday Afternoon looking to trade in my iPhone 10 XS for the iPhone 11 Pro Max. At first Scott looked at my plan and noticed how unusually high it was. He suggested to take off the tablet my family doesnt use and this jet pack that was on it. We then removed it. Then he was able to get me my upgrade and was super patient with me figuring everything out because we werent sure if I was eligible for the upgrade at first. It was the easiest experience Ive had at a Verizon store. Thank you Scott! I wasnt sure of his co-workers name but she was also a doll and was new to the store. She did a great job as well. Thank you!!!

I usually only write reviews when Im unsatisfied however Ava and Scotts customer service was beyond satisfactory. They both took the time to help me as much as they could and I truly appreciate it. They are an asset to your team!

My first time writing a review and I cannot say enough nice things about the folks in this store.A complete difference from that other store (you know who you are) who treated me so poorly when I managed to destroy my phone the day after my husband died.I was looking to patronize a different Verizon store and I think I did not expect them to be so kind to me. Which they were. Yes. I will come in again and would recommend.

Ava at Verizon World on Arnot St in Lodi, NJ was very helpful and professional in getting my new Samsung A01 phone setup and operational. I really did not want to get a new phone because I loved my galaxy s6 and was very comfortable with it, but it had to be replaced. I was so pleased that the nice gentleman helping me was able to get everything transferred over, and had the phone set up just like my s6 was. He took the extra time to explain the new features and really made sure I was comfortable with my new phone. Gotta love that customer service, they really go above and beyond here, I would definitely recommend!!! Management should be proud!

Just wanted to share what a great experience my wife and I had at this particular Verizon store. A terrific young gentleman actually made us feel like we matter as customers which you just dont see that much these days. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, and professional. We are an older couple and he probably needed to spend a little more time with us than most, but he was more than patient and understanding. He took the time to make sure our questions were answered and everything we needed was taken care of. We will be using this location from now on and we are very grateful for the wonderful service we received. Thank you very much!

I rarely ever write reviews but I had to for this occasion, I was on my way home when I decided I would go in and look for a new phone case and tempered glass. Nick was very friendly and polite as he helped me understand what cases were the best for me since I tend to drop my phone an awful lot, he also put the glass on my phone for me perfect. I would recommend this store and to look for Nick because he’s the one reason I would drive 30 minutes away for this exceptional experience.

Just wanted to share what a great experience I had at this Verizon store, the representative who helped us get swapped over from T-Mobile was an absolute professional and was able to get everything taken care of in no time. The owner, Scott, helped us when we upgraded to the Pixel 3. My situation was a little complicated as I was trying to get off a friends plan to start my own. Scott did all that he could to try and help but it just couldnt happen (not his fault at all). I was still able to get my Pixel 3 but remained on my friends plan. I had a great overall experience. He was very kind, patient, and was able to answers any questions I had.

Gotta say this Verizon store has all you need, great selection of accessories and plenty of representatives that are eager to help. I came in looking for a new wireless ear piece and they had quite the selection, found what I needed and had me out the door in no time. Knowledgeable and efficient, very well run store, I will be back here next time I need something for my phone.

I just wanted to share what a great experience I had at this Verizon Wireless store. I came in to get a new phone for my daughter and was very pleased with the excellent service I received, they didnt try and sell me a phone I didnt need, the salesman was very up front and honest about all the options available and how much it would cost. I just received the bill and there were no surprises, everything is as promised and my daughter loves her phone!! I will be back again for sure!!

This place has the absolute worst service I have ever experienced! Not only is the Manager the most unprofessional and arrogant person, he also has zero knowledge around the product he sells. As we were looking for a phone and a case, he was on his personal phone (playing an intense game of pool non the less) and was some what annoyed we were disturbing his time. So completely disappointed that our local shop, we are not able to support! If there was a score less than zero, that would be the rate for this store.

Just wanted to share my experience my Samsung Galaxy phone froze and remained in a catatonic state, so I took it to the Verizon store for revival. Their reps initially could not figure out how to fix the phone, however this nice gentleman who wasnt helping me at the time but overheard the problem I was having came over and said he had heard of this problem before. He was able to get my phone working again when I thought it may be done. They could of easily just said the phone was unfixable and tried to sell me a new phone, but he took some time and found me a solution. When it is time to replace my phone I will be back here to purchase it, incredible service in my opinion.

It is the best customer service, the new owner used to run another store where i used to shop, but since this is his show now, i am with him with all my business and personal wireless service needs, this kid knows what he is doing. ( i have noticed 2 bad reviews from the past that has nothing to do with the new ownership)
