On July 3rd I purchased a new phone. Was waited on by the manager Christian. He didnt have a case for the phone. He said its a new phone and the cases will be here in about a week, no more than two weeks. I guess that should have put up a red flag. Ive been back to the store at least six times during the month of July. The clerks said every time, they should be in any time. Well today August 3rd, Christian, manager was finally there. They arent even getting cases for my phone. All he wanted to do was make a sale without any regard for the customer. He is not qualified or trained to be a manager!!! He knew there wasnt going to be any cases. I like Cricket but I will never do business with this store again.Why hasnt there been a response from the owner on this??? He seems to only reply to good reviews!! How about being responsible for the WRONG sales that take place??? Guess he doesnt care as long as sales are being made. Very irresponsible owner!!!
