This is by far the best AT&T location I know. The store interior is beautiful and modern; a two-6 tables and chairs lots of places to sit, WIFI access, and outlets to charge up your devices while waiting on services.But what really blew my mind about this particular shop is the level of commitment + dedication to providing great service by the team. In particular, one of the store managers Shaheen, and his colleague Basil went above and beyond to make sure the technical issues I was having with my account were addressed and fixed (Shaheen proactively followed up with me in 5 day over the span of a week to keep me in the loop!) I am super impressed and grateful.I think this locations team gets incentivized with the level of customer support as well as just hitting sales targets and it makes a BIG, noticeable difference..
A few employees didnt appear to be busy, but there was several people waiting to be helped. Every time I go in, there is very little they can help me with. I get told I have to do this or that online, they cant help me in the store. That makes no sense to me. They should be able to access my account, make changes, assist with technical issues etc in the store.
Sandy the associate who helped us was great! She made the experience feel very comfortable. If you go to the KETTLEMAN lane store in Lodi you will not be disappointed with the service!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS AT&T STORE! My 81 yr old grandfather tried to go to this store the other day after finally getting vaccinated to upgrade his phone. Since he was not listed as an authorized user for our family plan they refused to even let him LOOK at any phones and they wouldn’t even assist him by allowing him to call my mother or I (authorized users) to grant him access to the account. He had to leave and go to a different AT&T store the next day to receive adequate service (the other store, by the way, allowed him to call my mother so we could add him as an authorized user and assisted him with getting a new phone and transferring all of his data/contacts/etc. Bravo to them). I know the customer service industry is by no means easy, but my grandfather is not confrontational at all and they couldn’t even offer him a semblance of help. Obviously an 81-yr old man is not going to be the most tech savvy person in the world. Some kindness is really all I ask for and he did not even almost receive that at this store.
Went in for a phone, Rudy helped me and he was wonderful, very patient, I’m sure I asked the same question several times, if you’re a senior, ask for Rudy, he’s really great!

Jimmy the manager was great to us as usual. We went in the store and there was a 30 min wait. All I needed to do was exchange a charging cord for my iPhone. He took me aside and did the exchange quickly as it only took about 1 minute. Customer service was amazing! Thanks Jimmy

I went in to buy a new phone a guy named Jesus attended me I asked him for any Samsung available he had he replied with I dont know and I told him do you know when they will be in Stock again he replied I dont know wow worst experience dont respond with I dont know atleast say hey let me see what will be available soon or these are the other options we got in stock

I’ve had to come here over 5 times for one issue. A line was added to my account for no reason. We had to reverse all of that. A woman backed into my car one of the times, am now involved in insurance issues. Ultimately never received anything for the inconveniences. Came in recently for the last time to only get a SIM card to finally resolve this issue. Rose, the woman who sent my family member one of the times to Metro PCS because she was clocking off for the day, didn’t recognize me and the hell she put us through; proceeded to repeatedly throughout the whole conversation tried to upgrade my services when all I needed was a SIM card. This is on top of last year I had an issue with AT&T that tied me up with them for a while. Never come to this retail! New manager is horribly rude! Ryan is cool but ultimately didn’t do anything.

Wouldn’t sell me a sim card so hopped over to Walmart and they sold me one with no question! Guess that’s what you get from asking commission based reps for help! Amazon along with Walmart sells inactivated sims but you would think an ATT store could do the same? Hmm

Went in for a screen protector, had one selected for me and was told it was the same as my last one. It was NOT the same one, and we will be returning tomorrow to see if we can have it replaced. This store is usually much better.

The only reason why as a family of 7, we keep our mobile plan with AT&T is because of the super 5 stars service the we encounter every time we go in for our services at this store in Lodi, ca, either to upgrade phones, or problems of billing, or any thing, all of employees are very friendly. However, Juanita is the best ever, she goes above and beyond, and that is why we are with AT&T still. All other time, we go to other stores for questions, we got no good service. I wish all the employees of at&t are at least half as good. Thank you Juanita. We really appreciate your help through the years.
Been a customer for 15 years. Phone appeared to have broken. Felt like I was brushed off by 3 of the 4 employees who assisted... turned out that had ANYONE simply removed my sim card and reinserted it..the problem would have been rectified and Id have left thinking you were Gods of technology. But THAT crown goes to the lovely middle aged lady working in Samsungs Warranty Dept who (1) saved me a $250 (2) didnt blow me off (3) treated me with dignity... unlike the ATT store employees, save the ONE who gave me the warranty information and his card. HE gets cookies . The rest of you get buttkiss. :(learn to tech the devices you sell... your customers will THANK you for that knowledge and not leave the store in tears.

After an exhausting 2 hours on the phone with AT&T customer service I gave up and called the Lodi store. Sandy was very helpful on the phone so I decided to just show up. Rudy was there to greet me and assist me and was very helpful as well. So glad I showed up, going forward I think I will just start coming into this store for all my AT&T needs!Thank you Rudy!
Poor consumer service had to wait 1 hour just to pay my phone bill because the payment machine was down while At&T employees just stand around not doing nothing this place suck I am going to Verizon soon

Nice store, I recommend making an appointment. Walk-in are welcome but the wait can be long. They also have a Starbuck and a couple of restaurants near by.

Awful customer service, plan to wait while staff stands around. Why is that when you place an order for in-store pickup that they do not know what you ordered? After a two hour drive, leaving work early and a pressing schedule to pickup my kiddos on time I had to leave with no new phone :(

No one greeted customers, employees were standing around talking to each other (employees not helping customers), saw three customers wait and walk out. Not a very welcoming environment. Past visits to store were not like this.
