This dealerships sole purpose is too frustrate perspective customers through plain lying and deception. Through their online website we requested a Ram 3500 Dually, they called us today saying the truck had arrived and when would we be available to come see it, well we went to the appointment today to only find they had a Short bed Ram with single wheels, Not the model we had requested. When we made that clear to the sales people their response was and I quote, So what if its not the truck you had requested its not soo different, They didnt even offer an apology, they are obsessed with making sales however they dont even bring the model that we had requested to inspect. Would NOT recommend to anyone who has another choice of establishment to conduct their business with.
